Abstract
本发明公开了一种金属防锈剂，其是由下述重量份的原料制得：尿素2-5、液化石蜡5-8、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯3-5、丙烯酸4-6、锌粉0.2-0.3、环氧棉籽油3-5、二甲苯2-3、聚乙烯蜡3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、硼砂0.3-0.5、聚异丁烯1-2、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、苯并三氮唑1-2、N-苯基-2-萘胺0.5-1.5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.6-1.2、聚乙烯醇1.2-1.7、聚乙二醇0.8-1.2、丙二醇1.2-1.8、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.8-2.3、水100-110。本发明防锈时间长,可达4～6个月,并对铜、铝有较好的适应性，本发明可以缓释防锈的同时在金属表面成膜，从而延长防锈时间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防锈剂领域，确切地说是一种金属防锈剂。
背景技术
水性防锈剂是一种水基防锈溶液,可有效的保护钢、铁等材料,防止生锈。根据防锈期要求的不同,和水按一定比混合使用,防锈期限可达到几天至几月,如果有一定外包装条件,防锈时间可达一年以上。 现有防锈剂多防锈性能不佳，急需一种防锈性能好的金属防锈剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防锈性能好的金属防锈剂。
上述目的通过以下方案实现：
一种金属防锈剂，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的原料制得：尿素2-5、液化石蜡5-8、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯3-5、丙烯酸4-6、锌粉0.2-0.3、环氧棉籽油3-5、二甲苯2-3、聚乙烯蜡3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、硼砂0.3-0.5、聚异丁烯1-2、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、苯并三氮唑1-2、N-苯基-2-萘胺0.5-1.5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.6-1.2、聚乙烯醇1.2-1.7、聚乙二醇0.8-1.2、丙二醇1.2-1.8、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.8-2.3、水100-110。
所述的一种金属防锈剂，其特征在于：制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量份将液化石蜡、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯、丙烯酸、环氧棉籽油、二甲苯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至110±5℃，开始搅拌并按重量份加入尿素、过硫酸钾、硼砂、锌粉；
（2）然后以50-60℃/小时速率升温到180-195℃；
（3）反应1-2小时停止加热；
（4）按重量份将加入剩余原料加入不锈钢反应釜，混匀溶解后即得。
本发明的有益效果为：本发明与各材料的相容性好，防锈时间长,可达4-6个月,并对铜、铝材料有较好的适应性，本发明可以缓释防锈的同时在金属表面成膜，从而延长防锈时间。
具体实施方式
一种金属防锈剂，其是由下述重量份（kg)的原料制得：尿素5、液化石蜡8、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯 5、丙烯酸 6、锌粉 0.3、环氧棉籽油 5、二甲苯 3、聚乙烯蜡 5、过硫酸钾 0.3、硼砂 0.5、聚异丁烯 2、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉 2、苯并三氮唑 2、N-苯基-2-萘胺 1.5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1.2、聚乙烯醇1.7、聚乙二醇1.2、丙二醇1.3、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.1、水100。
所述的一种金属防锈剂，制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量份将液化石蜡、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯、丙烯酸、环氧棉籽油、二甲苯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至110℃，开始搅拌并按重量份加入尿素、过硫酸钾、硼砂、锌粉；
（2）然后以60℃/小时速率升温到195℃；
（3）反应2小时停止加热；
（4）按重量份将加入剩余原料加入不锈钢反应釜，混匀溶解后即得。
将本实施例与市售国产防锈剂进行对比实验，其中各项性能指标分别按如下方法测定：
高低温稳定性试验：根据JB/T4323.2—1999进行。
湿热防锈试验：一级灰口铸铁试片在50～70℃的防锈液中浸泡1min，取出烘干（110℃），将试片放入干燥器（底部注入500～1000ml蒸馏水）的隔板上，加盖后置于35℃±2℃条件下恒温放置，观察防锈时间。
腐蚀试验：根据JB/T4323.2—1999进行。
室内挂片试验：一级灰口铸铁试片经防锈处理后，在室内挂放，观察试片表面锈蚀状况。
封存防锈试验：一级灰口铸铁试片防锈处理后，将试片放入透明的密封塑料袋中，密封好定期观察试片的表面状况。
测定结果见表一：

由表一可知，本发明防绣时间长，可达4～6个月，并对铜、铝有较好的适应性。同时经过相容性试验，本实施例与各材料的相容性佳，并不会影响部件的正常运行。
Claims (2)
1.一种金属防锈剂，其特征在于：其是由下述重量份的原料制得：尿素2-5、液化石蜡5-8、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯3-5、丙烯酸4-6、锌粉0.2-0.3、环氧棉籽油3-5、二甲苯2-3、聚乙烯蜡3-5、过硫酸钾0.2-0.3、硼砂0.3-0.5、聚异丁烯1-2、2-氨乙基十七烯基咪唑啉1-2、苯并三氮唑1-2、N-苯基-2-萘胺0.5-1.5、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.6-1.2、聚乙烯醇1.2-1.7、聚乙二醇0.8-1.2、丙二醇1.2-1.8、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.8-2.3、水100-110。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金属防锈剂，其特征在于：制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量份将液化石蜡、乙酰柠檬酸三(2-乙基已)酯、丙烯酸、环氧棉籽油、二甲苯、聚乙烯蜡加入不锈钢反应釜，升温至110±5℃，开始搅拌并按重量份加入尿素、过硫酸钾、硼砂、锌粉；
（2）然后以50-60℃/小时速率升温到180-195℃；
（3）反应1-2小时停止加热；
（4）按重量份将剩余原料加入不锈钢反应釜，混匀溶解后即得。
