本发明公开了一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:SG-1型聚氯乙烯10.6-13.5、环氧棉籽油3-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡粉2-3、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯1.8-3.2、硅藻土8.5-11.5、LDPE低密度聚乙烯35-40、均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物45-50、聚异丁烯3-5、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.5-1、改性纳米天青石粉0.5-1、抗氧剂616?1.5-3、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、甘油三醋酸酯1.5-3、硬脂酸锌1-2、改性页岩粉1-2。本发明阻隔性和气密性好,耐压性和耐冲击性优秀,同时又具有热封强度高、热封性能好的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料领域,确切地说是一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法。
背景技术
我国是世界包装制造和消费大国,塑料包装在包装产业总产值中的比例已超过30%,成为包装产业中的生力军,在食品、饮料、日用品及工农业生产各个领域发挥着不可替代的作用。近年来,塑料包装行业的包装产品、包装材料平稳增长,包装新材料、新工艺、新技术、新产品不断涌现。食品包装塑料基材膜通常用聚乙烯原料生产,当前市场上有多种性能优越的可用于制作食品包装塑料基材膜的聚乙烯原料。从主要塑料品种来看,在塑料包装领域,高密度聚乙烯薄膜的消耗量将继续稳定增长。单层的聚乙烯薄膜对氧等气体的阻隔性差,包装油炸类等食品时,易造成封口处污染,一般的液体包装聚乙烯薄膜对此类包装的封口性能差,不能满足其包装工艺和包装物品存放期的要求,因此必须采用阻隔性能和夹杂封口性能都好的多层聚乙烯改性薄膜或复合薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,该材料热封性能好。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将天青石于500-600℃下煅烧4-6小时,研成粉末,用10-15%的双氧水溶液浸泡5-6小时,烘干,再与相当于天青石粉重量1-2%的氯化石蜡混匀,研磨成纳米粉末,即得改性纳米天青石粉备用;
(2)将页岩用浓度为8-12%的双氧水溶液浸泡7-8小时,烘干,再于400-500℃下煅烧5-7小时,研成粉末,再与相当于粉末重量2-3%的环氧大豆油混合,搅拌均匀后,粉碎,过200-400目筛,即得改性页岩粉备用;
(3)将环氧棉籽油、氧化聚乙烯蜡粉加入到混料机中,升温至80-85℃,加入SG-1型聚氯乙烯搅拌4-8分钟后,加入异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯搅拌12-16分钟后,再加入改性页岩粉、改性纳米天青石粉,加热至100-110℃,搅拌25-35分钟;再加入其它原料搅拌均匀后送入挤出机熔体挤出,熔融温度为180-190℃;进行模头吹膜定型,模头温度是由下向上逐渐升高,其范围控制在185-200℃;然后牵引切割;最后收卷,即得;
所述的含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:SG-1型聚氯乙烯10.6-13.5、环氧棉籽油3-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡粉2-3、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯1.8-3.2、硅藻土8.5-11.5、LDPE低密度聚乙烯35-40、均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物45-50、聚异丁烯3-5、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯0.5-1、改性纳米天青石粉0.5-1、抗氧剂6161.5-3、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯1-2、甘油三醋酸酯1.5-3、硬脂酸锌1-2、改性页岩粉1-2。
所述的一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述挤出机的转速控制在90-100r/min。
所述的均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物的熔融指数在2.0-5.0g/10min之间,密度为0.89-0.92g/cm3之间。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明阻隔性和气密性好,耐压性和耐冲击性优秀,同时又具有热封强度高、热封性能好的特点。
具体实施方式
一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将天青石于500℃下煅烧6小时,研成粉末,用10%的双氧水溶液浸泡6小时,烘干,再与相当于天青石粉重量1%的氯化石蜡混匀,研磨成纳米粉末,即得改性纳米天青石粉备用;
(2)将页岩用浓度为12%的双氧水溶液浸泡8小时,烘干,再于400℃下煅烧5小时,研成粉末,再与相当于粉末重量2%的环氧大豆油混合,搅拌均匀后,粉碎,过200目筛,即得改性页岩粉备用;
(3)将环氧棉籽油、氧化聚乙烯蜡粉加入到混料机中,升温至82℃,加入SG-1型聚氯乙烯搅拌4分钟后,加入异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯搅拌16分钟后,再加入改性页岩粉、改性纳米天青石粉,加热至110℃,搅拌25分钟;再加入其它原料搅拌均匀后送入挤出机熔体挤出,挤出机的转速控制在95r/min,熔融温度为190℃;进行模头吹膜定型,模头温度是由下向上逐渐升高,其范围控制在200℃;然后牵引切割;最后收卷,即得;
所述的含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜,其是由下述重量份(kg)的原料制得:SG-1型聚氯乙烯13.5、环氧棉籽油4.4、氧化聚乙烯蜡粉3、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯3.2、硅藻土11.5、LDPE低密度聚乙烯40、均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物50、聚异丁烯5、聚-4-甲基-1-戊烯1、改性纳米天青石粉0.8、抗氧剂6163、癸二酸丙二醇聚酯2、甘油三醋酸酯3、硬脂酸锌2、改性页岩粉2。
所述的均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物的熔融指数在2.0-5.0g/10min之间,密度为0.89-0.92g/cm3之间。
本实施例生产出的产品的性能参数为:拉伸强度:56Mpa;断裂伸长率:1021%;热封强度:12.1;摩擦系数:0.211。
Claims (3)
1.一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将天青石于500-600℃下煅烧4-6小时,研成粉末,用10-15%的双氧水溶液浸泡5-6小时,烘干,再与相当于天青石粉重量1-2%的氯化石蜡混匀,研磨成纳米粉末,即得改性纳米天青石粉备用;
(2)将页岩用浓度为8-12%的双氧水溶液浸泡7-8小时,烘干,再于400-500℃下煅烧5-7小时,研成粉末,再与相当于粉末重量2-3%的环氧大豆油混合,搅拌均匀后,粉碎,过200-400目筛,即得改性页岩粉备用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述挤出机的转速控制在90-100r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有改性纳米天青石粉的包装用塑料基材薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的均质乙烯/α烯烃共聚物的熔融指数在2.0-5.0g/10min之间,密度为0.89-0.92g/cm3之间。
