本发明公开了一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀,刀体为螺纹结构铣刀,刀体采用硬质合金,刀体前端为钻头,钻尖顶角130o~140o,第一后角12o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角25o,其中一刃过中心。沿刀体轴线向有两排屑槽,中间螺纹铣刀部位径向第一后角为15o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角为20o,刀体后端带有倒角刃,刀体刃部为PCD材料。本发明具有减少刀位,将两支刀两次加工合二为一,减少换刀是产生的非加工时间,延长刀具的使用寿命等特点。

一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械加工刀具,尤其涉及一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀。
背景技术
加工中心在有色金属和非金属材料的螺纹孔加工中,通常使用硬质合金钻头(PCD钻头)先加工出螺纹底孔,再转换刀具,用丝锥或螺纹铣刀攻螺纹,需要两个刀位进行加工,不仅占用有限的刀位,还增加了换刀等辅助时间,不能充分发挥数控设备在批量加工时的优势。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀。
为了解决上述存在的技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀,刀体为螺纹结构铣刀,刀体采用硬质合金,刀体前端为钻头,钻尖顶角130 ~140o,第一后角12o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角25o,其中一刃过中心。沿刀体轴线向有两排屑槽,中间螺纹铣刀部位径向第一后角为15o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角为
20o,刀体后端带有倒角刃,刀体刃部为PCD材料。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
1、减少刀位,将两支刀两次加工合二为一,减少换刀所产生的非加工时间;
2、由于选用PCD作为切削刃,使刀具具有硬度高、耐磨损、摩擦系数小的优点,在加工时可提供更高的切削速度,以及更好的表面粗糙度值,即使刀具有磨损也可进行补偿,实现3倍长径比以内的螺纹孔高精高效加工;
3、延长刀具的使用寿命;
4、特别是对于一些有特殊结构要求的内螺纹,比如没有过渡扣或退刀槽的螺纹,采用本发明更能体现出其优越性,可以满足批量生产的要求。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
一种以加工M8x1.25的PCD螺纹钻铣刀为例,如图1-3所示,刀体2为螺纹结构铣刀,刀体2采用硬质合金,刀体2前端为钻头,钻头直径6.8毫米,钻尖顶角130 ~140o,第一后角12o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角25o,其中一刃过中心。沿刀体2轴线向有两排屑槽,中间螺纹铣刀部位直径6.5毫米,螺纹牙形为公制60o,螺距1.25,径向第一后角为15o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角为20o,刀体2后端带有倒角刃45o,直径9毫米,柄部硬质合金,直径毫米,刀体刃部1为PCD材料。

1.一种PCD螺纹钻铣刀,其特征在于:刀体为螺纹结构铣刀,刀体采用硬质合金,刀体前端为钻头,钻尖顶角130 ~140o,第一后角12o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角25o,其中一刃过中心,沿刀体轴线向有两排屑槽,中间螺纹铣刀部位径向第一后角为15o,宽度0.5毫米,第二后角为20o,刀体后端带有倒角刃,刀体刃部为PCD材料。
