Abstract
本发明公开了一种高阻燃防火型木板,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占70-80%,所述轻质骨料的含量占10-15%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占15-30%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占50-60%,所述重钙粉的含量占40-50%,通过上述方式,本发明能够提高木板的阻燃性能,从而使得木板能够具备有良好的防火性,使用安全、可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木业领域,特别涉及一种高阻燃防火型木板。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,各行各业均不断崛起,而木板作为家装中经常使用的材料,同时由于各种板材所具备的各项性能均有不同,因此在采用各种板材制造家装木板时均会存在一些问题,而在目前的使用过程中,木质板材均交易引起火灾,从而对经济、人员伤亡方面都会造成较大的损伤,因此木板的阻燃防火性能急待提高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高阻燃防火型木板,能够提高木板的阻燃性能,从而使得木板能够具备有良好的防火性,使用安全、可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高阻燃防火型木板,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占70-80%,所述轻质骨料的含量占10-15%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占5-20%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占50-60%,所述重钙粉的含量占40-50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述基板层的厚度为5-6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃层的厚度为1-3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,,所述阻燃粉末中成分的具体配比为:所述滑石粉的含量占50%,所述重钙粉的含量占50%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够提高木板的阻燃性能,从而使得木板能够具备有良好的防火性,使用安全、可靠。

实施例1:
一种高阻燃防火型木板,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占70%,所述轻质骨料的含量占10%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占20%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占50%,所述重钙粉的含量占50%。
实施例2:
一种高阻燃防火型木板,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占80%,所述轻质骨料的含量占15%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占5%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占60%,所述重钙粉的含量占40%。
实施例3:
一种高阻燃防火型木板,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占75%,所述轻质骨料的含量占12%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占13%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占55%,所述重钙粉的含量占45%。
进一步说明,所述基板层的厚度为5-6mm,所述阻燃层的厚度为1-3mm。
再进一步说明,由于滑石粉和重钙粉均具备有良好的阻燃性能,因此将其混合制成的阻燃粉末再混合入阻燃层内,能够提高木板的阻燃性能,从而使得木板能够具备有良好的防火性,使用安全、可靠。

1.一种高阻燃防火型木板,其特征在于,包括:基板层和阻燃层,所述阻燃层通过粘结剂包裹在所述基板层的外表面,所述基板层由木质纤维构成,所述阻燃层由阻燃粉末、轻质骨料、聚乙烯醇粉末混合而成,按照质量分数配比:所述阻燃粉末的含量占70-80%,所述轻质骨料的含量占10-15%,所述聚乙烯醇粉末的含量占5-20%,所述阻燃粉末由滑石粉和重钙粉混合制成,所述滑石粉的含量占50-60%,所述重钙粉的含量占40-50%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃防火型木板,其特征在于,所述基板层的厚度为5-6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃防火型木板,其特征在于,所述阻燃层的厚度为1-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高阻燃防火型木板,其特征在于,所述阻燃粉末中成分的具体配比为:所述滑石粉的含量占50%,所述重钙粉的含量占50%。
