技术领域
本发明涉及蓄电系统,并且尤其涉及具有并联连接的蓄电装置并且进行电源管理和对电负载的限制控制的蓄电系统。
背景技术
传统上用作紧急电力供给装置等的一些蓄电系统具有并联连接的多个蓄电装置以增加蓄电容量。该蓄电系统的输入/输出电流不超过该蓄电装置的性能。
根据专利文献1的并联连接的蓄电系统具有:多个切换器,其将对应的蓄电元件与该系统相连/断开;电压监视装置,其检测多个蓄电元件当中的电压差;以及控制装置,当在所述蓄电元件阵列中的一个或多个中检测到的电压差在预定值内时,所述控制装置只接通与相关的蓄电元件阵列相对应的切换器,从而防止并联供电时出现过电流等问题。
根据专利文献2的使用并联电池时的异常检测方法是这样的方法:在将串联连接的二次电池并联连接的电池并联连接电路中,检测每个电池的温度,并且根据电池之间的温度差,检测该电路的过充电、过放电等异常。
根据专利文献3的共享负载电流的多个并联电池的控制装置控制并联连接的多个电池,使得它们同样地共享负载元件。
根据专利文献4的并联连接电池的电压检测方法和电压检测装置使用单体电池的内部电阻值、负载下的该单体电池的电压以及该单体电池的电流值以估计每个并联连接的单体电池的开路电压值。
在根据专利文献5的计算包括并联连接电池的电池组的最大充电/放电电力的方法和装置中,在计算该电池组的最大放电电力时,根据每个并联电池的最大放电电力最小时并联电池的放电电力来计算电池组的最大放电电力,在计算该电池组的最大充电电力时,根据每个并联电池的最大充电电力最小时的并联电池的放电电力来计算该电池组的最大充电电力,从而计算出最大充电/放电电力,以在适当的区域内使用并联连接的电池。
根据专利文献6的计算并联连接电池组的容量的方法和装置计算并联连接的电池的内部电阻,并且将其与修正系数相加,从而考虑到单体电池的状态计算该电池的容量。
在根据专利文献7的并联电池组中,在每行电池中设置有切换器和用于检测每个电池的内部电阻的内部电阻检测装置,并且存在内部电阻值高于设定值的单体电池的行被断开,从而防止由恶化的电池引起的可用容量的降低。

发明要解决的问题
然而,在当前开发进展中的混合动力车辆、电动车辆等的蓄电装置中,在诸如该蓄电装置的温度环境苛刻等条件下,被迫输入/输出接近性能限制的大电流。例如,当蓄电装置并联连接的蓄电系统安装在混合动力车辆、电动车辆等中时,必须持续监视蓄电装置,这具有整个系统的控制变得复杂的不方便性。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种蓄电系统,其能够促进多个蓄电装置的管理,能够容易地增加/减少蓄电装置的并联连接的数目,因此具有高可扩展性,并且能够配置多个蓄电装置的管理控制。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明是一种蓄电系统,其包括:单元模块,每个所述单元模块包括蓄电装置和能够管理所述蓄电装置的状态的控制装置,并且将多个该单元模块进行并联连接;电负载,通过所述蓄电装置的电能对所述电负载进行驱动并控制;以及集成控制装置,其连接到所述电负载和所述单元模块的控制装置,其中所述集成控制装置从每个所述单元模块的所述控制装置获得每个所述蓄电装置的电流、总电压、单体电池电压、温度的状态信息,并且将所获得的多项状态信息相互比较,以根据所述多项状态信息的最差值对所述电负载进行驱动并控制,由每个所述单元模块的所述控制装置计算出的电流限制值包括每个所述单元模块的放电电流限制值和充电电流限制值;并且所述集成控制装置进行控制,使得所有所述单元模块的电流之和除以所述单元模块的个数得到的平均电流处于电流限制中的放电电流限制值当中的最大值和电流限制中的充电电流限制值当中的最小值之间。
发明效果
本发明的蓄电系统能够促进多个蓄电装置的管理,可以是能够容易地增加/减少蓄电装置的并联连接的数目并因此具有高可扩展性的系统,并且能够配置多个蓄电装置的管理控制。

具体实施方式
本发明通过配置蓄电装置并联连接的控制系统,使得能够促进由容量变化代表的规格变化,从而实现以下目的:促进多个蓄电装置的管理,配置能够容易地增加/减少蓄电装置的并联连接的数目并因此具有高可扩展性的系统,以及配置多个蓄电装置的管理系统。
实施例
图1示出本发明的实施例。
在图1中,1表示安装在诸如混合动力车辆或电动车辆的车辆上的蓄电系统。
蓄电系统1包括第一单元模块2A和第二单元模块2B,作为并联连接的多个单元模块。
第一单元模块2A包括第一蓄电装置(高电压电池)3A、能够管理第一蓄电装置3A的状态的第一控制装置(电池控制器)4A以及用于检测状态信息的第一状态信息检测装置(传感器)5A。第一状态信息检测装置5A检测第一单元模块2A的电流、总电压、单体电池电压、温度等作为状态信息,并且将检测到的状态信息输出到第一控制装置4A。
第二单元模块2B包括第二蓄电装置(高电压电池)3B、能够管理第二蓄电装置3B的状态的第二控制装置(电池控制器)4B以及用于检测状态信息的第二状态信息检测装置(传感器)5B。第二状态信息检测装置5B检测第二单元模块2B的电流、总电压、单体电池电压、温度等作为状态信息,并且将检测到的状态信息输出到第二控制装置4B。
第一蓄电装置3A和第二蓄电装置3B的类型相同,并且第一单元模块2A和第二单元模块2B并联连接。因此,流到第一蓄电装置3A和第二蓄电装置3B的电流量基本相同。
第一单元模块2A的第一控制装置4A、第二单元模块2B的第二控制装置4B从第一状态信息检测装置(传感器)5A、第二状态信息检测装置(传感器)5B获得第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的电流、总电压、单体电池电压、温度等作为多项状态信息,以将所述多项状态信息输出到稍后描述的集成控制装置11。
此外,在蓄电系统1中,与第一单元模块2A和第二单元模块2B并联地设置有驱动电动机7和作为电负载6的通过使用第一蓄电装置3A和第二蓄电装置3B的电力控制其驱动的外部充电器8,并且还设置有DC/DC转换器9和发电机10。
第一单元模块2A的第一控制装置4A、第二单元模块2B的第二控制装置4B、驱动电动机7、外部充电器8、DC/DC转换器9和发电机10连接到集成控制装置11。
集成控制装置11从第一单元模块2A的第一控制装置4A、第二单元模块2B的第二控制装置4B获得第一单元模块2A的第一蓄电装置3A、第二单元模块2B的第二蓄电装置3B的多项状态信息,以将所获得的第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的多项状态信息相互比较,并且还根据所述多项状态信息的最差值对电负载6等进行驱动并控制。
在此“最差值”表示第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的“最差值”。对于第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B来说,电压、温度等状态信息的常规范围被定义为其规格。在并联连接的第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的电压、温度等状态信息的变量当中,偏离程度最大的变量是该“最差值”。具体来说,其与常规范围(可用范围)的偏离程度最大的变量被定义为该“最差值”。也就是说,该“最差值”表示相关的蓄电装置3A、3B处于接近逐渐施加限制的区域的状态(该区域是集成控制装置11应当执行限制控制(稍后描述)的区域,尽管该区域是可用区域),并且还表示相关的蓄电装置3A、3B处于当偏离逐渐施加限制的区域时不应当使用它的状态。在正常使用时,如果第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的所有状态信息都在常规范围内,则各种限制都不起作用。当一个单元模块的状态信息的变量在常规范围之外时,由于该单元模块,所述限制在稍后描述的限制控制之一中变得严格。结果,在该一个单元模块的常规范围之外的状态信息的变量成为“最差值”。蓄电系统1认为具有相对高状态水平的单元模块与具有相对低状态水平的单元模块在水平上相同,因此在减少系统的总负载时工作。
当所述多项状态信息的变量在常规范围之外时,具有最大偏离程度的值成为“最差值”。在正常使用时,状态信息的变量与常规范围的偏离从具有“最差值”的变量开始,按照偏离程度的顺序逐渐发生。因此,相应地按顺序对单元模块施加限制。
具体来说,集成控制装置11执行下面的(1)~(7)中所示的对电负载6等的限制控制。
(1)电流限制
第一单元模块2A的第一控制装置4A、第二单元模块2B的第二控制装置4B的电流限制值包括第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的放电电流限制值和充电电流限制值。
然后,为了使电流限制具体化为限制控制,集成控制装置11进行控制,使得第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的所有电流之和除以单元模块的个数所得的平均电流落在电流限制中的放电电流限制值的最大值和电流控制中的充电电流限制值的最小值之间。
也就是说,集成控制装置11进行控制,使得以下关系成立,其中Idn和Icn分别是单元模块n的放电电流限制值和充电电流限制值,I是所有单元模块的电流之和。
(Id1,Id2,...Idn)最大≤I/n≤(Ic1,Ic2,...Icn)最小
注意,电流值的充电方向为+,放电方向为-。
这种限制控制使得可以放大和缩小系统的规模,这可以确保容量的可扩展性。此外,第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B并联连接,从而它们中的每一个可独立断开。因此,该蓄电系统1成为复用系统,并且可以是容易使用的容错系统(冗余性)。
(2)总电压限制
集成控制装置11进行控制,使得以下关系成立,其中Vh和Vl分别是整个系统的最高总电压限制值和最低总电压限制值,Vn是单元模块n的总电压。

(4)SOC(充电状态:实际可用的充电状态的值)限制
第一单元模块2A的第一控制装置4A、第二单元模块2B的第二控制装置4B每个根据包括电流、电压和温度的状态信息计算电流限制值和SOC,并且将状态信息和计算出的电流限制值和SOC输出到集成控制装置11。
然后,集成控制装置11将第一单元模块2A和第二单元模块2B的多项状态信息、电流限制值和SOC相互比较以提取最差值,并且根据该最差值对电负载6的驱动进行限制控制。
也就是说,第一控制装置4A、第二控制装置4B根据电流、电压等多项状态信息计算第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B中单体电池的SOC,并且将这些数据输出到集成控制装置11。集成控制装置11获得这些数据以识别它们。
第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的第一控制装置4A、第二控制装置4B的SOC包括第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的最高SOC和最低SOC。
然后,为了使SOC限制具体化为限制控制,集成控制装置11预先设定第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的最高SOC限制值和最低SOC限制值,并且进行控制,使得第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的最高SOC当中的最大值小于最高SOC限制值,并且第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的最低SOC当中的最小值大于最低SOC限制值。
在此,集成控制装置11进行控制,使得以下关系成立,其中SOCh和SOCl是整个系统的最高SOC限制值和最低SOC限制值,SOChn是作为单元模块n的SOC的最高值的最高SOC,SOCln是作为单元模块n的SOC的最低值的最低SOC。

这种限制控制使得可以确保第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的异常检测的准确性。
(5)温度限制
集成控制装置11进行控制,使得以下关系成立,其中Th是整个系统的最高温度限制值,Thn是单元模块n的最高单体电池温度(驱动电动机输出限制等)。

此时,当电流变化过大时,集成控制装置11判断为该系统具有异常。
(7)温度变化限制
集成控制装置11进行控制,使得以下关系成立,其中ΔT最大是第一蓄电装置3A和第二蓄电装置3B之间温度变化的最大公差值,Thn是单元模块n的最高单体电池温度(驱动电动机输出限制等)。

(8)冷却风扇控制
当第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B不分别单独具有冷却系统时,集成控制装置11根据最高单体电池温度当中的最大值(Th1,Th2,...Thn)最大控制冷却风扇。
在上述限制控制中,为了使除了冷却风扇控制(8)以外的限制控制(1)~(7)中电流、电压、充电率等的所有关系成立,集成控制装置11基本上进行控制,以在将该系统控制在电池规格的充电率、电流的常规范围内之后,(根据规格)操作冷却系统,在此为冷却风扇。
结果,其他限制(限制(1)~(7))的应用频率降低。然而,由于经常根据电压控制外部充电,所以有时候主动将蓄电装置的电压用于控制。
下面更详细地描述根据本实施例的限制控制。
作为限制控制,当在请求驱动驱动电动机7时上述限制(1)~(7)中任何一个都未被实现时,集成控制装置11主要对驱动电动机7进行扭矩限制。
正常地,在该示例性的混合动力车辆中使用的驱动电动机7在扭矩控制下操作,因此用于各种限制的措施仅是扭矩限制。应用扭矩限制的方式是多种多样的,包括对限制值的精确调节、具有容差的限制等。下面沿着上述限制控制(1)~(7)描述应用扭矩限制的方式。
(1)电流限制
集成控制装置11根据电流限制值和电压计算可用电力,将该可用电力除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生(powering/regeneration)的实际驱动扭矩控制在扭矩限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
(2)总电压限制
设定可用电力对总电压的映射。该映射被设定为使得当总电压高时充电电力变小,当总电压低时放电电力变小。集成控制装置11将从该映射读取的值(电力)除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生的实际驱动扭矩控制在该扭矩限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
(3)单体电池电压限制
设定可用电力对单体电池电压的映射。该映射被设定为使得当单体电池电压高时充电电力变小,当单体电池电压低时放电电力变小。集成控制装置11将从该映射读取的值(电力)除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生的实际驱动扭矩控制在该扭矩限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
(4)SOC限制
设定动力运行/再生限制率对SOC的映射。该映射被设定为使得当SOC高时再生限制率变大,当SOC低时动力运行限制率变大。集成控制装置11将扭矩需求乘以从该映射读取的值(动力运行/再生限制率),将所得的值设定为最终扭矩需求。此时的扭矩控制值变为扭矩限制值。
在此情况下,集成控制装置11在不应用该限制的范围内正常地调节SOC。例如,当SOC变低时,集成控制装置11增加发电量,另一方面,当SOC变高时,它进行控制以防止发电。
(5)温度限制
设定可用电力绝对值对第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B的温度的映射。该映射被设定为使得当温度变高时充电电力和放电电力变小。集成控制装置11将从该映射读取的值(电力)除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生的实际驱动扭矩控制在该扭矩限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
在此情况下,集成控制装置11正常地控制冷却风扇而不应用该限制。
(6)电流变化限制
设定可用电力绝对值对电流变化(例如,在具有最大相互电流偏差的组合中的电流偏差)的映射。该映射被设定为使得当该变化大时充电电力和放电电力变小。集成控制装置11将从该映射读取的值(电力)除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生的实际驱动扭矩控制在该限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
在此情况下,当电流变化过大时,蓄电装置具有异常,因此,集成控制装置11判断为该系统具有异常。促使停止该系统,从而防止该异常扩展。
(7)温度变化限制
设定可用电力绝对值对温度变化(例如,在具有最大相互温度偏差的组合中的温度偏差)的映射。该映射被设定为使得当该变化大时充电电力和放电电力变小。集成控制装置11将从该映射读取的值(电力)除以电动机转速以确定扭矩限制值,并且将用于动力运行/再生的实际驱动扭矩控制在该扭矩限制值内。此时的扭矩控制值是最大扭矩限制值,并且成为等于或低于扭矩限制值的反映驾驶者意图的期望值。
此外,在本实施例中,除了对驱动电动机7的驱动扭矩限制以外,集成控制装置11还可以对发电机10进行发电限制,对外部充电器8进行外部充电限制。其中,对发电机10的发电限制和对外部充电器8的外部充电限制限制了第一蓄电装置3A、第二蓄电装置3B的充电。
作为形成该系统的装置的多个硬件可以使得这些限制被实现或不被实现,并且存在对这些硬件起到这些限制的可能性。此外,所述多个限制有时以取这些硬件的数目和每个上述限制(1)~(7)为坐标轴的矩阵方式组合出现。当集成控制装置11这样控制所述多个硬件的“组合”时,随着硬件数目增加,控制变得更复杂。因此,在此,集成控制装置11针对所述多个硬件中的每一个设定上述映射,并且将这些映射用于控制。此外,集成控制装置11可以对所述多个硬件的“组合”进行最佳限制。在此情况下,控制必然复杂,但另一方面,通过简化该系统的操作部分而精简化,可以没有这些映射。
此外,当上述限制(1)~(7)当中的多个限制不被实现时,集成控制装置11使用多个限制值当中的最差值。
例如,当由总电压限制引起的动力运行扭矩限制τi(>0)和由温度变化引起的动力运行扭矩限制τt(>0)二者同时实现时,集成控制装置11将τi和τt中的最小值设定为最终动力运行扭矩限制值。也就是说,集成控制装置11从扭矩控制值中选择具有表示较大限制的较小值的扭矩控制值,并且据此进行控制。
此外,当由于异常而通过切换器(接触器)的开/关断开单元模块之一时,可以简单地消除与此单元模块有关的信息(数值)。然而,单元模块之一由于异常而必须被断开的状态是紧急状态。因此,在此情况下,应用该蓄电系统1的系统(例如,车辆系统)根据其特性将状态从正常时的控制切换到异常时的控制。在该示例性车辆系统中,当单元模块之一断开时,该状态被切换到避车行驶(escape running),如“跛行回家模式”。
本实施例中的蓄电系统1具有如下结构:蓄电装置3A、控制装置4A和其他组成构件(在此例如为状态信息检测装置5A)的复合体或者蓄电装置3B、控制装置4B和其他组成构件(在此例如为状态信息检测装置5B)的复合体被设置为单元模块,并且相同类型的单元模块被并联连接。因此,即使当该单元模块的并联连接的数目增加时,本实施例中的蓄电系统也能够以最小控制变化维持系统建立。此外,本实施例的蓄电系统1包括每个充当蓄电装置的单元模块原样并联连接的结构以及整体监视它们的控制元件。因此,本实施例中的蓄电系统1可以容易地改变蓄电容量。
因此,本实施例的蓄电系统可以便于管理多个蓄电装置,可以是能够容易地增加/减少蓄电装置的并联连接数目并因此具有高可扩展性的系统,并且可以配置多个蓄电装置的管理控制。
图2示出本实施例的变形例。
蓄电系统1不仅设置有第一单元模块2A和第二单元模块2B,而且还设置有电力调节装置12、电容器13、发电机10和电负载6。第一单元模块2A、第二单元模块2B和电力调节装置12链接到集成控制装置11。
结果,可以获得与上述实施例相同的效果,并且可以消除对控制整个系统的需要,从而简化控制。
此外,在本发明中,还可以由该集成控制装置监视第一单元模块和第二单元模块的电流、电压。
此外,第一单元模块、第二单元模块的第一控制装置、第二控制装置还可以相互通信,以由该集成控制装置进行部分监视、控制功能。

此外,还可以在该系统中设置多个不同类型的单元模块。
此外,还可以在该集成控制装置下的层级水平中设置用于整体控制多个单元模块的控制装置。

工业上的可利用性
本发明的蓄电系统不仅适用于汽车,而且适用于诸如内燃机车辆等安装有发电机和蓄电装置的系统、不间断电源装置等辅助电源系统、小型电站的缓冲系统等。

Claims (1)

1.一种蓄电系统,包括:
单元模块,每个所述单元模块包括蓄电装置和能够管理所述蓄电装置的状态的控制装置,并且将多个该单元模块进行并联连接;
电负载,通过所述蓄电装置的电能对所述电负载进行驱动并控制;以及
集成控制装置,其连接到所述电负载和所述单元模块的所述控制装置,其中
所述集成控制装置,
从每个所述单元模块的所述控制装置获得每个所述蓄电装置的电流、总电压、单体电池电压、温度的状态信息,并且
将所获得的多项状态信息相互比较,以根据所述多项状态信息的最差值对所述电负载进行驱动并控制,其中:
由每个所述单元模块的所述控制装置计算出的电流限制值包括每个所述单元模块的放电电流限制值和充电电流限制值;并且
所述集成控制装置进行控制,使得所有所述单元模块的电流之和除以所述单元模块的个数得到的平均电流处于电流限制中的放电电流限制值当中的最大值和电流限制中的充电电流限制值当中的最小值之间。
