Abstract

一种视频录制方法及视频录制装置。视频录制方法包括:根据储存空间及期望录制时间决定临限比特率;撷取视频数据;判断目前比特率是否大于临限比特率;当目前比特率不大于临限比特率,储存视频数据的预测画面;以及当目前比特率大于临限比特率,不储存预测画面。

视频录制方法及视频录制装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种录制方法及录制装置,且特别涉及一种视频录制方法及视频录制装置。
背景技术
目前MPEG的影像压缩方法是将影像信号框被分成多个影像群组(GroupofPictures,GOP)。每个影像群组的起点(EntryPoint)为独立画面(IntraFrame,I-frame),在独立画面之后则为预测画面(Predictiveframe,P-frame)。独立画面没有参考其它画面的数据,所以在译码时可以做为译码的切入点,不需参考其它画面的数据,可以单独进行译码。为了有效降低视频数据的数据量以有利于数据传输,大多数的影像编码机制是以独立画面为基础使用预测方法,来产生数据量更少的预测画面。
然而,目前已知的视频录制方法无法确保能在一定的储存空间及录制时间内储存视频数据。此外,一种已知的视频录制方法是同时舍弃独立画面及预测画面,因而造成视频播放不流畅的情事发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种视频录制方法及视频录制装置,是根据目前比特率决定是否舍弃预测画面,以确保能在一定的储存空间及录制时间内储存视频数据。此外,由于不舍弃独立画面,因此可进一步地防止视频播放不流畅的情事发生。
根据本发明,提出一种视频录制方法。视频录制方法包括:根据储存空间及期望录制时间决定临限比特率;撷取视频数据;判断目前比特率是否大于临限比特率;当目前比特率不大于临限比特率,储存视频数据的预测画面(Predictiveframe,P-frame);以及当目前比特率大于临限比特率,不储存预测画面。
根据本发明,提出一种视频录制装置。视频录制装置包括硬盘、比特率决定电路、视频撷取电路及数据量控制电路。比特率决定电路根据硬盘的储存空间及期望录制时间决定临限比特率。视频撷取电路撷取视频数据。数据量控制电路判断目前比特率是否大于临限比特率,当目前比特率不大于临限比特率,储存视频数据的预测画面(Predictiveframe,P-frame)至硬盘,当目前比特率大于临限比特率,不储存预测画面至硬盘。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理和工作原理作具体的描述:
第一实施例
请同时参照图1、图2A及图2B,图1绘示为依照本实施例的一种视频录制装置的示意图,图2A及图2B绘示为依照本实施例的一种视频录制方法的流程图。视频录制装置1包括硬盘11、比特率决定电路12、视频撷取电路13及数据量控制电路14,且数据量控制电路14耦接至硬盘11、比特率决定电路12及视频撷取电路13。比特率决定电路12及数据量控制电路14例如是由处理器所实现。
视频录制方法包括如下步骤:首先如步骤211所示,比特率决定电路12根据硬盘11的储存空间S1及期望录制时间T1决定临限比特率R。临限比特率R例如为储存空间S1与期望录制时间T1的比值。接着如步骤212所示,视频撷取电路13撷取视频数据V1。视频数据V1的格式例如为H.264或MPEG4。跟着如步骤213所示,数据量控制电路14判断视频数据V1是否为独立画面(IFrame)。当视频数据V1不为独立画面,则如步骤214所示,数据量控制电路14判断舍弃旗标F是否为舍弃默认值。其中,舍弃默认值例如为1。当舍弃旗标F为舍弃默认值,则执行步骤215,数据量控制电路14不储存独立画面后续的预测画面(PFrame)至硬盘11。相反地,当舍弃旗标F不为舍弃默认值而是非舍弃默认值,则执行步骤216,数据量控制电路14储存独立画面后续的预测画面至硬盘11。其中,非舍弃默认值例如为0。
当视频数据V1为独立画面,则如步骤217所示,数据量控制电路14根据已录制时间T2及已录制数据量S2计算目前比特率r。目前比特率r例如为已录制数据量S2与已录制时间T2的比值。接着如步骤218所示,数据量控制电路14判断目前比特率r是否大于临限比特率R。当目前比特率r大于临限比特率R,则如步骤219所示,数据量控制电路14将舍弃旗标F设为舍弃默认值。相反地,当目前比特率r不大于临限比特率R,则如步骤220所示,数据量控制电路14将舍弃旗标F设为非舍弃默认值。前述舍弃旗标F设定完毕后,接着执行步骤221,将独立画面储存至硬盘11。
由于上述实施例是根据目前比特率来决定是否储存预测画面,因此可确保硬盘11的期望录制时间T1。此外,由于上述实施例并不舍弃独立画面,因此可进一步地防止视频播放不流畅的情事发生。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种视频录制方法,其特征在于,包括:
根据一储存空间及一期望录制时间决定一临限比特率;
撷取一视频数据;
判断该视频数据是否为一独立画面;以及
当该视频数据为该独立画面,根据一已录制时间及一已录制数据量计算一目前比特率;
判断该目前比特率是否大于该临限比特率;
当该目前比特率不大于该临限比特率,储存该视频数据的一预测画面以及不舍弃该独立画面;
当该目前比特率大于该临限比特率,不储存该预测画面以及不舍弃该独立画面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
当该视频数据不为该独立画面,判断一舍弃旗标是否为一舍弃默认值;
其中,当该舍弃旗标为该舍弃默认值,不储存该独立画面后续的该预测画面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,当该舍弃旗标不为该舍弃默认值,储存该独立画面后续的该预测画面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的视频录制方法,其特征在于,还包括:
该临限比特率为该储存空间及该期望录制时间的比值;
该目前比特率为该已录制数据量与该已录制时间的比值;
当该目前比特率大于该临限比特率,将一舍弃旗标设为一舍弃默认值;以及
当该目前比特率不大于该临限比特率,将该舍弃旗标设为一非舍弃默认值。
5.一种视频录制装置,其特征在于,包括:
一硬盘;
一比特率决定电路,用以根据该硬盘的一储存空间及一期望录制时间决定一临限比特率;
一视频撷取电路,用以撷取一视频数据;以及
一数据量控制电路,用以判断该视频数据是否为一独立画面,当该视频数据为该独立画面,该数据量控制电路根据一已录制时间及一已录制数据量计算一目前比特率,该数据量控制电路判断该目前比特率是否大于该临限比特率,当该目前比特率不大于该临限比特率,储存该视频数据的一预测画面至该硬盘以及不舍弃该独立画面,当该目前比特率大于该临限比特率,不储存该预测画面至该硬盘以及不舍弃该独立画面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,当该视频数据不为该独立画面,该数据量控制电路判断一舍弃旗标是否为一舍弃默认值,当该舍弃旗标为该舍弃默认值,该数据量控制电路不储存该独立画面后续的该预测画面至该硬盘。
7.根据权利要求6所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,当该舍弃旗标不为该舍弃默认值,该数据量控制电路储存该独立画面后续的该预测画面至该硬盘。
8.根据权利要求5所述的视频录制装置,其特征在于,当该目前比特率大于该临限比特率,该数据量控制电路将一舍弃旗标设为一舍弃默认值,当该目前比特率不大于该临限比特率,该数据量控制电路将该舍弃旗标设为一非舍弃默认值,该临限比特率为该储存空间及该期望录制时间的比值,以及该目前比特率为该已录制数据量与该已录制时间的比值。
