Embodiment
Now describe exemplary embodiment of the present invention in detail, its example illustrates in the accompanying drawings. As much as possible, in institute's drawings attached, will represent with identical label identical or similar part.
Below, describe with reference to the accompanying drawings embodiments of the present invention in detail.
Fig. 1 is the view of describing the display device of embodiments of the present invention.Fig. 2 is described in the display device of the first embodiment of the present invention, is used for coupling the view that couples structure of protecgulum and bonnet.
With reference to Fig. 1 and 2, the display device of the first embodiment of the present invention comprises: the bonnet 200 that has to hold the spatial accommodation of display panel 100; Be coupled to separably the coupler member 300 of bonnet 200; And arrange in order to the front boundary portion that centers on display panel 100 and the protecgulum 400 that is coupled to separably coupler member 300.
The first coupling access component 230 is coupled to coupler member 300 to prevent that coupler member 300 in the direction of X-axis (for example, direction towards described spatial accommodation) upper, in the direction of Y-axis (for example, the length direction of described sidewall) the upper and movement on the direction (for example, the short transverse of described sidewall) of Z axis. For this reason, shown in Fig. 3 A and 3B, the first coupling access component 230 comprises bending part 231, a pair of prodger 233a and 233b and a pair of jack 235a and 235b.
Bending part 231 from sidewall 220 towards described spatial accommodation bending from sidewall 220, to have certain length.Bending part 231 supports coupler member 300.
A pair of prodger 233a and 233b are vertically outstanding from described bending part at the two ends of bending part 231, to have certain height and be separated from each other of a certain distance in the direction parallel with sidewall 220 from bending part 231.A pair of prodger 233a and 233b are coupled to coupler member 300, thereby prevent the movement of coupler member 300 on the direction of X-axis.
A pair of jack 235a and 235b form and pass respectively a pair of prodger 233a and 233b.A pair of jack 235a and 235b are coupled to coupler member 300, and therefore prevent the movement of coupler member 300 on the direction of Y-axis and Z axis.
On sidewall 220, the first coupling access component 230 forms a plurality of to have certain interval. For example, bonnet 200 can comprise: 14 the first coupling access components 230 that form on the long limit of sidewall 220; And ten the first coupling access components 230 that form at the minor face of sidewall 220, but present embodiment is not limited to this.As another example, the number of the first coupling access component 230 can change according to the size of display panel 100.
As shown in Figure 4, coupler member 300 comprises and couples plate 310, a pair of projection 320a and 320b and a pair of the second coupling access component 330a and 330b.
The medial surface of a pair of projection 320a and 320b self coupling fishplate bar 310 gives prominence to have certain height, and has clasp joint hole 312 between described a pair of projection.Such as (a) among Fig. 5 with (b), when being coupled to the first coupling access component 230, a pair of projection 320a and 320b insert respectively a pair of jack 235a and 235b.So a pair of projection 320a and the 320b that insert respectively a pair of jack 235a and 235b prevent the movement of coupler member 300 on the direction of Y-axis and Z axis.
A pair of the second coupling access component 330a and 330b form at the two ends that couple plate 310 respectively.Herein, a pair of the second coupling access component 330a and 330b form the outstanding shape of clasp joint.Such as (a) among Fig. 5 with (b), when being coupled to the first coupling access component 230, a pair of the second coupling access component 330a and 330b are coupled to respectively a pair of prodger 233a and the 233b of the first coupling access component 230.So, between the second coupling access component 330a and the prodger 233a couple and the second coupling access component 330b and prodger 233b between couple and prevent the movement of coupler member 300 on the direction of X-axis and Y-axis.
When being coupled to the first coupling access component 230,300 of coupler member and make coupler member 300 be coupled to separably the first coupling access component 230 by a pair of projection 320a and 320b and the second coupling access component 330a and 330b on the bending part 231 of the first coupling access component 230.So the structure that couples of the first coupling access component 230 prevents the movement of coupler member 300 on the direction of X-axis, Y-axis and Z axis.
Refer again to Fig. 1 and 2, protecgulum 400 forms the frame shape of rectangle.Protecgulum 400 is coupled to a plurality of coupler member 300 that have been coupled to bonnet 200, and therefore around (in bonnet 200, placing) the front boundary portion of display panel 100 and the side of bonnet 200.For this reason, shown in the C part of amplifying among Fig. 2, protecgulum 400 comprises front cover member 410, side cover parts 420 and the 3rd coupling access component 430.
The 3rd coupling access component 430 is vertically formed from the bottom surface of front cover member 410, is parallel to side cover parts 420.On the other hand, the 3rd coupling access component 430 can form from the inside surface of side cover parts 420.As shown in Figure 6, the 3rd coupling access component 430 is coupled to the clasp joint hole 312 that forms in the plate 310 that couples in coupler member 300.For this reason, the 3rd coupling access component 430 comprises the clasp joint spare 432 that is inserted into clasp joint hole 312.
Shown in the C part of amplifying among Fig. 2, the display device of the first embodiment of the present invention can further comprise distance maintaining part 440, and distance maintaining part 440 forms and keep the constant interval between the sidewall 220 of the front cover member 410 of protecgulum 400 and bonnet 200 in protecgulum 400.
In the display device of the first embodiment of the present invention, by making coupler member 300 be coupled to bonnet 200 and make protecgulum 400 be coupled to coupler member 300, when making protecgulum 400 be coupled to bonnet 200 or separating with bonnet 200, can prevent from damaging bonnet 200.In addition, by the clasp joint mode bonnet 200, coupler member 300 and protecgulum 400 are coupled to each other, have therefore improved assembling capacity. Moreover, being coupled to the first coupling access component 230 that comprises bending part 231 by the coupler member 300 that makes plane, described bending part 231 is crooked towards spatial accommodation from the sidewall 220 of bonnet 200, can reduce the border width of display device.
Fig. 7 is described in the display device of the second embodiment of the present invention, is used for coupling the view that couples structure of protecgulum and bonnet.
With reference to Fig. 1 and 7, the display device of the second embodiment of the present invention comprises: the bonnet 500 that has to hold the spatial accommodation of display panel 100; Be coupled to separably the coupler member 600 of bonnet 500; And arrange in order to the front boundary portion that centers on display panel 100 and the protecgulum 400 that is coupled to separably coupler member 600.
The first coupling access component 530 is coupled to coupler member 600 to prevent that coupler member 600 in the direction of X-axis (for example, direction towards described spatial accommodation) upper, in the direction of Y-axis (for example, the length direction of described sidewall) the upper and movement on the direction (for example, the short transverse of described sidewall) of Z axis. For this reason, shown in Fig. 8 A and 8B, the first coupling access component 530 comprises bending part 531, a pair of the first prodger 533a and 533b, a pair of jack 535a and 535b, a pair of the second prodger 537a and 537b and a pair of hole 539a and the 539b of coupling.
Bending part 531 from sidewall 520 towards described spatial accommodation bending from sidewall 520, to have certain length.Bending part 531 supports coupler member 600.
A pair of the first prodger 533a and 533b are vertically outstanding from described bending part at the two ends of bending part 531, to have certain height and be separated from each other of a certain distance in the direction parallel with sidewall 520 from bending part 531.A pair of the first prodger 533a and 533b are coupled to coupler member 600, thereby prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of X-axis.
A pair of jack 535a and 535b form and pass respectively a pair of the first prodger 533a and 533b.A pair of jack 535a and 535b are coupled to coupler member 600, and therefore prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of Y-axis and Z axis.
Each of contiguous a pair of the first prodger 533a of a pair of the second prodger 537a and 537b and 533b is vertically outstanding to have certain height from sidewall 520.A pair of the second prodger 537a and 537b prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of X-axis.
A pair of hole 539a and the 539b of coupling forms and passes respectively a pair of the second prodger 537a and 537b.A pair ofly couple clasp joint protrusion 632(that hole 539a and 539b be coupled to coupler member 600 description that sees below), and therefore prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of X-axis, Y-axis and Z axis.
On sidewall 520, the first coupling access component 530 forms a plurality of to have certain interval. For example, bonnet 500 can comprise: 14 the first coupling access components 530 that form on the long limit of sidewall 520; And ten the first coupling access components 530 that form at the minor face of sidewall 520, but present embodiment is not limited to this.As another example, the number of the first coupling access component 530 can change according to the size of display panel 100.
As shown in Figure 9, coupler member 600 comprises and couples plate 610, a pair of projection 620a and 620b and a pair of the second coupling access component 630a and 630b.
The medial surface of a pair of projection 620a and 620b self coupling fishplate bar 610 gives prominence to have certain height, and has clasp joint hole 612 between described a pair of projection.Such as (a) among Figure 10 with (b), when being coupled to the first coupling access component 530, a pair of projection 620a and 630b insert respectively a pair of jack 535a and 535b.So a pair of projection 620a and the 620b that insert respectively a pair of jack 535a and 535b prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of Y-axis and Z axis.
A pair of the second coupling access component 630a and the 630b respectively two ends of self coupling fishplate bar 610 extend to have certain length. When being coupled to the first coupling access component 530, a pair of the second coupling access component 630a contacts respectively the medial surface of a pair of the second prodger 537a and 537b with 630b, and is coupled to respectively a pair of hole 539a and the 539b of coupling. For this reason, each of a pair of the second coupling access component 630a and 630b comprises clasp joint protrusion 632.Therefore, such as (a) among Figure 10 with (b), when being coupled to the first coupling access component 530, by clasp joint protrusion 632, a pair of the second coupling access component 630a and 630b are coupled to respectively a pair of hole 539a and the 539b of coupling, a pair of each of hole 539a and 539b of coupling that described clasp joint protrusion 632 is inserted in that the first coupling access component 530 places form. So, the second coupling access component 630a and couple coupling and the second coupling access component 630b and couple coupling between the 539b of hole and prevent the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of X-axis, Y-axis and Z axis between the 539a of hole.
When being coupled to the first coupling access component 530,600 of coupler member and make coupler member 600 be coupled to separably the first coupling access component 530 by a pair of projection 620a and 620b and the second coupling access component 630a and 630b on the bending part 531 of the first coupling access component 530.So the structure that couples of the first coupling access component 530 prevents the movement of coupler member 600 on the direction of X-axis, Y-axis and Z axis.
Refer again to Fig. 7, protecgulum 400 forms the frame shape of rectangle.Protecgulum 400 is coupled to a plurality of coupler member 600 that have been coupled to bonnet 500, and therefore around (in bonnet 500, placing) the front boundary portion of display panel 100 and the side of bonnet 500.For this reason, shown in the F part of amplifying among Fig. 7, protecgulum 400 comprises front cover member 410, side cover parts 420 and the 3rd coupling access component 430.Protecgulum 400 with such structure is identical with the protecgulum of the display device of above-mentioned the first embodiment, does not therefore provide its detailed description.Below, similar label represents similar part.
As shown in figure 11, protecgulum 400 is coupled to the clasp joint hole 612 of coupler member 600 by the clasp joint spare 432 of the 3rd coupling access component 430, and therefore centers on (placing in bonnet 500) the front boundary portion of display panel 100 and side of bonnet 500.
Shown in the F part of amplifying among Fig. 7, the display device of the second embodiment of the present invention can further comprise distance maintaining part 440, and distance maintaining part 440 forms and keep the constant interval between the sidewall 520 of the front cover member 410 of protecgulum 400 and bonnet 500 in protecgulum 400.
Distance maintaining part 440 is vertically formed from the bottom surface of front cover member 410, with each two ends of contiguous a plurality of the 3rd coupling access components 430 that form in protecgulum 400.As shown in figure 11, when protecgulum 400 was coupled to coupler member 600, therefore 440 of distance maintaining parts and kept constant interval between the sidewall 520 of the front cover member 410 of protecgulum 400 and bonnet 500 on sidewall 520.
In the display device of the second embodiment of the present invention, by making coupler member 600 be coupled to bonnet 500 and make protecgulum 400 be coupled to coupler member 600, when making protecgulum 400 be coupled to bonnet 500 or separating with bonnet 500, can prevent from damaging bonnet 500.In addition, by the clasp joint mode bonnet 500, coupler member 600 and protecgulum 400 are coupled to each other, have therefore improved assembling capacity. Moreover, being coupled to the first coupling access component 530 that comprises bending part 531 by the coupler member 600 that makes plane, described bending part 531 is crooked towards spatial accommodation from the sidewall 520 of bonnet 500, can reduce the border width of display device.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, by making coupler member be coupled to bonnet and make protecgulum be coupled to coupler member, when making protecgulum be coupled to bonnet or separating with bonnet, can prevent from damaging bonnet.
