Abstract
本发明涉及一种快速接头的逆止装置,其为一种快速接头,特别是一种快速接头内部具有一逆止装置的快速接头。该快速接头至少包括有一外本体、一锁合体、一卡环、一内本体与一外锁体;其中该内本体一端面设有开口,且开口间设置有一凸部,该凸部上组配有一膜体,该膜体中央设有穿孔,膜体的环缘为膜片,且该膜体包括整个开口区域。经将膜体组配于凸部处,该膜体将提供流体的单向流通作用,当流体逆向行进时,其借助膜片覆盖于开口,即能提供逆止的功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速接头的逆止装置,尤指一种快速接头中,流体只能单向流通的逆止技术。
背景技术
许多病人因为疾病导致必需长期躺卧病床,时间一久,往往会因为人体体重长时间压迫,造成人体与床面接触的部位因为长时间血液循环不良,而有组织坏死的褥疮现象。为避免病人得到褥疮,最有效的办法就是让病人躺卧交换充气式气垫床,该种交换式气垫床中区分有可交换充气与排气的气囊条,其利用气体交换充、排气,可达到对病人身体交替且暂时不接触的减压作用,借以降低褥疮发生的机率。
现有的气垫床制作时,都会从换气阀配置许多条供气管到各气囊条,如此方能达成气垫床的交换充、排气功能。以往供气管与各气囊条的接头当要进行连结时,普遍都会利用束带来进行束紧连结,该种束带组装时耗时费工,且不美观,再者,长期使用后束带还有断裂的可能,从而导致产品存有故障的可能,对于业者的商誉来说难免受到影响。此外,若供气管有破损需维修或更换时,现有的连结结构拆解也属不易,仍有改进的必要。
另,以往气垫床中某些输气管需具有气体的逆止功能,传统结构多半会外接一个由弹簧配合球阀以达到逆止功能的逆止阀体,只是,该种现有的逆止结构长期使用后,其中的弹簧难免会因为疲乏而失效,或因位置偏移而无法逆止,且闭合时会有噪音,外接式结构也不美观;显见,旧有结构存在着很多缺失。
发明人有鉴于此,特以研创成发明,期能藉发明的提出,以便改进现有缺点,期使该种产品能臻致完善、理想与实用。
发明内容
本发明的快速接头的逆止装置,其主要目的在于:提供一种创新的快速接头,其内建有逆止装置,具有美观、动作确实、安静、不易故障、节省成本等诸多优点。
本发明的快速接头的逆止装置,其目的之一在于:提供一种创新的快速接头,其具有连接快速的优点。
本发明的快速接头的逆止装置,其另一目的在于:提供一种创新的快速接头,其内部具有流体逆止的优点。
本发明的快速接头的逆止装置,其再一目的在于:提供一种创新的快速接头,其具有避免非预期脱离的优点。
为达上述目的,本发明具体的内容为:一种快速接头的逆止装置,该快速接头,包括有一外本体、一锁合体、一卡环、一内本体与一外锁体。
所述的外本体,底面包括有一压合部,外本体内部贯设有通道,该通道为L型,通道的两端为第一接合口与第二接合口,另该第一接合口外缘边设有一环槽;该外本体底部的第二接合口旁设有一凸肋。
所述的锁合体,内部设有一空间,空间内旁缘设有锁合块,该锁合块的数量以两个为佳,另该锁合体内的空间一端内缘设有一挡环。
所述的卡环,组置于外本体的环槽内,该卡环外缘设有凹部,该凹部提供锁合块的穿越用。
所述的内本体,外缘设有螺部与一凹环,内本体一端中央设有凸部,于凸部周缘开设有开口,另有一油封环套于凹环间,并于内本体的一端设有连接管,于连接管的末端形成有锥环;至于凸部处组配有一膜体,该膜体中央设有穿孔,该穿孔是用以套置于凸部处,而穿孔周围为环形的膜片。
所述的外锁体,中央为中空状,一端内缘设有螺部,外锁体外缘设有锁合槽,该锁合槽呈L字形,且锁合槽内部两侧设有复数挡块;另该外锁体一端为套环,且套环内部形成有内卡部。
前述连接管,连组有输气管。

具体实施方式
兹谨就本发明的快速接头的逆止装置的结构组成,及其所产生的功效,配合附图,举一本发明的较佳实施例详细说明如下。
首请参阅图1、图2、图3与图4所示,本发明的快速接头,包括有一外本体1、一锁合体2、一卡环3、一内本体4与一外锁体5。
该外本体1,底面包括有一压合部11,外本体1内部贯设有通道12,该通道12为L型,通道12的两端为第一接合口13与第二接合口14,另该第一接合口13外缘边设有一环槽15,该外本体1底部的第二接合口14旁设有一凸肋16。
该锁合体2,内部设有一空间20,空间20内旁缘设有锁合块21,另该锁合体2内的空间20一端内缘设有一挡环22。
该卡环3,组置于外本体1的环槽15内,该卡环3外缘设有凹部31,该凹部31提供锁合块21的穿越用。
该内本体4,外缘设有螺部41与一凹环46,内本体4一端中央设有凸部42,于凸部42周缘开设有开口43,另有一油封44环套于凹环46间,并于内本体4的一端设有连接管47,且连接管47的末端形成有锥环48;另凸部42处组配有一膜体45,该膜体45中央设有穿孔451,该穿孔451是用以套置于凸部42处,而穿孔451周围为环形的膜片452。
该外锁体5,中央为中空状,一端内缘设有螺部51,外锁体5外缘设有锁合槽52,该锁合槽52呈L字形,且锁合槽52内部两侧设有复数挡块521;另该外锁体5另一端为套环53,且套环53内部形成有内卡部54。
本发明于组装时,先将油封44套置于凹环46内,将膜体45组置于凸部42处,取一输气管6穿经外锁体5并与连接管47接合,跟着将外锁体5螺组至内本体4,另,将锁合体2置于外本体1的第一接合口13外缘,令卡环3套置于环槽15内,再利用锁合体2的锁合块21嵌卡于锁合槽52,即完成组配。
如图4,由于输气管6被夹设于内卡部54与锥环48之间,利用内卡部54与锥环48的迫紧作用,能使输气管6被紧紧的连结于连接管47处,且无法松脱。
如图5,当流体由输气管6端进入本发明结构时,当遇到膜体45,流体将会推动膜体45的膜片452形变,使原本被膜片452封闭的开口43呈现开启状态,流体得以顺利流经开口43,进入外本体1且由第二接合口14流出。
如图6,当流体由第二接合口14端进入本发明结构时,当遇到膜体45,流体将会推动膜体45的膜片452覆盖于开口43,导致所有开口43都被膜体45的膜片452封阻,此时,膜体45提供逆止的作用,使流体均无法通过开口43。
如图7,由于本发明于外本体1底部的第二接合口14旁设有一凸肋16,因此当本发明实施时因特殊需要未装设膜体45且进行紧急抽气作业时,该凸肋16能用以防止第二接合口14完全被气垫床下本体72封阻,以确保能进行抽气作业。
综上所述,本发明「快速接头的逆止装置」,其于快速接头中内建整合有逆止装置,量产后能使产品提升竞争力。
只是以上所述的,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当不能以此限定本发明实施范围;故,凡依本发明申请专利范围及创作说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖之范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种快速接头的逆止装置,该快速接头中,包括有一内本体,该内本体一端设有一凸部,于该凸部旁开设有开口,该凸部组配有一膜体,该膜体设有穿孔,该穿孔套置于凸部处,而穿孔以外的部份为膜片,膜片覆盖于全部的所述开口。
2.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该凸部设于内本体一端的中央。
3.如权利要求2所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该穿孔设于膜体的中央。
4.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该开口环设于凸部的环缘。
5.如权利要求3所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该膜片环设于穿孔的环缘。
6.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该快速接头,更包括有一外本体、一锁合体、一卡环、一内本体与一外锁体,其中:
该外本体,外本体内部贯设有通道,该通道为L型,通道的两端为第一接合口与第二接合口,另该第一接合口外缘边设有一环槽;
该锁合体,内部设有一空间,空间内旁缘设有锁合块,另该锁合体内的空间一端内缘设有一挡环;
该卡环,组置于外本体的环槽内;
该内本体,外缘设有螺部与一凹环,一油封环套于凹环间,并于内本体的一端设有连接管;
该外锁体,中央为中空状,一端内缘设有螺部,外锁体外缘设有锁合槽,该锁合槽呈L字形,且锁合槽内部两侧设有复数挡块;另该外锁体另一端为套环。
7.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该外本体的底面包括有一压合部,又外本体的第二接合口旁设有一凸肋。
8.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该卡环外缘设有凹部。
9.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该连接管末端形成有锥环。
10.如权利要求1所述快速接头的逆止装置,其特征在于:该外锁体另一端的套环内部形成有内卡部。
