Abstract
一种场发射阳极板(1),场发射光源以及场发射光源的制造方法。场发射阳极板包括透明陶瓷基板(10)和设置在其表面上的阳极导电层(11),透明陶瓷基板在阴极射线激发下发光。场发射光源包括场发射阳极板、场发射阴极板(2)和支撑体(3)。场发射阴极板包括衬底(20)和设置在其表面上的阴极导电层(21)。阳极导电层和阴极导电层彼此相对设置,支撑体两端分别与场发射阳极板和场发射阴极板密封连接,场发射阳极板、场发射阴极板和支撑体从而构成真空腔体。场发射阳极板提高了透明性和耐电子冲击性,增强了耐腐蚀和耐磨性能,因而成本低,发光均匀,同时场发射光源发光强度高,发光均匀,使用寿命长。
