技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃聚烯烃十字骨架,属于化工产品技术领域。 
背景技术
目前,骨架采用普通PE和氟塑料十字骨架。普通PE十字骨架不阻燃,导致线缆无法通过UL444的才CMR,CMP的燃烧测试。氟塑料十字骨架虽然可以通过测试,因该材料含卤素和成本高昂,导致六类通讯电缆有价没市场,使得成品有价无市场。 
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种低介电常数高阻燃的阻燃聚烯烃十字骨架。 
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:聚烯烃40%-80%,特种阻燃剂40%-60%,特种改性剂2%-10% 
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点: 
本发明的阻燃聚烯烃十字骨架,高阻燃,低介电常数,为六类通讯电缆通过燃烧提供了有效的保障。 
具体实施方式
1、实施本发明的原料是聚烯烃40%-80%,特种阻燃剂40%-60%,特种改性剂2%-10% 
2、将上述材料用搅拌机混合均匀后,经专有挤出设备挤塑成成一种阻燃聚烯烃的十字骨架。

2.将上述材料混合均匀后加工成一种高阻燃低介电常数的阻燃聚烯烃十字骨架。
