Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及根据专利权利要求1前序部分描述的多喷嘴体。
背景技术
这种多喷嘴体是已知的,例如可从德国实用新型7812539U1中得知。这种多喷嘴体有一关闭元件,具体表现为三通阀。通过此三通阀,通向排放喷嘴的连接管道可以选择性连接到供给管道或从供给管道切断。这些可能的连接选择十分有限。此外,因为密封造成的摩擦力相对较大,因此调整三通阀必须花费很大力气。
另一种多喷嘴体可从EP1661627B1中得知。通向排放喷嘴的不同连接管道可以通过一换向阀连接到供给管道,该换向阀具体表现为一球阀。同样,这里可能的连接选项是有限的。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供一具有关闭元件的多喷嘴体,该关闭元件可以通过较小的力来调节,并且有一紧凑设计和通用调节设备。
根据本发明,该目标是通过一执行元件来实现的,该元件包括多个转换凸轮并且可以围绕旋转轴转动到不同的转换位置,关闭元件是球形,在关闭位置以密封方式布置在阀座上,该阀座有一倾斜的环形部分,球形关闭元件在与执行元件旋转轴至少大致垂直的方向移动到倾斜壁之上,并处于阀座之外时,关闭元件转换位置,将流体排放到各自的连接管。
通过采取这些措施,获得了一极其紧凑的多喷嘴体,其阀具体表现为球形关闭元件,可以通过较小的力来调节。将球形关闭元件升到阀座圆形部分的斜壁之上,可用较小的力,将球形关闭元件移出阀座,将位置调整为排放流体到连接管道。
将供给管道进口排列在一关于连接管道的分支口偏置的空间,该连接管道包括一阀座,实现多喷嘴体的从供给管道到连接管道的具有紧凑设计的有利布置。
执行元件的简单实施例可通过具有类似磁盘设计的执行元件来实现。
为了能够同时将一个或几个连接管道连接到供给管道,执行元件应该包括至少两个转换凸轮。因此,一个或多个排放喷嘴可以同时激活,即待排放液体通过一个或多个喷嘴排放。
在一个实施例中,将执行元件的两个转换凸轮中的至少一个设计成能使两个相邻的关闭元件同时移动到在连接管道中排放液体的位置。因此,两个直接相邻的连接管道可以通过简单的方式同时连接到供给管道。
为了能够通过远程调节或者机载计算机用一种简单的方式调结多喷嘴体的关闭阀,执行元件应可通过动力驱动器旋转。
阀元件的简单实施例可通过表现为球体的球形阀元件来获得,可通过压缩弹簧将该球形阀元件压缩到阀座上使其变成密封位置。

具体实施方式
多喷嘴体包括壳体1。将紧固工具2配置于壳体上,多喷嘴体通过该紧固工具被固定在框架单元、分配杆等上面。在多喷嘴体壳体1的上部区域,布置液体管道的一部分3,使多喷嘴体能够与之连接。通过配置在农作物喷雾器分配杆上的液体管道,待排放液体可供给各自的多喷嘴体。
液体管道3与配置在壳体1上的供给管道4相连。供给管道4终止于壳体1中的分布空间5。根据实施例,四条连接管道6从这个分布空间5通向排列在壳体1内的排放管道7,在排放管道7的末端8,排放喷嘴通过盖螺母以熟知的方式布置(未显示)。
通过表现为关闭阀9的关闭元件,连接管道6可以在分布空间5区域内关闭。通过这些关闭阀9,连接管道6可以选择性地连接到供给管道4和/或从该处关闭。关闭阀9可以通过转换执行元件11来操纵,使其处于各自的关闭或通流位置。
包括一阀座13的连接管道6有分支口14,供给管道4的进口12配置于与连接管道的分支口14相偏置的分布空间5中。
每个关闭阀9有一阀座13配置于壳体1上,由于斜壁15的存在,每个阀座13都有一个斜环形部分16。关闭元件10是球形,在实施例中将它们设计成球体。当球体10位于阀座13的斜环形部分16时,它们以密封方式在关闭位置与阀座13的斜环形部分16配合。压力弹簧17将被分配到球体10,通过此种方式,后者压向阀座13。
可切换的执行元件11设计成类似磁盘的形状,并与选择器轴18相连接,该选择器轴18以抗扭矩方式安装于壳体1上。执行元件11有几个转换凸轮19、20,如图3所示。根据实施例,执行元件11有两个转换凸轮19、20。将执行元件11的选择器轴18以抗扭矩方式连接到动力驱动器21上,该动力驱动器21具体表现为电动机,因此,选择器轴18可以通过动力驱动器21围绕旋转轴22旋转。
两个转换凸轮中的一个19表现为仅仅能将一个设计为球体10的阀元件压出阀座13,使得一个连接管道6通流。两个转换凸轮中的另一个20设计成可以同时移动两个相邻的球体状的关闭元件,将其转换为将流体释放到各自的连接管道6的位置,即它可以同时将设计成球体10的两个阀元件压出阀座13。
具有两个转换凸轮19、20的执行元件11可以旋转到不同的位置,如图8至图12所示的可能位置。显然,可不排放流体,也可将流体排放到一个或者几个连接管道6从而进入通向排放喷嘴的排放管道7中,这取决于执行元件11的转换位置。因此,待排放的液体可以不供给,也可选择性地提供给一个或几个连接管道,所以排放喷嘴有不同的组合。
从图5和图7中球体10表现的情形可知,磁盘状执行元件11的转换凸轮19、20对球体10起作用,在大致垂直于执行元件11的旋转轴22的方向23活动,高度大概在关闭阀9的球体10的中心,将球体压入各自阀座13之外、阀座13的环形部分16的斜壁15之上且处于垂直于轴22的方向23,使其变成释放流体到连接管道6的位置,如箭头24所示。
表现为电动机的各自的动力调节元件21通过未显示的连接管道连接到电源和一控制设备,其具体表现为,例如机载计算机。
Claims (7)
1.多喷嘴体,其具有几个排列在农业作物喷药机液体管道上的排放喷嘴,其中液体管道可与多喷嘴体的供给管道相连,其中供给管道在分布空间打开,其中多个连接管道各自通向一从分布空间分支出来的排放喷嘴,其中分别分配到连接管道形成关闭阀的关闭元件被分配到分布空间中,其中通过关闭阀的关闭元件,一个或多个连接管道可选择地连接到供给管道和/或从该处切断,这可以通过转换执行元件来控制,其特征在于:执行元件(11)包括多个转换凸轮(19、20),可围绕旋转轴(22)切换到不同位置,关闭元件(10)是球状,在封闭位置时布置在包括一斜环部分(16)的阀座(13)里,球状关闭元件(10)在大致垂直于执行元件(11)的旋转轴(22)的方向(21)上移动到阀座(13)之外、阀座(13)的环形部分(16)的斜壁(15)之上,使其转换到释放流体(24)到各自连接管道(6)的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,供给管道(4)的进口(12)布置在与连接管道(6)的分支开口(14)相偏移的分布空间(5)内,该连接管道(6)包括一阀座(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,执行元件(11)具有磁盘状设计。
4.根据上述权利要求中至少一条权利要求所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,执行元件(11)包括至少两个转换凸轮(19、20)。
5.根据上述权利要求中至少一条权利要求所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,设计执行元件(11)的两个转换凸轮中的至少一个(20),使得两个相邻的关闭元件(10)可同时移动到可在连接管道(6)中释放流体(24)的位置。
6.根据上述权利要求中至少一条权利要求所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,执行元件(11)可通过动力驱动器(21)转动。
7.根据上述权利要求中至少一条权利要求所述的多喷嘴体,其特征在于,球形阀元件具体表现为球体(10),可通过压力弹簧(17)将其压入阀座(13)从而进入关闭位置。
