Abstract

本发明提供了一种弹簧坯料加热装置,它是利用多组中频感应加热器对弹簧坯料进行运动式连续加热,使弹簧坯料一般能在20-35秒左右达到卷制所需温度,本工艺的装置特别适用于加工16mm-30mm的弹簧坯料,具有耗能低,加工速度快、质量好的特点,同时能满足批量生产的需要改善了生产环境。

Description

本发明属于热加工技术,是一种采用中频感应技术制造弹簧的装置。
目前的弹簧制造特别是对直径大,长度长的弹簧制造一般是采用火焰加热或是电炉、电接触加热的方式对坯料加热后卷制而成的,但这类技术加工时间长,耗能大且加工时易产生氧化皮等,产品质量不易稳定。
本发明的目的在于利用中频感应技术来设制一种加热装置,从而使坯料加热的质量稳定,提高加热速度,降低耗能指标。
本发明是这样构成的:它有二组以上(含二组)的频感应加热器1,传送机构2;中频感应加热器1和传送机构2-分别安装在机体3上,中频感应加热器1连接在电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6上,每组中频感应加热器可以单独与电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6连接、也可以互相并联后再与电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6连接、其目的是改变加热的温度和加热的速度。传送机构2有无级调速电机7、托轮8及传送链9,传送链9连接了托轮8和无级调速电机7,中频感应加热器1中的衬料11可选用碳化硅管,在本发明中中频感应加热器1可采用常规制作方法制作。该装置适合于加工直径为16mm-30mm的弹簧坯料,在加工此类尺寸的弹簧坯料时,该装置的电流频率为8000Hz,以在机体3上顺序安装5-7组中频感应加热器1为最佳,利用多组中频感应加热器对弹簧坯料进行连续加热,将弹簧坯料从加热装置的入口端送入,在传送机构的传送下,坯料向出口端运动,运动过程中坯料要穿过二组以上(含二组)的中频感应加热器,每穿过一组中频应加热器则坯料温度就被升高直至从最后一组中频感应加热器出来之后坯料的温度可以达到能被卷制所需的温度,其目的是改变加热的温度和加热的速度。
附图1为本发明的结构示意图。
本发明的实施例:将五组感应加热器安装在机体上,从机体入口端到出口端五组感应加热器的线圈匝数分别为20匝、20匝、26匝、20匝、20匝,线圈为14×12×1.5异型方紫铜管绕制而成。加热器由变频机组控制,在机体上,安置好无级调速电机,托轮和传送链。使用时,将一根直径为26毫米,长为2.7米的坯料放置在机体的入口端托轮上,在传送链传送下,坯料向感应加热器运动,并穿过感应加热器,通过五组感应加热器的温度分别为300℃、600℃最后达到900℃,这时立即送入卷制机卷制,这样就完成了卷制弹簧的工艺,完成该工艺前后只需20-30秒。
本发明加工的弹簧受热均匀、质量好、而且加工速度快、耗能小。

Claims (2)

1、一种弹簧坯料加热的装置,其特征在于它有二组以上(含二组)的中频感应加热器1,传送机构2;中频感应加热器1和传送机构2一一分别安装在机体3上,中频感应加热器1连接在电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6上,每组中频感应加热器可以单独与电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6连接、也可以互相并联后再与电热电容器4和中频接触器5及变频机6连接、传送机构2有无级调速电机7、托轮8及传送链9,传送链9连接了托轮8和无级调速电机7。
2、按照权利要求1所述的弹簧坯料加热的装置,其特征在于:中频感应加热器1中的衬料11可选用碳化硅管。
