Abstract
本发明公开了新型肥皂泡混合液及其制备方法,所述的混合液含有冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油,本发明与现有技术相比,利用中药提取液来制取肥皂泡混合液,使之具有解郁、提神、静心、杀菌抑菌、洁净空气、预防疾病及增强免疫力的功效,能够在缓解白领阶层及其它阶层人们的压力同时起到一定的保健功效。

本发明属于用于肥皂泡的混合液及其制备方法。
背景技术
肥皂泡是一个带虹彩表面薄的空心形体的肥皂水膜。泡泡因水的表面张力而成(这种张力是物体受到拉力作用时存在于其内部而垂直于两相邻部分接触面上的相互牵引力)。水分子间的相互吸引力比水分子与空气之间的吸引力强,于是这些水分子就像被黏在一起一样。但若分子之间过度黏合在一起,泡泡就不易形成。正是肥皂“打破”了水的表面张力,它把表面张力降低到只有通常状况下的1/3,这也是吹泡泡所需的最佳张力。通过不同的吹制器,肥皂泡液可以被吹成各种形状、或大或小、色差斑斓的肥皂泡;但因触碰其它物体或维持于空气中一定时间会破裂(地心吸引力令肥皂泡上方的膜变薄)而消失在空气中并且存在时间较短,肥皂泡也因此成为美好但不能持久事物的隐喻。吹肥皂泡时嘴巴一嘟一张可以锻炼脸部肌肉,泡泡美丽而短暂的存在不仅极大地吸引了孩子们,而且也为那些生活节奏快、压力大的成人们提供了一种享受简单、回归自然的休闲娱乐方式,吹肥皂泡成为不少大人、小孩乐此不疲的事。
现有肥皂泡混合液的制作有多种方法,比如将肥皂沫、洗洁精、洗衣粉这些材料加到水,通过一定方式的搅拌都可以制成肥皂泡,但是这样做出来的肥皂泡往往达不到预期的效果,即产生不了数量多且个体大的肥皂泡,或者肥皂泡持续的时间过于短暂,很快就破裂。针对这种情况,人们往往通过添加一些试剂来改善配方。目前主要有以下几种方式:
﹙1﹚ 添加一些降低水的表面张力的物质,例如液体肥皂或者儿童洗发膏。这些添加剂中肥皂越纯(越少香水等杂质),效果越显著。
﹙2﹚ 增厚水膜的物质。最常用的是甘油,它能使肥皂泡更富色彩。糖、冰糖或者糖浆有类似的效果。将糖溶于热水可能效果更佳,但添加过量却溶于使肥皂泡变的太厚太重。
﹙3﹚用蒸馏水取代普通水。因为自来水中含有钙离子,而它们会吸附在肥皂上,所以用蒸馏水能取得更好的效果。
现有专利中关于肥皂泡装置的专利有很多,中国专利(申请号 200380110356.0)公开了一种吹肥皂泡用装置和混合液,该混合液中包括表面活性剂,选自活性负离子类和非离子类,而且活性负离子表面活性剂的浓度为重量的1-5%,非离子表面活性剂的浓度为重量的0.1-1%,同时非离子类与活性负离子类的比例为1:3至1:30;国外专利中有英国GB2086407号专利中描述的混合液,该混合液无毒,不刺激眼睛,是表面活性剂和高分子物质的水溶液;美国No.20020019470号专利申请书中,用于吹制肥皂泡的混合液是可形成胶束的表面活性剂配以高分子化合物和盐的溶液。该混合液的主要特点是其附加作用——皂泡破碎后形成混合液的液滴和薄膜。混合液中表面活性剂和高分子化合物的浓度很高,大部分超过20%,具有很高的粘度;美国No.3630951号专利描述的混合液与美国No.20020019470号专利中描述的类似,该混合液用于吹制大型肥皂泡,主要用含氟脂类化合物作为表面活性剂。但目前肥皂泡混合液的只是把一些洗涤物质与甘油或者糖浆等添加剂混合而成,只能起到单一的娱乐作用。但如何使得泡泡破碎后兼具养生、环保功能尚待人们深入研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是含有中药提取液的肥皂泡混合液。
本发明的另外一个目的是上述混合液的制备方法。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:新型肥皂泡混合液,原料含有以下重量份的物质:
本发明的制备方法为:
a、分别称取冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油;
b、将所称好的冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶分别置于10倍药材量的水中浸泡12~24小时,煮沸20~40分钟后取其过滤液备用,向药渣中加入8倍量的水继续煮沸10~20分钟后取滤液备用,重复一次,将三次滤液混合浓缩至药材量2~3倍量即可;
c、将甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油混合加热至50~80℃,同时将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的提取液混合,并加热至50~80℃;
d、在100~300转/分钟的条件下将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的混合提取液加入到甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油的混合液中,搅拌5~15分钟,冷却至室温即可。
冰片为菊科艾纳香属植物艾纳香或龙脑香的树脂加工品或叶中提取的结晶;几乎只含右旋龙脑;通诸窍,散郁火,去翳明目,消肿止痛,尚有抑菌杀菌作用。
薄荷为唇形科多年生宿根性草本植物薄荷属的地上部分,是一种有特种经济价值的芳香作物;有薄荷香气, 味辛辣清凉,主成分为薄荷醇、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷脂、莰烯、柠檬烯、异薄荷酮、蒎烯、薄荷烯酮、树脂及少量鞣质、迷迭香酸;具有清凉、消炎、杀菌、止痛和止痒作用。
薰衣草为唇形科薰衣草属植物薰衣草的花;含薰衣草精油;能提神醒脑、,增强记忆、缓解神经、安神镇静、消除沮丧、提高免疫力。
酸枣仁为鼠李科植物酸枣的干燥成熟种子;含白桦脂醇、白桦脂酸、酸枣皂甙等;可养心、安神。
合欢皮为豆科植物合欢的干燥树皮;含皂甙、鞣质等;具有养心开郁、安神定志的作用。
合欢花为豆科植物合欢的干燥花;含皂甙、鞣质等;具有养心开郁、安神定志的作用。
夜交藤为双子叶植物药蓼科植物何首乌的藤茎或带叶藤茎;含蒽醌类,主要为大黄素、大黄酚或大黄素甲醚;养心,安神,通络,祛风。
甘草为双子叶植物豆科甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的根及根茎;主含三萜皂甙;能够抗菌、抗病毒,具有乳化、发泡的作用。
皂荚为豆科皂荚属植物皂荚的干燥果实;含三萜皂甙、鞣质、蜡醇、廿九烷、豆甾醇、谷甾醇;能够抗菌、抗病毒,具有乳化、发泡、稳泡的作用。
杏仁为蔷薇科李属植物杏、东北杏、西伯利亚杏、山杏的成熟种子;含苦杏仁苷、油酸、亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、亚麻酸、十四烷酸、棕榈油酸和廿碳烯酸;能驱虫、杀菌,发泡、稳泡等。
艾叶为菊科植物艾的干燥叶;含挥发油,油中主要为Ⅰ,8-桉叶精、α-侧柏酮)、α-水芹烯、β-丁香烯、莰烯、樟脑、藏茴香酮、反式苇醇、Ⅰ-α-松油醇;可抗细菌、真菌、提神、杀虫。
陈皮为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮;含有大量挥发油、橙皮甙等成分;所含的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠道内积气,增加食欲。
桂皮为樟科樟属植物肉桂的干燥树皮;含水芹烯、丁香油酚、甲基丁香油酚等;可杀菌、抑菌,预防病菌感染。
茶叶为山茶科山茶属植物茶树的叶;含茶多酚类、植物碱、蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、果胶素等;有独特的清香,可提神、协调情绪等功效。
甘油为丙三醇,无色澄明黏稠液体,可用作保湿剂、增稠剂、增塑剂。
上述冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶能够起到解郁、提神、静心、杀菌抑菌、洁净空气、预防疾病及增强免疫力的功效;甘草、皂荚、杏仁共同作用能够降低本发明肥皂泡泡液的表面张力.在吹肥皂泡时, 溶液中每个气泡的表面皆可被皂甙包围而形成一薄膜, 而使泡沫持久不灭;甘油即用与维持肥皂泡表面水份进一步保持泡沫的持久性。
本发明与现有技术相比,利用中药提取液来制取肥皂泡混合液,使之具有解郁、提神、静心、杀菌抑菌、洁净空气、预防疾病及增强免疫力的功效,能够在缓解白领阶层及其它阶层人们的压力同时起到一定的保健功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:
生产工艺:
a、按上述质量比分别称取冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油;
b、将称好的冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶分别置于10倍药材量的水中浸泡22小时,煮沸30分钟后取其过滤液备用,向药渣中加入8倍量的水继续煮沸15分钟后取滤液备用,重复一次,将三次滤液混合浓缩至药材量2.5倍量即可。
C、将甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油混合加热至60℃,同时将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的提取液混合加热至相同的温度;
d、在150转/分钟的条件下将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的混合提取液加入到甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油的混合液中,搅拌12分钟,冷却至室温即得本发明产品。
实施例2:
生产工艺:
a、按上述质量比分别称取冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油;
b、将称好的冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶分别置于10倍药材量的水中浸泡18小时,煮沸25分钟后取其过滤液备用,向药渣中加入8倍量的水继续煮沸12分钟后取滤液备用,重复一次,将三次滤液混合浓缩至药材量2倍量即可。
c、将甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油混合加热至65℃,同时将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的提取液混合加热至相同的温度;
d、在200转/分钟的条件下将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的混合提取液加入到甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油的混合液中,搅拌8分钟,冷却至室温即得本发明产品。
实施例3:
生产工艺:
a、按上述质量比分别称取冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油;
b、将称好的药材冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶分别置于10倍药材量的水中浸泡14小时,煮沸35分钟后取其过滤液备用,向药渣中加入8倍量的水继续煮沸18分钟后取滤液备用,重复一次,将三次滤液混合浓缩至药材量3倍量即可。
C、将甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油混合加热至70℃,同时将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的提取液混合加热至相同的温度;
d、在260转/分钟的条件下将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的混合提取液加入到甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油的混合液中,搅拌6分钟,冷却至室温即得本发明产品。
实施例4:
抑菌率试验。
牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基为牛肉膏3g,蛋白胨10g,NaCl5g,琼脂20g.放入烧杯中加水1000ml,加热溶化并不停搅拌。最后补足水分,用1mol/mlNaOH调PH至7.6。分装到三角瓶中加塞,并将配制好的培养基进行高压灭菌。
PDA培养基为去皮的马铃薯200g,蔗糖5g,琼脂20g。将马铃薯切块放入约500ml蒸馏水中煮沸约20min,双层纱布过滤取汁,加入蔗糖、琼脂加热至混合均匀,放入烧杯中补水至1000ml。分装到三角瓶中加塞,并将配制好的培养基进行高压灭菌。
平板为取牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基和PDA培养基, 待冷却到50℃左右时,在无菌操作台上, 将其倒入直径为9 cm 的无菌培养皿中制成平板。
上述抑制空气中的病原微生物的抑制率是通过自然沉降法,利用含牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基和PDA培养基的平板在使用本发明产品的室内和使用肥皂液的室内进行采样,同时进行不使用任何产品的空白对照。牛肉膏蛋白胨培养基与37℃恒温培养24h,PDA培养基与28℃恒温培养72h,计数平皿中的细菌菌落数, 计算出平均菌落数, 并根据奥梅梁斯基公式计算单位体积空气中的各类细菌数量。其结果如表1所示:

Claims (2)
1.新型肥皂泡混合液,原料含有以下重量份的物质:
2.权利要求1所述的新型肥皂泡混合液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、分别称取冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶、甘油;
b、将所称好的冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、甘草、皂荚、杏仁、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶分别置于10倍药材量的水中浸泡12~24小时,煮沸20~40分钟后取其过滤液备用,向药渣中加入8倍量的水继续煮沸10~20分钟后取滤液备用,重复一次,将三次滤液混合浓缩至药材量2~3倍量即可;
c、将甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油混合加热至50~80℃,同时将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的提取液混合,并加热至50~80℃;
d、在100~300转/分钟的条件下将冰片、薄荷、薰衣草、酸枣仁、合欢皮、合欢花、夜交藤、艾叶、陈皮、桂皮、茶叶的混合提取液加入到甘草、皂荚、杏仁的提取液和甘油的混合液中,搅拌5~15分钟,冷却至室温即可。
