技术领域
本发明涉及一种烟丝加工工艺，尤其是把烟梗切成烟梗丝的工艺。
背景技术
目前，公知的烟梗可以用来制作香烟，它占整张烟叶的1/3以上，烟厂切丝时只能用到最尾端细小部分，稍粗的烟梗没办法切成丝而浪费掉，如何把烟梗切成丝，是香烟产业的一大难题。
发明内容
为了克服烟梗切丝难题，本发明提供一种烟梗切丝工艺，该工艺是先把烟梗加水冰冻成冰块后再切丝，经脱水后即得烟梗丝。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是：在装料合(容器)中，烟梗的长条纵行排放，短节的一薄层再一薄层铺叠装入，尽可能使稍长的烟梗平躺排列，然后加入自来水浸没过烟梗上表面，在冷库中冰冻成块，烟梗牢牢夹在冰块中，用切丝机或刨机依烟梗纵行面切丝，经脱水(凉干或烘干)即为所需烟梗丝。
本发明的有益效果是，可以方便把烟梗按需切成烟梗丝，而采用工艺器件，结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图1中，装料合(1)中，烟梗(2)长条的纵行排放，短节的一薄层再一薄层的重叠装入，之后加入自来水(3)浸没过烟梗(2)上表面，装料合(1)是一种不漏水的容器或其它硬合，把装料合(1)放入冰库中冰冻(4)成块，去掉装料合(1)，烟梗(2)牢牢夹在冰块中，用切丝机或刨机依烟梗(2)纵面进行切丝(5)，把切出的冰丝进行脱水(6)，脱水(6)可以是凉干或烘干，最后成为烟梗丝(7)。

1.一种烟梗切丝工艺，其特征是：装料合(1)中有烟梗(2)和自来水(3)，装料合(1)放入冷库中冰冻(4)成冰块，把冰块取出送入机器进行切丝(5)，切丝后再经过脱水(6)得烟梗丝(7)。
