本发明公开了一种可拆卸托辊架,包括边支柱、中支柱、横梁和连接角钢。边支柱与横梁通过连接角钢连接,边支柱与连接角钢通过螺栓连接,横梁与连接角钢通过螺栓连接,中支柱与横梁通过开口销连接。可拆卸托辊架结构简单合理,可拆卸,占地空间小,方便运输,减小了运输成本,并且能够有效的减少加工工艺,大大降低了工作量和制作成本,节约了加工时间。

本发明涉及一种可拆卸托辊架,主要应用于带式输送机。
背景技术
优质的托辊支架装置既便于更换托辊的托辊支架装置,涉及有可偏转托辊支架、支座、销轴、机身、托辊、限位块和紧固件组成。支座下端与机身上端用紧固件连接在一起,支座则用销轴与可偏转托辊支架连接在一起,在可偏转托辊支架上设置有托辊。在可偏转托辊支架上,设置有供绕销轴转动的卡槽,托辊则安装在可偏转托辊支架的卡槽中,在可偏转托辊支架上设置有控制偏转角度的限位块。在支座或机身上设置有供可偏转托辊支架绕其转动的销轴,在拆下紧固件的情况下,可偏转托辊支架可以在限位块的控制下绕水平固定的销轴转动一定的角度。槽型支架属于托辊支架的一种。采用先进的生产工艺,保证产品质量。
上述托辊架均为焊接一体的托辊架,运输不方便,加工工艺繁琐,本发明的可拆卸托辊架,占地空间小,方便运输,减小了运输成本,减少了加工工艺,大大减小了工作量和制作成本,节约了加工时间。

本发明的目的是提供一种可拆卸托辊架。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的可拆卸托辊架,包括边支柱、中支柱、横梁和连接角钢。边支柱与横梁通过连接角钢连接,边支柱与连接角钢通过螺栓连接,横梁与连接角钢通过螺栓连接,中支柱与横梁通过开口销连接。
由上述本发明的技术方案可以看出,本发明所述的可拆卸托辊架,结构简单合理,可拆卸,占地空间小,方便运输,减小了运输成本,并且能够有效的减少加工工艺,大大降低了工作量和制作成本,节约了加工时间。

具体实施方式
本发明的可拆卸托辊架,其较佳的具体实施方式如图1所示,可拆卸托辊架包括边支柱1、中支柱2、横梁3和连接角钢4。
边支柱1与横梁3通过连接角钢4连接,边支柱1与连接角钢4通过螺栓连接,横梁3与连接角钢4通过螺栓连接,中支柱2与横梁3通过开口销连接。本发明的可拆卸托辊架具有以下发明点:
可拆卸托辊架的横梁与边支柱通过连接角钢连接,横梁与中支柱通过开口销连接,方便拆卸运输,减小了运输成本,并且减少了加工工艺,大大了降低了工作量和制作成本,节约了加工时间;
可拆卸托辊架的横梁采用槽钢,能够有效的节约制造成本,降低投资。
本发明的有益效果是:
结构简单合理;
可拆卸,占地空间小,方便运输,减小了运输成本;
并且能够有效的减少加工工艺,大大降低了工作量和制作成本,节约了加工时间。

1.一种可拆卸托辊架,其特征在于,所述可拆卸托辊架包括边支柱、中支柱、横梁和连接角钢,所述边支柱与所述横梁通过所述连接角钢连接,所述边支柱与所述连接角钢通过螺栓连接,所述横梁与所述连接角钢通过螺栓连接,所述中支柱与所述横梁通过开口销连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸托辊架,其特征在于,所述横梁采用槽钢。
