Abstract

本发明公开了一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法,将4-6重量份液化石蜡、2.3-4.8重量份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、4-6重量份丙烯酸、3-5重量份环氧大豆油、2.5-3.5重量份二甲苯、3-5重量份聚乙烯蜡加入反应釜,升温至105-115℃,开始搅拌并加入3-6重量份尿素、0.2-0.3重量份过硫酸钾、0.3-0.5重量份硼砂、0.2-0.3重量份锌粉;升温后一段时间再停止加热按重量份将加入剩余原料加入反应釜,混匀溶解后即得。本发明防锈时间长,可达4~6个月,并对铜、铝有较好的适应性,本发明可以缓释防锈的同时在金属表面成膜,从而延长防锈时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂领域,确切地说是一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法。
背景技术
水性防锈剂是一种水基防锈溶液,可有效的保护钢、铁等材料,防止生锈。根据防锈期要求的不同,和水按一定比混合使用,防锈期限可达到几天至几月,如果有一定外包装条件,防锈时间可达一年以上。 现有防锈剂多防锈性能不佳,急需一种防锈性能好的金属防锈剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防锈性能好的含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将4-6重量份液化石蜡、2.3-4.8重量份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、4-6重量份丙烯酸、3-5重量份环氧大豆油、2.5-3.5重量份二甲苯、3-5重量份聚乙烯蜡加入反应釜,升温至105-115℃,开始搅拌并加入3-6重量份尿素、0.2-0.3重量份过硫酸钾、0.3-0.5重量份硼砂、0.2-0.3重量份锌粉;
(2)然后以50-60℃/小时速率升温到180-195℃;
(3)反应1-2小时停止加热;
(4)按重量份将加入剩余原料加入反应釜,混匀溶解后即得;
所述的剩余原料为下述重量份的组分:聚异丁烯1-2、苯甲酸乙醇胺0.5-1.2、苯甲酸环己胺1.2-1.8、苯并三氮唑1.2-1.5、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、二乙醇胺1-2、牛脂胺0.5-1.4、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.8-1.4、二甲基硅油1-2、一缩二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯1-2、平平加1.5-2.5、水100-110。
所述的一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的反应釜为不锈钢反应釜。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明与各材料的相容性好,防锈时间长,可达4-6个月,并对铜、铝材料有较好的适应性,本发明可以缓释防锈的同时在金属表面成膜,从而延长防锈时间。
具体实施方式
一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将5重量份(kg)液化石蜡、4.4重量份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、5重量份丙烯酸、4重量份环氧大豆油、2.5重量份二甲苯、5重量份聚乙烯蜡加入反应釜,升温至115℃,开始搅拌并加入5重量份尿素、0.2重量份过硫酸钾、0.3重量份硼砂、0.2重量份锌粉;
(2)然后以52℃/小时速率升温到180℃;
(3)反应1.3小时停止加热;
(4)按重量份将加入剩余原料加入反应釜,混匀溶解后即得;
所述的剩余原料为下述重量份的组分:聚异丁烯2、苯甲酸乙醇胺0.9、苯甲酸环己胺1.2、苯并三氮唑1.3、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1.3、二乙醇胺1.3、牛脂胺0.9、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.1、二甲基硅油1.3、一缩二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯1.7、平平加2.1、水103。
所述的反应釜为不锈钢反应釜。
将本实施例制得的防锈剂与市售国产防锈剂进行对比实验,其中各项性能指标分别按如下方法测定:
高低温稳定性试验:根据JB/T4323.2—1999进行。
湿热防锈试验:一级灰口铸铁试片在50~70℃的防锈液中浸泡1min,取出烘干(110℃),将试片放入干燥器(底部注入500~1000ml蒸馏水)的隔板上,加盖后置于35℃±2℃条件下恒温放置,观察防锈时间。
腐蚀试验:根据JB/T4323.2—1999进行。
室内挂片试验:一级灰口铸铁试片经防锈处理后,在室内挂放,观察试片表面锈蚀状况。
封存防锈试验:一级灰口铸铁试片防锈处理后,将试片放入透明的密封塑料袋中,密封好定期观察试片的表面状况。
测定结果见表一:

由表一可知,本发明防绣时间长,可达4~6个月,并对铜、铝有较好的适应性。同时经过相容性试验,本实施例与各材料的相容性佳,并不会影响部件的正常运行。

Claims (2)

1.一种含有二甲基硅油的金属防锈剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    (1)将4-6重量份液化石蜡、2.3-4.8重量份乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已基)酯、4-6重量份丙烯酸、3-5重量份环氧大豆油、2.5-3.5重量份二甲苯、3-5重量份聚乙烯蜡加入反应釜,升温至105-115℃,开始搅拌并加入3-6重量份尿素、0.2-0.3重量份过硫酸钾、0.3-0.5重量份硼砂、0.2-0.3重量份锌粉;
(2)然后以50-60℃/小时速率升温到180-195℃;
(3)反应1-2小时停止加热;
(4)按重量份将加入剩余原料加入反应釜,混匀溶解后即得;
所述的剩余原料为下述重量份的组分:聚异丁烯1-2、苯甲酸乙醇胺0.5-1.2、苯甲酸环己胺1.2-1.8、苯并三氮唑1.2-1.5、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、二乙醇胺1-2、牛脂胺0.5-1.4、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.8-1.4、二甲基硅油1-2、一缩二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯1-2、平平加1.5-2.5、水100-110。
