一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法,将棉粕粉碎过200目筛,加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1:4,添加纤维素酶、脂肪酶进行酶解,待灭酶活后加入烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶。该方法得到的蛋白胶更加细腻,粘度更高。

一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法,属植物提取领域。
技术背景        
棉粕是将棉籽压榨并将残油分离后得到的,棉粕中含有40%以上的粗蛋白质及20%左右的粗脂肪和粗纤维。棉粕通常用于饲料,但是棉粕中粗蛋白质的组成不均衡,而且通常含有游离棉酚对动物的毒性较大,因此饲料并不是棉粕最理想的用途。本发明将棉粕中的蛋白加工成蛋白胶,可用于人造板的粘合剂。
传统工艺中,直接采用蛋白碱变性处理棉粕,致使棉粕中的纤维素、脂肪等物质对蛋白胶黏剂的粘度造成影响,传统工艺通常采用将棉粕粉碎过200目筛以上的方式以减少纤维素、脂肪对蛋白胶粘度的影响,但是机械粉碎能耗大、效率低。本发明对传统工艺进行改进,得到的蛋白胶更加细腻,粘度更高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法,该方法得到的蛋白胶更加细腻,粘度更高。
为实现以上目的,本发明的一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法,是将棉粕粉碎过200目筛,加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1:4,添加棉粕干重0.06%-0.08%的纤维素酶、棉粕干重0.03%-0.05%的脂肪酶,按常规工艺进行酶解。待灭酶活后加入棉粕干重4%-6%的烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶。
本发明对传统工艺进行改进,首先用纤维素酶及脂肪酶将棉粕中的纤维素与脂肪充分分解,再结合蛋白碱变性处理,得到的蛋白胶更加细腻,粘度更高。
实施例
实施例1:
将棉粕粉碎过200目筛,加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1:4,添加棉粕干重0.06%的纤维素酶、棉粕干重0.03%的脂肪酶进行酶解。待灭酶活后加入棉粕干重6%的烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶。
实施例2:
将棉粕粉碎过200目筛,加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1:4,添加棉粕干重0.07%的纤维素酶、棉粕干重0.04%的脂肪酶进行酶解。待灭酶活后加入棉粕干重5%的烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶。
实施例3:
将棉粕粉碎过200目筛,加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1:4,添加棉粕干重0.08%的纤维素酶、棉粕干重0.05%的脂肪酶进行酶解。待灭酶活后加入棉粕干重4%的烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶。
分别测定上述3个实施例制备的蛋白胶的粘度,同时将上述3种蛋白胶用于制备三合板,测定板材的抗拉强度,测的结果如表1所示。

1.一种利用棉粕制备蛋白胶的方法,其特征在于:将棉粕粉碎过200目筛, 加水,棉粕与水的质量比为1︰4,添加纤维素酶、脂肪酶进行酶解,待灭酶活后加入烧碱,50℃下恒温水浴加热30min,搅拌混合均匀制成蛋白胶;所述的纤维素 酶添加量为棉粕干重的0.06%-0.08%,所述的脂肪酶添加量为棉粕干重的0.03%-0. 05%;所述的烧碱的添加量为棉粕干重的4%-6%。
