技术领域
本发明涉及测量检验工具的技术领域,具体为一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规。
背景技术
在带斜面的工件加工中,工件安装时对斜面有位置度要求,如果工件斜面上径向尺寸过小,在配合安装时,会出现间隙,如果工件斜面上径向尺寸过大,在配合安装时,可能安装不进去,要保证工件斜面上径向尺寸公差符合要求,对尺寸的测量要求很高,采用游标卡尺等普通的测量工具,尺寸公差难达到要求,而且测量很繁琐,容易使不合格产品流入下一道工序,影响了生产效率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,可以保证合格产品和不合格产品较快的分离出来,避免不符合公差要求的产品流入下一道工序。
其技术方案是这样的:一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,其包括卡规本体,所述卡规本体呈工字形,所述卡规本体两侧的开口与工件配合,其特征在于:所述卡规本体两侧上下端分别设置有凹槽,所述同侧凹槽宽度相等,所述两侧的凹槽宽度不等。
其进一步特征在于:所述卡规本体两侧的开口不等;所述凹槽设置有倒角。
本发明的上述结构中,卡规本体两侧上下端分别设置有凹槽,同侧凹槽宽度相等,两侧的凹槽宽度不等,设定好两侧的凹槽宽度分别处于带斜面工件的径向尺寸公差范围,带斜面工件在宽的凹槽能通过而在窄的凹槽不能通过的工件为合格品,在两侧凹槽都能通过或者在两侧凹槽都不能通过为皆不合格品,从而可以保证合格产品和不合格产品较快的分离出来,避免不符合公差要求的产品流入下一道工序,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
见图1,种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,其包括卡规本体1,卡规本体1呈工字形,卡规本体两侧的开口2-1、2-2与工件3配合,卡规本体两侧的开口2-1、2-2宽带不等,卡规本体1两侧上下端分别设置有凹槽4-1、4-2和5-1、5-2,同侧凹槽4-1、4-2宽度相等,凹槽5-1、5-2宽度相等,凹槽4-1、4-2和凹槽5-1、5-2的凹槽宽度不等(凹槽4-1、4-2的宽度小于凹槽5-1、5-2的宽度)。
把工件3的斜面分别放入两侧的凹槽中,如果工件在一侧的凹槽5-1、5-2中能通过,在另一侧的凹槽4-1、4-2中不能通过,则该工件3在该道工序上为合格产品,如果工件3在左右两侧5-1、5-2和4-1、4-2的凹槽中都能通过,则该工件的公差尺寸过小,则该工件在该道工序上为不合格产品,如果工件在左右两侧的凹槽5-1、5-2和4-1、4-2中都不能通过,则该工件的公差尺寸过大,则该产品在该道工序上为不合格产品,从而可以保证合格产品和不合格产品较快的分离出来,进行加工处理,避免不符合公差要求的产品流入下一道工序,提高了生产率。

1.一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,其包括卡规本体,所述卡规本体呈工字形,所述卡规本体两侧的开口与工件配合,其特征在于:所述卡规本体两侧上下端分别设置有凹槽,所述同侧凹槽宽度相等,所述两侧的凹槽宽度不等。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,,其特征在于:所述卡规本体两侧的开口不等。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的一种带斜面的工件外径测量卡规,,其特征在于:所述凹槽设置有倒角。
