本发明涉及一种暖气片,属合金材料领域。
背景技术
目前市场上暖气片的种类有低碳钢、铜管铝串片、铜铝复合、钢铝复合、铸铝、铸铁、纯紫铜。
铜管铝串片是一款安全系数比较高的暖气片,因为它的焊接点最少,而80%-90%的暖气片漏水都是焊缝处漏水,但这款暖气片的缺点就是在水温比较低的时候散热性能就不好了。
铜铝复合的散热器的缺点就是铜和铝本来就是两种材质,两种材质的膨胀系数不一样,随着使用年限的铜和铝之间的间隙越来越大,散热性能逐年下降。
钢铝比铜铝的散热性能还差。
铸铝的暖气片不适合在碱性水质下使用。
纯紫铜的暖气片很好,但是价格很高,在经济实力可以的情况下可以选择。
介意你选用品牌暖气片,买的放心,用的省心。
上述暖气片都存在一个共同的缺点:在暖气片的水未排净的情况下,入冬而未供暖之前,由于暖气中残留水的冻结,暖气片出现裂纹而漏水现象。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种不易冻裂、水温较低的情况下散热性能好,且焊接点少的暖气片。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种暖气片,各组分按重量份计,铁50份、碳25-30份、铜5-8份、镍2-5份、锰2-4份、氮0.5-2份。
作为优选方案,上述的暖气片,各组分按重量份计,铁50份、碳25份、铜6份、镍3份、锰2份、氮1份。
本发明有益效果:
