本实用新型涉及油、气井测试领域一种电缆头,特别是一种用于金属护套探测电缆张力过载保护型电缆头。
背景技术
目前油、气井金属护套探测电缆测试相关技术领域中,通常使用的电缆头采用自锁式固定结构。由于自锁式固定结构的局限性,当电缆头受张力过大,电缆不能顺利脱开,给电缆保护和相关测试仪器的正常使用埋下隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是目前油、气井测试领域中,通常使用的电缆头具有自锁性、过载不能保护。本实用新型设计一种张力过载保护型电缆头,包括电缆头上接头、模具弹簧、调整垫片、内锥夹紧头、外锥夹紧头、锁紧块,其特征在于:电缆头上接头内置有模具弹簧,模具弹簧末端压调整垫片,调整垫片另一端压外锥夹紧头,外锥夹紧头外套着内锥夹紧头,内锥夹紧头末端压着锁紧块,锁紧块与电缆头上接头螺纹连接。本实用新型的优点是结构简单,准确可靠,预置张力,过载保护,适用于更多场合。

图中包括电缆头上接头1、模具弹簧2、调整垫片3、内锥夹紧头4、外锥夹紧头5、锁紧块6,其特征在于:电缆头上接头1内置有模具弹簧2,模具弹簧2末端压调整垫片3,调整垫片3另一端压外锥夹紧头5,外锥夹紧头5外套着内锥夹紧头4,内锥夹紧头4末端压着锁紧块6,锁紧块6与电缆头上接头1螺纹连接。金属护套探测电缆依次穿过电缆头上接头1、模具弹簧2、调整垫片3、内锥夹紧头4、外锥夹紧头5、锁紧块6后,旋紧锁紧块6,使得内外锥夹紧头夹紧金属护套探测电缆,模具弹簧2产生弹性形变,模具弹簧2不同弹性形变量通过调整垫片3调节,对应不同的预设力值,当张力超过预设力值,则模具弹簧2继续产生弹性形变,使得外锥夹紧头5产生轴向位移,与内锥夹紧头4脱离,从而电缆可顺利脱开。

1.一种张力过载保护型电缆头,包括电缆头上接头、模具弹簧、调整垫片、内锥夹紧头、外锥夹紧头、锁紧块,其特征在于:电缆头上接头内置有模具弹簧,模具弹簧末端压调整垫片,调整垫片另一端压外锥夹紧头,外锥夹紧头外套着内锥夹紧头,内锥夹紧头末端压着锁紧块,锁紧块与电缆头上接头螺纹连接。
