本发明揭示了一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,所述热镀锌助镀剂包括氯化锌、氯化铵、亚氨基乙酸、润湿剂、硅、硫、磷、碳表面活性剂,其中各成分重量百分比为:氯化锌41%-60%,氯化铵23%-27%,亚氨基乙酸2%-4%,润湿剂1%-3%,硅4%-6%,硫3%-5%,磷4%-8%,碳3%-6%,使制得的热镀锌助镀剂具有防止烘干时钢件表面氧化,提高钢铁制件表面镀层质量的优点。

一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方。
背景技术
目前,世界各国均采用溶剂法进行批量热镀锌。要获得较好的热浸镀锌层,制件的前处理非常重要。与其他钢铁表面涂装技术不同,钢铁制件热浸镀锌前除需碱洗除油、酸洗除锈外,还有一道溶剂助镀处理。助镀作为热浸镀锌前处理中重要的一道工序,不仅直接影响镀层质量,还对锌耗成本有较大影。常用的助镀液为氯化锌与氯化铵的混合溶液,尽管已有上百年历史,目前仍有不少的厂家对助镀液的成分配比、浓度、温度、pH值等重要工艺参数控制不佳,直接影响了镀锌质量和生产成本。本工作结合国内多家钢结构热镀锌企业的实践,对热镀锌助镀工艺进行了研究。助镀是将酸洗后的制件浸入助镀液,提出 后在制件表面形成一层薄的氯化锌铵盐膜的过程。助镀的作用有:(1)清洁钢铁表面,去除酸洗后残留在制件表面的铁盐或氧化物,使钢铁件在进入锌浴时具有最大的表面活性;(2)在制件表面沉积一层盐膜,防止制件从助镀池到锌锅的一段时间内在空气中锈蚀;(3)净化制件浸入锌浴处的液相锌,使制件与液态锌快速浸润并反应。
以热浸镀锌而言,钢件在经过脱脂、酸洗和水洗之后,助镀剂溶液本身是以氯化锌铵组成而发展出来的。现今助镀液是镀锌过程必要的一部份,但也有例外。最早钢件以酸洗去除杂质和铁锈,之后直接浸入溶锌槽。虽然此过程简单,但因耗锌量高、成本昂贵。助镀液的导入,能使热浸镀锌业者降低钢件之锌层的厚度,改善成品品质,增加产能及降低成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供具有防止烘乾时钢件表面氧化,提高钢铁制件表面镀层质量优点的热镀锌助镀剂的配方。
本发明的技术方案是:一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,所述热镀锌助镀剂包括氯化锌、氯化铵、亚氨基乙酸、润湿剂、硅、硫、磷、碳表面活性剂,其中各成分重量百分比为:氯化锌41%-60%,氯化铵23%-27%,亚氨基乙酸2%-4%,润湿剂1%-3%,硅4%-6%,硫3%-5%,磷4%-8%,碳3%-6%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述润湿剂为聚氧化乙烯烷化醚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述热镀锌助镀剂的各成分重量百分比为氯化锌55%,氯化铵25%,亚氨基乙酸3%,润湿剂2%,硅4%,硫3%,磷4%,碳4%。
本发明的一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,具有防止烘乾时钢件表面氧化,提高钢铁制件表面镀层质量的优点。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。 
在一实施例中,一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,所述热镀锌助镀剂包括氯化锌、氯化铵、亚氨基乙酸、润湿剂、硅、硫、磷、碳表面活性剂,其中各成分重量百分比为:氯化锌41%-60%,氯化铵23%-27%,亚氨基乙酸2%-4%,润湿剂1%-3%,硅4%-6%,硫3%-5%,磷4%-8%,碳3%-6%,所述润湿剂为聚氧化乙烯烷化醚。
进一步说明,所述热镀锌助镀剂的各成分重量百分比为氯化锌55%,氯化铵25%,亚氨基乙酸3%,润湿剂2%,硅4%,硫3%,磷4%,碳4%, 氯化铵在锌槽中会分解产生盐酸和氨水,盐酸会和氯化锌吸收的结晶水,分解溶融锌液附着在金属表面的氧化锌层。氧化锌产生是因为空气中的氧和溶融锌液之反应(450-460℃),当钢件浸入溶融锌时,气化锌层附着其上,金属表面形成氧化锌,则内层的锌铁反应将受很大的影响,将造成镀件的浸镀时间较原来长,时间加长,最终将增加钢件上锌层厚度。本发明提供一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,具有防止烘乾时钢件表面氧化,提高钢铁制件表面镀层质量的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1. 一种热镀锌助镀剂的配方,其特征在于:所述热镀锌助镀剂包括氯化锌、氯化铵、亚氨基乙酸、润湿剂、硅、硫、磷、碳,其中各成分重量百分比为:氯化锌55%,氯化铵25%,亚氨基乙酸3%,润湿剂2%,硅4%,硫3%,磷4%,碳4%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的热镀锌助镀剂的配方,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为聚氧化乙烯烷化醚。
