本发明公开了一种发射药混炼挤出装置,包括电机、锥齿轮减速器、主减速器、连接装置、加料机筒、封闭机筒、排气机筒和泄爆机筒,电机通过联轴器和穿墙轴与锥齿轮减速器连接,锥齿轮减速器通过联轴器与主减速器连接,主减速器与连接装置连接,连接装置与加料机筒连接,加料机筒与封闭机筒连接,封闭机筒与排气机筒连接,排气机筒与泄爆机筒连接,封闭机筒内设有同向双螺杆。本发明一种发射药混炼挤出装置,发射药挤出机变间歇式混炼为连续性混炼,加工时完全处于封闭环境,大大提高了生产效率和制品的质量;自洁性好,使得物料在其中的停留时间分布范围较窄,混炼均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发射药混炼挤出装置。
背景技术
发射药的原料为高目数粉料,混炼效果要求高,有很高的危险性,加工难度较大,目前,在运行的设备大都为双转子捏合机,双转子捏合机为间歇式运转,对发射药的混炼效果一般,使发射药的产量和质量受到很大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生产效率高,自洁性好的发射药混炼挤出装置。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种发射药混炼挤出装置,包括电机(1)、锥齿轮减速器(2)、主减速器(3)、连接装置(4)、加料机筒(5)、封闭机筒(6)、排气机筒(7)和泄爆机筒(8),电机(1)通过联轴器和穿墙轴与锥齿轮减速器(2)连接,锥齿轮减速器(2)通过联轴器与主减速器(3)连接,主减速器(3)与连接装置(4)连接,连接装置(4)与加料机筒(5)连接,加料机筒(5)与封闭机筒(6)连接,封闭机筒(6)与排气机筒(7)连接,排气机筒(7)与泄爆机筒(8)连接,封闭机筒(6)内设有同向双螺杆(12)。
所述加料机筒(5)上设有加料斗(9)。
所述排气机筒(7)上设有排气口(10)。
所述泄爆机筒(8)上设有泄爆口(11)。
所述主减速器(3)通过花键套联轴器与连接装置(4)连接。
本发明一种发射药混炼挤出装置,发射药挤出机变间歇式混炼为连续性混炼,加工时完全处于封闭环境,大大提高了生产效率和制品的质量;自洁性好,使得物料在其中的停留时间分布范围较窄,混炼均匀;发射药挤出机的混炼部分为挤出机的螺杆和机筒,积木式的组合使得发射药加工工艺可以灵活地调整,赋予了发射药挤出机更多的功能,如排气等。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,发射药混炼挤出装置,包括电机1、锥齿轮减速器2、主减速器3、连接装置4、加料机筒5、封闭机筒6、排气机筒7和泄爆机筒8,电机1通过联轴器和穿墙轴13与锥齿轮减速器2连接,锥齿轮减速器2通过联轴器与主减速器3连接,主减速器3通过花键套联轴器与连接装置4连接,连接装置4与加料机筒5连接,加料机筒5与封闭机筒6连接,封闭机筒6与排气机筒7连接,排气机筒7与泄爆机筒8连接,封闭机筒6内设有同向双螺杆12,加料机筒5上设有加料斗9,排气机筒7上设有排气口10,泄爆机筒8上设有泄爆口11,本发明发射药混炼挤出装置,作为混炼元件的同向双螺杆全部为铜质,设计1节机筒做为泄爆机筒作为释放口,提高了发射药加工的安全性,发射药挤出机中电机安装在防爆墙外,所有现场仪表均满足现场环境的防爆要求,工作时,上游物料由加料斗进入发射药混炼挤出装置加料机筒中,在由两根螺杆和机筒组成的混炼室中进行加工,经过混炼、排气最后由机头挤出制品。

1.一种发射药混炼挤出装置,其特征在于:包括电机(1)、锥齿轮减速器(2)、主减速器(3)、连接装置(4)、加料机筒(5)、封闭机筒(6)、排气机筒(7)和泄爆机筒(8),电机(1)通过联轴器和穿墙轴与锥齿轮减速器(2)连接,锥齿轮减速器(2)通过联轴器与主减速器(3)连接,主减速器(3)与连接装置(4)连接,连接装置(4)与加料机筒(5)连接,加料机筒(5)与封闭机筒(6)连接,封闭机筒(6)与排气机筒(7)连接,排气机筒(7)与泄爆机筒(8)连接,封闭机筒(6)内设有同向双螺杆(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发射药混炼挤出装置,其特征在于:所述加料机筒(5)上设有加料斗(9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发射药混炼挤出装置,其特征在于:所述排气机筒(7)上设有排气口(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发射药混炼挤出装置,其特征在于:所述泄爆机筒(8)上设有泄爆口(11)。
