Abstract

本发明涉及污水处理领域,具体涉及污水预处理分流工艺,它包括以下步骤:(1)污水首先由排水管道汇集自流进入平流去渣沉砂降泥机构,去除污水中夹带的大部分的漂浮、悬浮杂物和泥砂等;(2)经预处理后的污水进入酸碱调节池,使污水的水质、水量得以调节,pH调至6~9;(3)接着污水自流进入混凝池,混凝剂的有效投加量为20~50mg/L;(4)再经污水导流槽吸滤机构分流预处理,进一步去除污水中大量的较大颗粒固态及大分子团污染物、杂物、泥和砂;(5)接着污水由水泵依次送入兼性水解池、一级好氧接触氧化池、延时生化池、二级好氧接触氧化池进行二级生化处理,经沉淀及逆向多元过滤处理达标后的尾水回用或自流至排污管网,由于设有上述工艺流程,经这预处理分流工艺后,可以使污水的COD(化学需氧量)减少50~60%以上,大大减轻了后续处理的载荷,保证出水的SS稳定达标。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域,具体涉及污水预处理分流工艺。
背景技术
在各种污水中都含有大量的较大颗粒物和难以沉淀的悬浮物,有的是属于难生化降解的物质,有的是属于能生化降解但已成为大分子团结构,这都会给污水后续生化治理带来很大的难度,污水中这些难以去除的较大颗粒物和难以沉降的悬浮物,加大 COD(化学需氧量),大大加重了后续处理负担,需延长生化时间,加大功能池的容积。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供污水预处理分流工艺,可去除不能生化降解的较大颗粒的固态污染物、杂质、泥和砂等,对污水进行预处理。
预处理分流工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:(1)污水首先由排水管道汇集自流进入平流去渣沉砂降泥机构,去除污水中夹带的大部分的漂浮、悬浮杂物和泥砂等;(2)经预处理后的污水进入酸碱调节池,使污水的水质、水量得以调节,pH调至6~9;(3)接着污水自流进入混凝池,混凝剂的有效投加量为20~50mg/L;(4)再经污水导流槽吸滤机构分流预处理,进一步去除污水中大量的较大颗粒固态及大分子团污染物、杂物、泥和砂;(5)接着污水由水泵依次送入兼性水解池、一级好氧接触氧化池、延时生化池、二级好氧接触氧化池进行二级生化处理,经沉淀及逆向多元过滤处理达标后的尾水回用或自流至排污管网。
由于设有上述工艺流程,经这预处理分流工艺后,可以使污水的COD(化学需氧量)减少50~60%以上,大大减轻了后续处理的载荷,保证出水的SS稳定达标。
具体实施方式
污水预处理分流工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)污水首先由排水管道汇集自流进入平流去渣沉砂降泥机构,去除污水中夹带的大部分的漂浮、悬浮杂物和泥砂等,使污水中不可降解的SS浓度降低;(2)经预处理后的污水进入酸碱调节池,使污水的水质、水量得以调节,pH调至6~9,保证污水处理系统的畅通;(3)接着污水自流进入混凝池,混凝剂的有效投加量为20~50mg/L;(4)经混凝池的絮凝作用(半静态5~10分钟)生成了大矾花的污水,再经污水导流槽吸滤机构分流预处理,进一步去除污水中大量的较大颗粒固态及大分子团污染物、杂物、泥和砂。经这预处理分流工艺后,可以使污水的COD(化学需氧量)减少50~60%以上,大大减轻了后续处理的载荷。(5)接着污水由水泵依次送入兼性水解池、一级好氧接触氧化池、延时生化池、二级好氧接触氧化池进行二级生化处理,经沉淀及逆向多元过滤处理达标后的尾水回用或自流至排污管网。污水进入兼性水解池进行酸化水解,在兼性微生物的作用下,将大分子有机物质水解成小分子物质以达到吸附、截留、降解污染物及提高水质的可生化性的目的。好氧接触氧化(改良A/O法)池设置主要目的是利用不同种群的微生物菌株在不同的溶解氧条件下对污水处理功能的差异特点,来强化处理过程,使处理效果可靠稳定。在两级间设有不间断水解中沉区,目的在于沉淀硝化二级间生化处理所产生的生物污泥。在前段的接触氧化池曝气区内,采用曝气充氧方式的高曝气区特点,生化填料上栖息的细菌等微生物在高好氧条件下,在以一元反应为主的生化过程中利用菌族微生物的吸附和凝聚作用去除污水中部分有机质并进行生物降解,这一过程停留时间较短;然后在后段生物接触氧化强化稳定过程中,利用污水中溶解性有机物进行多元生物降解,使之分解为二氧化碳和水,使终端污水达标排放。延时生化池的设置旨在改变二级生化处理单元的溶解氧浓度,使之产生高氧—低氧—高氧的交替过程,保证生化系统的反应动力,克服微生物在单纯的好氧或厌氧条件下,由于核酸的积累而阻滞降低生化动力,综合提高处理单元的单位效率。通过高氧—低氧—高氧的交替过程,微生物的硝化与反硝化反应明显,使污水中的氨氮及生物磷得以脱氮和去除,确保氨氮浓度达到排放标准。
