Abstract

本发明涉及一种恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹,下压件、上压件之间经不锈钢拧紧螺杆穿心连接。下压件为带有线槽的U形导电体,上压件为具有弹性功能的空心导电体;U形导电体的上方、具有弹性功能的空心导电体的下方有线槽,具有弹性功能的空心导电体上端中间固定握力定位片,U形导电体上部有有定位片滑槽,滑槽中有定位标记。当被连接导线因通过电流发生变化导致热胀冷缩而发生蠕变时,具有弹性功能的空心导电体能将自动补偿被连接导线的线径变化,保证导线可靠连接,不会出现松弛、接触电阻增大现象;当拧紧螺杆使本发明达到最佳握力时,握力定位片与定位标记重合即表示安装到位,不会受到人为因素的影响,保证了安装质量。

恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹
技术领域
本发明涉及一种恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹。
背景技术
传统的异形并沟线夹的结构见图7,上压件9、下压件10之间经不锈钢拧紧螺杆4穿心连接,被连接导线3置于下压件1、上压件2下方、上方的线槽中,在不锈钢螺杆作用下,具有弹性功能的上压件发生弹性形变与U形下压件合力将导线压紧,使被连接导线相互连接。它已广泛应用于架空线路接续。由于被连接导线在载流量变化时会热胀冷缩,并在一定压力和温度作用下,随时间延长必然发生蠕变现象,对金属导线来说表现为线径变细,而下压件9、上压件10下方、上方的线槽与导线相互为刚性连接,没有补偿功能,其后果是线夹握力降低、接触电阻增大,往往导致线夹烧坏,酿成电力事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现状,旨在提供一种能自动补偿因导线热胀冷缩和蠕变导致线径发生变化,又能在安装线夹时自动测定握力大小,且能重复使用的恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹。
本发明目的的实现方式为,恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹,下压件、上压件之间经不锈钢拧紧螺杆穿心连接,下压件为带有线槽的U形导电体,上压件为具有弹性功能的空心导电体;U形导电体的上方、具有弹性功能的空心导电体的下方有线槽,具有弹性功能的空心导电体上端中间固定握力定位片,U形导电体上部有定位片滑槽,滑槽中有定位标记。
本发明由带有线槽的U形导电体和具有弹性功能的空心导电体构成,两者之间经不锈钢螺杆穿心连接,被连接导线置于两者的线槽中,在不锈钢拧紧螺杆作用下,具有弹性功能的空心导电体发生弹性形变与U形导电体合力将被连接导线压紧,使其相互连接。
由于具有弹性功能的空心导电体具有弹性功能,当被连接导线因通过电流发生变化导致热胀冷缩而发生蠕变时,能将自动补偿被连接导线的线径变化,保证导线可靠连接,不会出现因导线变细导致线夹松弛,接触电阻增大的现象;具有弹性功能的空心导电体上端中间固定了测定握力的握力定位片,当不锈钢拧紧螺杆拧到使本发明达到最佳握力时,握力定位片与定位标记重合即表示安装到位,不会受到人为因素的影响,保证了安装质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1、7,上压件、下压件之间经不锈钢拧紧螺杆4穿心连接,上压件为具有弹性功能的空心导电体2,下压件为带有线槽的U形导电体1;U形导电体的上方、具有弹性功能的空心导电体的下方有线槽,具有弹性功能的空心导电体上端中间固定握力定位片5,U形导电体上部有有定位片滑槽,滑槽中有定位标记7。
因本发明是靠具有弹性功能的空心导电体2自动补偿因被连接导线的蠕变,保证线夹的握力,为使其补偿更到位,或解决具有弹性功能的空心导电的弹性功能不足问题,本发明在不锈钢拧紧螺杆4外套罗圈弹簧6(见图2),或在不锈钢拧紧螺杆4上固定片式弹簧8(见图3)。
使用本发明时,将被连接导线3置于U形导电体1上方的线槽中,将具有弹性功能的空心导电体2的线槽压住被连接导线,用不锈钢拧紧螺杆4穿心连接,并拧紧,使有弹性功能的空心导电体2、U形导电体1对被连接导线产生握力。当有弹性功能的空心导电体2发生弹性形变,握力定位片端部11在滑槽中向下运动(见图4)至与定位标记线7重合时(见图5),即达到最佳握力状态,表示本发明安装到位。
当被连接导线因通过电流发生变化导致热胀冷缩而发生蠕变,使导线线径发生变化时,具有弹性功能的有弹性功能的空心导电体2将自动补偿其线径变化,从而达到可靠连接的目的。拆卸时,松开不锈钢拧紧螺杆4,弹性释放,握力定位片端部将离开定位标记7,回到原位,本发明可重复使用。

Claims (3)

1.恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹,下压件、上压件之间经不锈钢拧紧螺杆穿心连接,其特征在于下压件为带有线槽的U形导电体,上压件为具有弹性功能的空心导电体;U形导电体的上方、具有弹性功能的空心导电体的下方有线槽,具有弹性功能的空心导电体上端中间固定握力定位片,U形导电体上部有有定位片滑槽,滑槽中有定位标记。
2.根据权利要求1所述的恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹,其特征在于在不锈钢拧紧螺杆(4)外套罗圈弹簧(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的恒握力抗蠕变异形并沟线夹,其特征在在不锈钢拧紧螺杆(4)上固定片式弹簧(8)。
