Abstract

本发明涉及一种螺栓螺纹加工方法。在高强度螺栓螺纹滚压加工前,先用废旧滚丝轮将产品螺纹预滚成型,再用新滚丝轮修正已经成型的螺栓螺纹。如果用新滚丝轮直接加工产品毛坯,新滚丝轮很容易磨损或崩缺;经过预滚丝后,新滚丝轮只对螺纹修正,不用承受较大的径向滚压力,滚丝轮的使用寿命能提高3~4倍左右。采用新的螺纹加工方法后,每付滚丝轮可加工15000支左右,产品螺纹的光洁度可达到▽6。所得螺纹光洁度好,还降低了螺纹加工的成本。

一种螺栓螺纹的加工方法
技术领域
本发明属于螺栓螺纹加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度螺栓螺纹的加工方法。
背景技术
目前机械性能10.9级及以上的高强度螺栓螺纹的加工工艺,常用方法是将磨削后的产品毛坯用专用滚丝轮一次性滚压成型。由于是高强度产品,其硬度较高,滚丝轮的磨损较大,加工的产品螺纹光洁度较差,每对滚丝轮加工5000支产品后,再加工时,产品螺纹通不过环规,此时滚丝轮报废,因此螺纹加工成本较高,有必要改进高强度螺栓螺纹加工方法,提高产品质量,降低加工成本。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的的技术问题是提供一种新滚丝轮使用寿命长,高强度螺栓螺纹成本低的加工方法。
为了解决该技术问题,本发明采用预滚丝法即二次滚丝法。 在高强度螺栓螺纹滚压加工前,先用废旧滚丝轮将产品螺纹预滚成型,使新滚丝轮不直接接触产品毛坯,再用已知专业厂家生产的、经检测合格的滚丝轮、将已经成型的产品螺纹修正,使螺纹的中径、外径、表面光洁度都符合图纸要求。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点和特点:
新滚丝轮使用寿命长。在高强度螺栓螺纹滚压加工前,先用废旧滚丝轮将产品螺纹预滚成型,使新滚丝轮不直接接触产品毛坯,而是用新滚丝轮修正已经成型产品螺纹。如果用新滚丝轮直接加工产品毛坯,新滚丝轮很容易磨损或崩缺,造成滚丝轮报废,经过预滚丝后,新滚丝轮只对螺纹修正,不用承受较大的径向滚压力,所以新滚丝轮的使用寿命能提高3~4倍左右。
产品质量好,加工成本低。正常情况下,机械性能12.9级,螺纹规格M14×2-4h的产品,每付新滚丝轮只能加工5000支左右,滚丝轮单价633.333元/付,每支产品的滚丝轮成本为633.333/5000=0.127元,使用新的螺纹加工方法后,每付滚丝轮可加工15000支左右,每支产品的滚丝轮成本为633.333/15000=0.042元,产品螺纹的光洁度可达到▽6。提高了产品质量。降低了螺纹加工的成本。
具体实施方式
先利用废旧滚丝轮将需要加工的产品毛坯Φ12.71±0.01mm加工成螺纹,此时螺纹中径Φ12.66~12.7mm,外径Φ13.8~13.85mm左右,螺纹光洁度还达不到要求,再用新购滚丝轮M14×2-4h▽6将螺纹修正,使螺纹的中径达到Φ12.65~12.69mm之间,外径达到Φ13.85~13.95mm之间,表面光洁度▽6,符合图纸要求。使用该方法,每付滚丝轮可加工15000支产品左右,每付滚丝轮单价633.333元,改进后每支产品的滚丝轮成本在0.042元左右。而用已知的滚丝方法则是每付滚丝轮只能加工5000支产品后就报废,每支产品的滚丝轮成本在0.127元左右。以每年加工各种高强度螺栓伍百万只,每年可节约滚丝轮成本0.127-0.042*5000000=425000元,减去各种人工工资5000000*0.008=40000,电费费用80000元后,可节约成本425000-40000-80000=305000元。

1.一种螺栓螺纹加工方法,其特征在于:在高强度螺栓螺纹滚压加工前,先用废旧滚丝轮将产品螺纹预滚成型,再用新滚丝轮将已经成型的螺栓螺纹修正。
