Abstract

本发明涉及一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂和增韧剂在高搅锅中以800-1000r/min搅拌1-10min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃,模头温度为230-300℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为30-40∶1,转速300-400r/min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中100-150℃放置1-5小时后,得到高透光率的聚碳酸酯。本发明所述方法制得的高透光率的聚碳酸酯具有高透光性的优点,能满足户外照明用的要求,工艺简单成熟,有利于普遍推广应用。

Description

一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯材料由于其强度高、透明性、耐高温性及阻燃性,通常被选用为照明灯具外罩材料。未经改性的聚碳酸酯用作灯具外罩时,会裸露刺眼的眩光,需要进行专门的反眩光改性以保持光线的柔和来较少对人眼的刺激,然而在用作LED照明灯具外罩时,聚碳酸酯外罩经过传统的防眩光改性后会导致透光率下降,存在发光效率低下的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂和增韧剂在高搅锅中以800-1000r/min搅拌1-10min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃、230-300℃,模头温度为230-300℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为30-40∶1,转速300-400r/min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中100-150℃放置1-5小时后,得到高透光率的聚碳酸酯。
优选地,该方法包括下列步骤:将聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂和增韧剂在高搅锅中在950r/min下搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到高透光率的聚碳酸酯。
更优选地,以重量份计,聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂和增韧剂的用量为:(a)80-95份的聚碳酸酯;(b)0.5-2.0份的光扩散剂;(c)1-3份的阻燃剂;(d)1-5份的润滑剂;(e)0.1-1份的光稳定剂;以及(f)1-3份的增韧剂。
更优选地,以重量份计,聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、光稳定剂和增韧剂的用量为:(a)90份的聚碳酸酯;(b)1.0份的光扩散剂;(c)2.0份的阻燃剂;(d)1.0份的润滑剂;(e)0.5份的光稳定剂;以及(f)1.5份的增韧剂。
更优选地,所述光扩散剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、双水杨酸双酚A酯和丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或多种。
更优选地,所述阻燃剂为多聚芳基磷酸酯、氢氧化镁、氢氧化钡和全氟丁基磺酸钾中的一种或多种。
更优选地,所述润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、硬脂酸盐和二甲基硅烷中的一种或多种。
更优选地,所述光稳定剂为2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮。
更优选地,所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)。
本发明所述方法制得的高透光率的聚碳酸酯具有高透光性的优点,能满足户外照明用的要求,工艺简单成熟,有利于普遍推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
聚碳酸酯(PC),德国拜耳公司;三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯,淄博齐翔石油化工集团有限公司;十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯(CAS号:2082-79-3),上海江莱生物科技有限公司;多聚芳基磷酸酯,浙江万盛股份有限公司;2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,武汉远城科技发展有限公司。
实施例1
称取90千克的聚碳酸酯、1.0千克的光扩散剂、2.0千克的多聚芳基磷酸酯、1.0千克的二甲基硅烷、0.5千克的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和1.5千克的EVA,其中所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、0.1千克的双水杨酸双酚A酯和0.2千克的丙烯酸丁酯。
将聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、多聚芳基磷酸酯、二甲基硅烷、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和EVA在高搅锅中高速(950r/min)搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38∶1,转速350r/min。经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物,不同之处在于所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、0.3千克的丙烯酸丁酯。
实施例3
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物,不同之处在于所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯和0.3千克的双水杨酸双酚A酯。
实施例4
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物,不同之处在于所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、0.2千克的双水杨酸双酚A酯和0.1千克的丙烯酸丁酯。
实施例5
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物,不同之处在于所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双((1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、0.05千克的双水杨酸双酚A酯和0.25千克的丙烯酸丁酯。
根据ASTM D1003,使用Nippon Denshoku的雾度仪NDH 2000装置来测量透光率。结果如下:87%(实施例1)、54%(实施例2)、61%(实施例3)、69%(实施例4)和65(实施例5)。

Claims (1)

1.一种高透光率的聚碳酸酯的制备方法,该方法包括下列步骤:称取90千克的聚碳酸酯、1.0千克的光扩散剂、2.0千克的多聚芳基磷酸酯、1.0千克的二甲基硅烷、0.5千克的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和1.5千克的EVA,其中所述光扩散剂为0.5千克的三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯、0.2千克的十八烷基-3,5-双(1,1-二甲基乙基)-4-羟基苯丙酸酯、0.1千克的双水杨酸双酚A酯和0.2千克的丙烯酸丁酯;
将聚碳酸酯、光扩散剂、多聚芳基磷酸酯、二甲基硅烷、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮和EVA在高搅锅中高速950r/min搅拌5min,初步混合后,从加料口处加入双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机中从进料段到机头的各反应段温度分别为250℃、260℃、270℃、265℃、265℃、250℃、245℃、240℃,模头温度为260℃,双螺杆挤出机中螺杆长径比为38:l,转速350r/min,经双螺杆挤出机挤出后经过水冷、切粒,在鼓风干燥箱中120℃放置4小时后,得到高透光率的聚碳酸酯复合物。
