[0002] 城市污水中的氮磷是造成河流、湖泊等水体富营养化和水环境生态恶化的重要因素。Α2/0由于其工艺简单,能同时实现脱氮除磷,在城市污水处理中得到了较为广泛的应用。如图1所示,为现有技术Α2/0工艺脱氮除磷系统示意图。现有技术包括厌氧池2、缺氧池3、好氧池4和竖流式沉淀池5,进水管1连接厌氧池2,出水管6连接竖流式沉淀池5,所述竖流式沉淀池5连接剩余活性污泥管25,该管分别与回流污泥管28和污泥排出管沈连接;所述回流污泥管观与厌氧池3连接;所述回流污泥管观上设有回流污泥泵27,好氧池 4连接有空气管17 ;所述好氧池4与缺氧池3之间连接有硝化液回流管Μ,该硝化液回流管M上设有硝化液回流泵23 ;所述厌氧池2和缺氧池3内均设有搅拌机21、22。
[0003] 但随着对污水水质排放要求的不断提高,Α2/0工艺所存在的内在固有缺欠明显凸显,即硝化菌、反硝化菌和聚磷菌在有机负荷、泥龄以及碳源需求上存在着矛盾和竞争,很难在同一系统中同时获得氮、磷的高效去除。其中碳源的缺乏以及反硝化脱氮与厌氧释磷过程对碳源的竞争已成为影响Α2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果的限制因子。目前常用的碳源有甲醇、乙醇和乙酸等化学有机物,尽管化学碳源的添加会提高氮的去除效率,但同时会增加运行费用,而且还有可能影响有机物的去除效果,不能达到预期处理要求。开辟城市污水脱氮除磷强化工艺和开发有效碳源的新途径势在必行。
[0004] 综上所述,研发出一种可以强化Α2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果,提高污水处理效果,同时实现剩余污泥的资源化和减量化的系统是本领域技术人员研究的热点。

[0005] 本实用新型的目的是针对Α2/0系统存在的不足,提供一种通过臭氧将剩余活性污泥转化为溶解态有机物作为反硝化碳源,提高Α2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果,并实现剩余污泥的资源化和减量化的系统。
[0006] 为实现上述目的,本实用新型的发明思路为:将Α2/0工艺(厌氧一缺氧一好氧)所产生的剩余活性污泥进行臭氧氧化,利用臭氧氧化剂破坏细菌细胞壁,实现污泥细胞的溶解,从而将胞内大量易生物降解的有机物释放出来,再将臭氧氧化后的剩余活性污泥回流至缺氧池的前端,作为反硝化补充碳源。而缺氧池流出液则回流至厌氧池前端,提高了厌氧池的释磷效果。

[0032] (1)城市污水首先通过进水管1进入厌氧池2并停留1. 5 h,回流污泥管7回流污泥泵8送来的缺氧池混合液也进入厌氧池2,原污水与回流缺氧池混合液通过搅拌机21的搅拌作用完全混合,进行厌氧释磷过程。反应后出水进入缺氧池3中并停留2 h,通过硝化液回流管9和硝化液回流泵10输送来的硝化液也进入缺氧池3,而且臭氧氧化污泥回流泵 14和臭氧氧化污泥回流管15输送来的臭氧氧化后剩余活性污泥也进入缺氧池3,通过搅拌机22的搅拌作用,使得进水、硝化液、臭氧氧化活性污泥完全混合,进行缺氧反硝化脱氮。 缺氧池3出水进入好氧池4并停留6 h,在好氧池中通过空气管17输送氧气,并将氧气、污水和活性污泥完全混合,通过好氧生化反应实现硝化过程和有机物的去除。
[0033] (2)好氧池4出水进入竖流式沉淀池5,停留1. 5-2 h完成泥水分离,澄清水通过出水管6排出,沉淀后的剩余活性污泥通过剩余活性污泥11进入臭氧接触反应器12进行臭氧氧化处理。
[0034] (3)将空气或者纯氧气体除尘除湿后引入臭氧发生器18,将所产生的臭氧由臭氧接触反应器12底部引入臭氧接触反应器12,剩余活性污泥与臭氧的反应时间为15-20 min,臭氧投加量为180 mg03/ gSS。反应后残余的臭氧气体通过尾气排放管19进入尾气吸收装置20,经处理后排放。经臭氧氧化后的剩余活性污泥通过臭氧氧化污泥管13排出,其中60-70%经臭氧氧化污泥回流泵14和臭氧氧化污泥回流管15回流至缺氧池3参与反硝化反应,其它30-40%通过臭氧氧化污泥排出管16去污泥后续处理系统。
[0035] 试验过程中采用传统A2/0工艺(如图1)处理人工合成城市污水(其中C0D=408_685 mg/L、总氮TN=33. 5-58. 2 mg/L和总磷TP=4. 9-9. 5 mg/L),水力总停留时间9. 5 h,污泥龄 13-14d,污泥浓度3500士 150 mg/L,硝化液回流量为2Q剩余活性污泥回流量为0. 5Q。试验结果表明,沉淀池出水COD平均去除率为80%,TN和TP的去除率分别达到75%和65%。
[0036] 试验过程中采用臭氧强化A2/0工艺(如图2)处理人工合成城市污水(其中 C0D=408-685 mg/L、总氮 TN=33. 5-58. 2 mg/L 和总磷 TP=4. 9-9. 5 mg/L),水力总停留时间 9. 5 h,污泥龄13-14d,污泥浓度3500 士 150 mg/L,硝化液回流量为2Q剩余活性污泥回流量为0.5Q。剩余活性污泥与臭氧的反应时间为20 min,臭氧投加量为180 mg03/ /gSS,60%臭氧氧化后污泥回流至缺氧池,试验结果表明,沉淀池出水COD平均去除率为90%,TN和TP的去除率分别达到88%和79%。
Claims (10)
1. 一种强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其包括厌氧池、缺氧池、好氧池及竖流式沉淀池;一进水管连接厌氧池,所述竖流式沉淀池连接出水管,各池之间通过管路连接;其特征在于,还包括臭氧接触反应器,所述臭氧接触反应器与竖流式沉淀池之间通过剩余活性污泥管连通;所述臭氧接触反应器与缺氧池之间连接有臭氧氧化污泥回流管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,还包括一硝化液回流管,所述硝化液回流管分别连接好氧池和缺氧池,所述硝化液回流管上设有硝化液回流泵。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,还包括一缺氧池混合液回流管,所述缺氧池混合液回流管分别连接缺氧池和厌氧池,所述缺氧池混合液回流管上设有缺氧池混合液回流泵。
4.根据权利要求3所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧接触反应器底部连接臭氧发生器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧接触反应器顶部通过尾气排放管连接尾气吸收装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧接触反应器底部连接有一臭氧氧化污泥管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧污泥管通过三通管分别与臭氧氧化污泥回流管和臭氧氧化污泥排出管连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述臭氧污泥管、臭氧氧化污泥回流管和臭氧氧化污泥排出管均设有阀门。
9.根据权利要求8所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述厌氧池和/或缺氧池内设有搅拌机。
10.根据权利要求9所述的强化A2/0工艺脱氮除磷效果系统,其特征在于,所述好氧池内设有微孔曝气器。
