Abstract
一种难降解制药园区尾水的处理工艺,属于制药园区尾水以及其它工业废水处理领域,特别涉及污水深度处理全流程、二级污水处理厂的升级改造。本发明针对难降解工业园区尾水可生化性差的问题,首先对其进行活性污泥吸附-臭氧氧化的预处理,使用1000mg/L的活性污泥在吸附时间为15min的条件下将尾水中难降级有机物进行去除,在臭氧投加量为20mg/L、氧化时间为30min条件下提高水质的可生化性。预处理后的尾水与经过沉砂、初沉后的生活污水进行混合,进入二级生化处理单元。经过改良A2/O的预缺氧-厌氧-缺氧-好氧的有机物去除和脱氮除磷处理,出水达到国家一级A排放标准。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明属于制药园区尾水以及其它工业废水处理领域,特别涉及污水深度处理全 流程、二级污水处理厂的升级改造。
背景技术
[0002] 随着我国工业化进程的加速,制药等工业园区正在蓬勃兴起,随之产生的园区尾 水对水环境造成较大压力。制药园区的尾水尽管已经过园区内处理,实现了 COD等主要指 标达到排入城市污水处理厂的标准,但由于它仍残余大量难降解污染物,常常对城市污水 处理厂的正常运行造成很大干扰,导致起出水不能稳定达标。与此同时,流域水环境质量改 善的需求对污水处理厂的出水提出了更加严格的要求。因此,在难降解制药园区尾水干扰 下实现污水处理厂的稳定达标排放,不仅对区域控源减排具有重要现实意义,而且对于大 量制药园区及其相关污水处理厂的建设和运行模式具有重要指导作用。
[0003] 常规处理过程中,制药园区尾水经过园区内处理后,主要指标COD达到低于 300mg/L的排入城市污水处理厂的标准,但其成分多为极难降解有机物,如仅是与生活污水 进行简单混合后处理,不但会对污水厂的生化处理单元造成干扰,更会使出水无法稳定达 标排放。残余的有毒有害物质排入受纳水体中后,还将对水环境造成污染。
[0004] 根据最新颁布的《污水综合排放标准》要求,市级以上污水处理厂出水要达到国 家一级A排放标准,这就要求污水厂的处理工艺一方面需要进一步去除水中的COD、SS和 NH 3_N;另一方面还需要增加脱氮除磷的功能。而对于制药园区尾水,污水厂的升级改造还需 增加强化预处理工艺,实现对难降解有机物的可生化性提升,使其有利于后续的生化处理, 出水能够实现稳定的达标排放。
发明内容
[0005] 针对制药园区尾水中所含有机污染物可生化性差又极难降解的问题,提出了一套 深度处理工艺。
[0006] 首先,在针对制药园区尾水的预处理单元使用活性污泥吸附-臭氧氧化方式对难 降解有机物进行去除。尾水中残留的有毒有害物质将对污水处理厂的生物处理单元造成较 大干扰,直接导致出水不达标。利用活性污泥具有较大的比表面积,在其表面富集着大量的 微生物,外部覆盖着多糖类的粘质层等特点。使其与尾水接触时,尾水中呈悬浮和胶体状态 的有机污染物、有毒有害物质即被活性污泥所聚集和吸附并得以去除。利用臭氧羟基自由 基具有极强的氧化活性,使其与尾水中难降解有机物反应,在去除有机污染物的同时,提高 水质的可生化性,为后续的二级生化处理提供良好的条件。
[0007] 在二级处理单元,使用改良A2/0工艺对尾水和生活污水中的有机物、总氮、总磷等 物质进行去除。该工艺是在传统A 2/0工艺的厌氧段前端设置一缺氧段,缺氧段进行污泥回 流的反硝化,以降低回流污泥中携带的溶解氧和硝酸态氧对后续除磷效果的影响,并且反 硝化缺氧段进水口与好氧段出水口相连,利用低能耗的推进器进行混合液回流,以降低混 合液回流的能耗。
[0008] 综上,形成了"活性污泥吸附-臭氧氧化-改良A2/0"的制药园区尾水与生活污水 综合处理全流程工艺,通过对运行参数的优化,其出水达到国家一级A排放标准。

[0011] 本发明提供了一种用于制药园区尾水深度处理的全流程工艺,其工艺流程如下: 制药园区尾水经污泥吸附池进水管12进入污泥吸附池1,与从污泥进泥管31流入的活性污 泥进行混合。经过有机污染物吸附后的泥水混合液经污泥吸附池出水管13进入污泥吸附 池2,沉淀后的污泥从污泥吸附池排泥管14排出,而上清液经污泥吸附池出水管15流入臭 氧氧化池3。经过臭氧氧化后水质可生化性得到提高的处理水经臭氧氧化池出水管16进入 调节池6。

[0013] 制药园区尾水与生活污水混合后,10% -20%的流量经预缺氧池进水管22进入预 缺氧池7,80% -90%的流量经厌氧池进水管23进入厌氧池8,厌氧池8的出水经厌氧池出 水管25进入缺氧池9,缺氧池9的出水经缺氧池出水管26进入好氧池10。好氧池10的出 水一部分经硝化液回流管30回流进入缺氧池9, 一部分经好氧池出水管27进入二沉池11。 在二沉池11中沉淀产生的污泥经二沉池排泥管28排出,一部分经污泥回流管29进入预缺 氧池7, 一部分经污泥进泥管31进入污泥吸附池1,而上清液经出水管32排出。经检测,出 水管32的出水达到国家一级A排放标准。
[0014] 具体流程及操作参数的举例叙述如下:首先对其进行活性污泥吸附-臭氧氧化的 预处理,使用l〇〇〇mg/L的活性污泥在吸附时间为15min的条件下将尾水中难降级有机物进 行去除,在臭氧投加量为20mg/L、氧化时间为30min条件下提高水质的可生化性。预处理后 的尾水与经过lOmin沉砂、1. 5h初沉后的生活污水进行混合,进入二级生化处理单元。其 中10% -20%的流量经预缺氧池进水管进入预缺氧池,80% -90%的流量经厌氧池进水管 进入厌氧池,在污泥回流比为50%,硝化液回流比为200%的条件下,经过改良A2/0的预缺 氧-厌氧-缺氧-好氧的有机物去除和脱氮除磷处理,出水达到国家一级A排放标准。

1. 一种难降解制药园区尾水的处理工艺,其流程如下: (1) 制药园区尾水经第一污泥吸附池进水管进入第一污泥吸附池,与从污泥进泥管流 入的活性污泥进行混合; (2) 经过有机污染物吸附后的泥水混合液经第一污泥吸附池出水管进入第二污泥吸附 池,沉淀后的污泥从第二污泥吸附池排泥管排出,上清液经第二污泥吸附池出水管流入臭 氧氧化池; (3) 经过臭氧氧化后水质可生化性得到提高的处理水经臭氧氧化池出水管进入调节 池; (4) 生活污水经沉砂池进水管进入沉砂池,污水中的砂粒经沉砂池排砂管排出,上清液 经沉砂池出水管进入初沉池; (5) 生活污水中的固体悬浮物经初沉池排泥管排出,上清液经初沉池出水管进入调节 池; (6) 制药园区尾水与生活污水在调节池混合后,一部分经预缺氧池进水管进入预缺氧 池,一部分经厌氧池进水管进入厌氧池,厌氧池的出水经厌氧池出水管进入缺氧池,缺氧池 的出水经缺氧池出水管进入好氧池; (7) 好氧池的出水一部分经硝化液回流管回流进入缺氧池,一部分经好氧池出水管进 入二沉池; (8) 在二沉池沉淀产生的污泥经二沉池排泥管排出,一部分经污泥回流管进入预缺氧 池,一部分经污泥进泥管进入第一污泥吸附池,上清液经出水管排出。
2. 如权利要求1所述的一种难降解制药园区尾水的处理工艺,其特征在于臭氧氧化池 使用臭氧投加量为20mg/L、氧化时间为30min条件下提高水质的可生化性。
3. 如权利要求1所述的一种难降解制药园区尾水的处理工艺,其特征在于"预缺氧 池-厌氧池-缺氧池-好氧池-二沉池"二级生化处理单元进水10% -20%的流量经预缺 氧池进水管进入预缺氧池,80 % -90 %的流量经厌氧池进水管进入厌氧池。
4. 如权利要求1所述的一种难降解制药园区尾水的处理工艺,其特征在于二沉池污泥 回流比为50%,回流至预缺氧池以消除水中携带溶解氧与硝酸盐对除磷效果的影响;好氧 池硝化液回流比为200%,回流至缺氧池进行深度脱氮。
