背景技术
电力电缆在多个领域都有重要应用,而一些特殊领域的店里电缆可能需要承受大量的辐射照射,而一般的电缆料,在经过长期或者大剂量的辐射照射后,会加快老化变性,从而导致寿命变短,影响电力设备的使用安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐辐照性能好的无卤阻燃电缆料。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:它由原料为乙丙橡胶100份、氧化铝60-80份、γ射线吸收剂1-3份、氧化锌10份,经双螺杆挤出机配制而成。
本发明有以下有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的的性能,阻燃等级可达V-0级,燃烧时不易产生含卤素的有毒物质,也不易产生烟尘,耐γ射线辐照累计剂量达288Mrad。
具体实施方式
    实施例1
将原料为乙丙橡胶100份、氧化铝60份、γ射线吸收剂2份、氧化锌10份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例2 
将原料为乙丙橡胶100份、氧化铝68份、γ射线吸收剂1份、氧化锌10份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例3
将原料为乙丙橡胶100份、氧化铝80份、γ射线吸收剂3份、氧化锌10份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。

1.一种耐辐照无卤阻燃乙丙电缆料,其特征在于,它由原料为乙丙橡胶100份、氧化铝60-80份、γ射线吸收剂1-3份、氧化锌10份,经双螺杆挤出机配制而成。
