本发明属于模具领域，具体地说，涉及一种带有冷却功能的注塑模具。
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具，也是赋予塑胶制品完整结构和精确尺寸的工具。目前电池壳的生产主要依靠注塑模具来生产。在原先的电池壳塑胶模具设计中，由于入子拆得比较散，中间未加水路，导致产品在成型后大量的热量不能及时散去，剩余的热量导致电池壳变形比较严重，影响电池壳的外观美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷，提供一种结构简单、快速冷却并且保证电池壳外观美观的带有冷却功能的注塑模具。
为解决上述问题，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种带有冷却功能的注塑模具，包括模具本体，其特征在于：所述模具本体上设置有模仁，模仁中安装有水冷却装置。
作为一种改进：
所述水冷却装置包括进水口和出水口，进水口和出水口之间连接有若干相互连通的冷却管路。
作为一种改进：
所述冷却管路包括若干高度各不相同的冷却管路。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本发明模具本体中设置有高度各不相同的冷却管路，冷却管路是按照成型部位的高低不同，进行不同高度的设计，这样使得整个产品冷却均匀。本发明结构简单，实现了快速冷的目的。也达到了保证电池壳外观美观的效果。

具体实施方式
实施例：
如图1所示，一种带有冷却功能的注塑模具，包括模具本体1，所述模具本体1上设置有模仁5，模仁5中安装有水冷却装置。
在本实施例中，所述水冷却装置包括进水口3和出水口4，进水口3和出水口4之间连接有若干相互连通的冷却管路2。为了达到最佳的冷却效果，冷却管路2包括若干高度各不相同的冷却管路，这些冷却管路依据成型部位的不同，排列成不同高度的冷却管路。
模具本体中设置有高度各不相同的冷却管路，冷却管路是按照成型部位的高低不同，进行不同高度的设计，这样使得整个产品冷却均匀。本发明结构简单，实现了快速冷的目的。也达到了保证电池壳外观美观的效果。

1.一种带有冷却功能的注塑模具，包括模具本体，其特征在于：所述模具本体上设置有模仁，模仁中安装有水冷却装置。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的带有冷却功能的注塑模具，其特征在于：所述水冷却装置包括进水口和出水口，进水口和出水口之间连接有若干相互连通的冷却管路。
3.根据权利要求2中所述的带有冷却功能的注塑模具，其特征在于：所述冷却管路包括若干高度各不相同的冷却管路。
