Description

Display device

The present invention relates to a display device.

As the information society becomes more diverse, the demand for display devices is increasing in various forms. In response, recently, display devices having a mirror coupled to the front of the display device have been developed. Various display devices such as a liquid crystal display device (LCD), a plasma display panel (PDP), an electroluminescent display (ELD), and a vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) may be used on the rear side of the mirror.

In the display apparatus equipped with the mirror, when the power of the display apparatus is turned off, an object in front of the mirror is projected onto the mirror. However, when the power of the display device is turned on, an image provided by the display device located behind the mirror is displayed.

In the related art, the mirror is mounted on the front of the display device through a separate fastening device. For example, a bracket is provided on a rear surface of the mirror, and a back panel is provided with a guide panel corresponding to the bracket, and the mirror and the back cover are provided by a fastening member penetrating the bracket and the guide panel. Was combined. Thus, the mirror could be mounted on the front of the display device.

In this case, a bracket or a guide panel should be provided, and a process of assembling the bracket or guide panel through the fastening member is added, which makes the work process complicated and takes a long time, thereby reducing the productivity of the display device. Resulted.

The display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the front mirror and the back cover of the display device is coupled through a hook coupling structure provided in the guide, it is an object that the mirror can be easily mounted on the display device .

A display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, a display panel for displaying an image; A mirror disposed in front of the display panel and formed with an extension of a hole formed therein; A back cover placed behind the display panel and having a hole communicating at a side thereof with a hole formed in the mirror; And a guide having a hook unit through the holes formed in the mirror and the back cover to couple the mirror and the back cover. .

In the display device according to an embodiment of the present invention, the front mirror and the back cover of the display device are coupled to each other by a hook coupling structure of the guide, so that the mirror may be mounted on the display device in a simple manner. Since a separate fastening member is not required, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the labor required for fastening the fastening member can be reduced, thereby greatly improving the productivity of the display device.

1 is a perspective view illustrating a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
2 is an exploded perspective view of a portion A of FIG. 1.
FIG. 3 is a view illustrating an incision taken along line BB ′ of FIG. 1.

Hereinafter, a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

1 is a perspective view showing a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FIG. 1, the display device 1 includes a mirror 10, a back cover 20, and a guide 50.

The mirror 10 is located in front of the display device 1, and the back cover 20 is located behind the display device 1. The mirror 10 and the back cover 20 are coupled to each other, and a space is formed between the mirror 10 and the back cover 20. In the space formed between the mirror 10 and the back cover 20, a display panel for displaying an image such as an LCD and a PDP panel and various circuits and sheets connected to the panel are placed. Configurations such as the display panel, various circuits, sheets, and the like can be used similar to the conventional configuration.

The guide couples the mirror 10 and the back cover 20. Coupling of the mirror 10 and the back cover 20 by the guide will be described later.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a portion A of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view of the B-B 'of FIG.

2 and 3, the mirror 10 is coupled to the back cover 20 by a hook structure formed in the guide 50. The display panel 20 and a module 30 including various circuits and sheets may be disposed between the mirror 10 and the back cover 20.

The mirror 10 includes a mirror panel 11 and an extension part 12 formed on the mirror panel 11. The extension part 12 extends from the end of the mirror panel 21 to the rear side. The extension part 12 is formed with a first hole 13 into which a pair of hooks to be described later are inserted. A plurality of extension parts 12 in which the first holes 13 are formed may be provided along an end of the mirror panel 11.

The back cover 20 includes a back panel 21 forming a rear surface of the display device 1 and a side portion 22 forming a side surface of the display device 1. A second hole 23 corresponding to the first part 13 of the extension part 12 is formed in the side part 22. The extension part 12 may be in contact with an inner surface of the side part 22 of the back cover 20, and may include a first hole 13 formed in the extension part 12 and an agent formed in the side part 22. The two holes 23 communicate with each other. The first hole 13 formed in the extension part 12 is formed to be the same as or smaller than the size of the second hole 23 formed in the side part 22.

The guide 50 is provided such that the inner surface of the guide 50 contacts the outer surface of the side portion 22 of the back cover 20. The guide 50 may be provided in a form that can be in contact with the outer surface of the side portion (22). In addition, a plurality of guides 50 may be provided in contact with a part of the outer side surface of the side portion 22, and a plurality of guides 50 may be provided on the outer side surface of the side portion 22. For example, when the back panel 21 is provided in a rectangular shape and the side portion 22 is provided along an end portion of the back panel 21, the back panel 21 may be in contact with all of the outer surfaces of the side portion 22. One guide 50 may be provided, and four guides 50 may be provided on each surface to be in contact with any one of the side parts 22. The number of the guides 50 and the contact with the whole or part of the outer side surface of the side part 22 are not limited to the above description.

Hook units 52 and 54 protrude from the inner surface of the guide 50. The hook units 52 and 54 include a first hook portion 52 and a second hook portion 54. The first hook portion 52 and the second hook portion 54 are formed with fixing parts 53 and 55 that are formed by bending in opposite directions. That is, the fixing part 53 formed on the first hook part 52 is bent in a direction opposite to the direction in which the second hook part 54 is positioned, and the fixing part 55 formed on the second hook part 54. ) Is bent in a direction opposite to the direction in which the first hook portion 52 is located.

The hook units 52 and 54 may include a second hole 23 formed in the side portion 22 of the back cover 20 and a first hole 13 provided in the extension part 12 of the mirror panel 10. The mirror 10 and the back cover 20 are fixed by the fixing parts 53 and 55. In detail, the hook units 52 and 54 may include a second hole 23 formed in the side portion 22 of the back cover 20 and a first hole 13 formed in the extension part 12 of the mirror panel 11. Can be inserted through in turn. Since the hook units 52 and 54 are made of an elastic material and can be easily bent by an external force, the hook units 52 and 54 may pass through the first hole 13 and the second hole 23. In this case, the fixing parts 53 and 55 of the hook parts 52 and 54 are in contact with the bottom surface of the extension part 12. The hook units 52 and 54 are fixed to the fixing units 53 and 55 without being separated through the holes 13 and 23. As a result, the guide 50 may be mounted on the outer surface of the side portion 22 of the back cover 20, and the mirror 10 may be coupled to the back cover 20 by the guide 50. Although the hook units 52 and 54 are described as including a first hook portion 53 and a second hook portion 54, the number of the hook units 52 and 54 is not limited to two. In addition, the hook units 52 and 54 may be provided to correspond to the position and the number of the holes 13 and 23.

In the above, an extension part is provided at the rear of the mirror, a hole formed in the extension part and a hole formed in the side surface of the back cover communicate with each other, and the hook unit of the guide sequentially passes through the holes to fix the mirror to the back cover. As described above, the mirror may be provided in the same shape as the back cover, and the back cover may be manufactured in the same shape as the mirror, and the guide may be positioned to contact the outer surface of the mirror.
