技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种橡胶物料造粒设备。
背景技术
橡胶物料造粒机是将经混炼加工后的橡胶从料斗加入,经进一步压缩、混炼后挤出颗粒并筛分成为颗粒成品的机械设备,其是橡胶类物料造粒的关键设备,广泛应用于化工领域。现有橡胶物料造粒设备由喂料装置、单螺杆输送装置和造粒机机头组成。其喂料装置存在以下不足:(1)由于橡胶在喂料口处温度为车间温度,有较高的弹性,往往在喂料辊和螺杆喂料段上方翻滚不易进入螺槽,使喂料能力不够,降低挤出量;(2)团状橡胶都是通过料斗由进料辊从侧面送入双螺杆筒起始端的进料口内,进入的胶料只能接触一个螺杆,再由该螺杆的旋转使其进入两螺杆之间,由于胶料的粘度大,这种入料方式喂料量小,压力小,进入的速度慢,胶料易在进料口处堆积,使进料口堵塞,不得不拆开进料口而且挤出机的效率较低。单螺杆输送装置的螺杆为圆柱形,其胶料在螺杆螺纹的输送下,能被压入造粒机机头造粒,但由于胶料粘度大,其输送速度还是很慢,且胶料只能在螺杆螺纹的带动下向前输送,其几乎不具有搅拌混炼功能,所以,胶料必须加长在密炼机内的密炼,密炼时间长,温度高,冷却慢,胶料中易挥发成分已部分挥发,导致胶料的有效成分变少,造出的颗粒质量差。为了解决上述问题,人们研制了一种同向双螺杆反应型挤出机,该双螺杆输送装置对胶料能够既输送又搅拌混炼,提高了胶料的混炼速度和均匀性,可以减少密炼工序的时间,减少在密炼中因温度过高而导致的胶料的挥发,但其压力小,输送慢,产量极低;且需要双螺杆排气系统、真空排气系统和排料阀装置,螺杆长径比大,螺杆长,成本高,结构复杂,一旦排气系统不畅,就不能再生产。且无论单螺杆输送装置的造粒机,还是同向双螺杆反应型挤出机,其造粒机头处的过滤网被粘住不能使用了,必须停止工作更换过滤网,更进一步降低了其生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种橡胶物料造粒设备,该造粒设备喂料量大,压力大,喂料顺畅,胶料混炼效果好,输送速度快,生产效率高,产品质量好。         
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种橡胶物料造粒设备,其包括喂料装置、双螺杆输送装置、单螺杆输送装置、冷却系统和造粒机头;
所述的双螺杆输送装置包括电机B、联轴器、减速器B和双螺杆捏合输送系统;双螺杆捏合输送系统包括多个螺杆套筒,两个螺杆、多个输送块和多个捏合块;每个螺杆上依次穿有输送块和捏合块,输送块和捏合块的排列顺序是:8-10个输送块、2个捏合块;螺杆上沿螺杆长度密布有多个竖向键槽,输送块和捏合块的内孔都有与螺杆的竖向键槽相啮合的竖向槽键,输送块上有螺纹,捏合块由多个长轴在其正投影圆上均匀分布的椭圆形块固定在一起制成的,椭圆形块在长轴的端部位置为切面;穿有输送块和捏合块的螺杆穿在螺杆套筒内开有的两个螺杆孔内,各螺杆套筒固定在一起;螺杆套筒壁内开有冷却液管道,其壁上开有冷却液进口A和出口A,冷却液进口A和出口A分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道和回液管道;各螺杆套筒外分别等宽包覆有加热片,各加热片分别由独立温度控制系统控制;电机B通过联轴器与减速器B连接,减速器B的两同向旋转输出轴与两个螺杆的端部轴刚性连接;喂料装置底部的出料口通过出料咀与双螺杆输送装置起始端的双螺杆上方的进料口连接;双螺杆输送装置的末端为开放性出料口,该出料口正对其下方单螺杆输送装置的螺筒上的入料口;

本实用新型采用双螺杆输送装置和单螺杆输送装置两级输送装置,双螺杆输送装置通过其捏合块和输送块的最佳组合,能对胶料达到边输送边搅拌混炼的最佳效果,提高了胶料的混炼速度和均匀性,可以减少密炼工序的时间。双螺杆输送装置将胶料输送给单螺杆输送装置,单螺杆输送装置的螺杆为锥形,其压力大,其虽然对胶料的搅拌混炼效果差,但能快速将胶料压入造粒机头造粒;两级输送装置使本实用新型能在保证胶料搅拌混炼效果最佳的状态下,达到最快的输送速度,避免了胶料的自升温而导致的糊化现象的发生,使生产出的橡胶颗粒质量最佳。本实用新型的喂料装置采用倾斜向下的双锥喂料,其喂料压力大,胶料不再进入喂料辊轴承,避免了轴承失效现象的发生;且喂料由侧向喂入双螺杆改为从双螺杆上方喂入,与两根螺杆同时接触,两根螺杆同时将材料向双螺杆筒内推进,提高了喂料速度;其喂料量大,压力大,喂料顺畅;极大地提高了造粒设备的生产效率。造粒机的过滤装置中安装有上、下过滤板,一个工作,另一个备用,一旦工作过滤板上的过滤网被堵塞,可以抽出换网,另一个过滤装置工作即可,其实现了不停机更换被堵塞的过滤网的功能,且结构简单,减少物料的浪费及人员的投入成本,提高生产效率和产量。总之,本实用新型结构简单,生产效率高,制造出的橡胶颗粒质量好。

所述的双螺杆输送装置2包括多个护筒、电机B 26、联轴器、减速器B 1和双螺杆捏合输送系统。双螺杆捏合输送系统包括多个螺杆套筒36,两个螺杆42、43、多个输送块41和多个捏合块40。每个螺杆42或43上依次穿有输送块41和捏合块40,输送块41和捏合块40的排列顺序是:8个(也可是9个或10个)输送块41、2个捏合块40。螺杆42或43上沿螺杆长度密布有多个竖向键槽,输送块41和捏合块40的内孔都有与螺杆42或43的竖向键槽相啮合的竖向槽键44和45,输送块41上的螺纹较深,捏合块40由3(也可为其它多个)个长轴在其正投影圆上均匀分布的椭圆形块59固定在一起制成的,椭圆形块59在长轴的端部位置58为切面。穿有输送块41和捏合块40的螺杆42或43穿在螺杆套筒36内开有的两个螺杆孔60和61内,各螺杆套筒36由螺钉固定在一起,螺杆套筒36外面还可以套有多个护筒。螺杆套筒36壁内开有冷却液管道37,其壁上开有冷却液进口A 38和出口A 39,冷却液进口A 38和出口A 39分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道62和回液管道17。各螺杆套筒36外等宽包覆独立温度控制的铸铝加热片。电机B 26与减速器B 1连接,减速器B 1的两同向旋转输出轴27与两个螺杆42和43的端部轴刚性连接。喂料装置4底部的出料口3与双螺杆输送装置2起始端的双螺杆上方的进料口连接。双螺杆输送装置的末端为开放性出料口7,该出料口7正对其下方单螺杆输送装置的螺筒上的入料口63。 
所述的单螺杆输送装置8包括电机C、锥形螺杆46和密封固定在锥形螺杆46外的螺筒47。锥形螺杆46内开有末端连通的冷却液进液管道52和包围在冷却液进液管道52外的冷却液出液管道53。冷却液输入管54和冷却液输出管55分别通过旋转接头57与冷却液进液管道52和冷却液出液管道53连接。冷却液输入管54和冷却液输出管55分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道58和回液管道17。在螺筒47壁上还开有冷却管道49,冷却管道49在入料口63一端为冷却液进口B 50,在出料口48一端为冷却液出口B 51,冷却液进口B 50和出口B 51分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道58和回液管道17。螺筒47外等宽包覆4-5段(也可根据需要设置其它段数)独立温度控制的铸铝加热片。电机C通过皮带与减速器C 18连接,减速器C 18的输出轴与锥形螺杆46的主轴56刚性连接。螺筒47的出料口48连通造粒机头的过滤装置的入料口64。过滤装置的出料口65连接造粒机头的机头10。
所述的造粒机头包括过滤装置9和机头10。过滤装置9包括本体74和上、下过滤板16和69,本体74一端有入料口64,另一端有与机头连通的出料口65,本体74中间开有位于同一垂直面上的上、下安装槽66和67,其内一端开有连通入料口64和上、下安装槽66和67的上、下入料通道75和76,另一端开有连通出料口65和上、下安装槽66和67的上、下出料通道77和78。上或下过滤板16或69抽拉的外端部开有过滤网安装孔,另一端部为平板,过滤网20安装在过滤网安装孔内。上、下过滤板16和69的上、下两边框分别卡接在框15的内轨道和上、下安装槽66和67上,两个液压缸14的缸体分别固定在框15上,两个液压缸14的活塞杆的端部分别固定在上、下过滤板16和69的外边框上;液压缸动作,可带动上、下过滤板16和69沿上、下安装槽66、67和框15的内轨道移动,上、下过滤板16或69推入后,其上开有的过滤网安装孔正对上、下入料通道75和76和上、下出料通道77和78,上、下过滤板16或69拉出后,其上的平板正对上、下入料通道75和76和上、下出料通道77和78,将上、下入料通道75、76和上、下出料通道75和76之间截断。机头包括模板23、加热片70、刀轴25、刀片68、出料仓11和电机D 12。加热片70固定在过滤装置的出料口64外圆上,模板23镶嵌固定在与加热片70内壁一体的模板座22上,刀轴25铰接在模板23内槽内,刀片68由刀座24以45°角倾斜均匀固定在刀轴25外圆上,刀片68的刀刃倾斜抵在模板23上。出料仓11由包裹在加热片70和模板座22外围的支撑板A 80、固定在电机D 12外壳上并包裹在电机D输出轴上的支撑板B 81和包裹在支撑板A 80和支撑板B 81之间的外壳82组成;刀轴25与电机D 12输出轴能够分离并能够通过插接联轴器插接刚性固定在一起,出料仓11能够沿轨道71移动。刀轴25与电机D 12输出轴插接刚性固定在一起时,支撑板A 80包裹在加热片70和模板座22外围;刀轴25与电机D 12输出分离时,支撑板A 80脱离加热片70和模板座22外围。外壳82下端一端有沿切面的出料口13,与出料口13相对的另一端有沿切面的进风口。电机D 12的输出轴与刀轴刚性固定,出料口13连接出料管,进风口连接鼓风机。外壳82开有观察口19,观察口19上有盖83。

Claims (10)

1.一种橡胶物料造粒设备,其包括喂料装置、单螺杆输送装置、冷却系统和造粒机头;其特征在于:其还包括双螺杆输送装置;
所述的双螺杆输送装置包括电机B、联轴器、减速器B和双螺杆捏合输送系统;双螺杆捏合输送系统包括多个螺杆套筒,两个螺杆、多个输送块和多个捏合块;每个螺杆上依次穿有输送块和捏合块,输送块和捏合块的排列顺序是:8-10个输送块、2个捏合块;螺杆上沿螺杆长度密布有多个竖向键槽,输送块和捏合块的内孔都有与螺杆的竖向键槽相啮合的竖向槽键,输送块上有螺纹,捏合块由多个长轴在其正投影圆上均匀分布的椭圆形块固定在一起制成的,椭圆形块在长轴的端部位置为切面;穿有输送块和捏合块的螺杆穿在螺杆套筒内开有的两个螺杆孔内,各螺杆套筒固定在一起;螺杆套筒壁内开有冷却液管道,其壁上开有冷却液进口A和出口A,冷却液进口A和出口A分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道和回液管道;各螺杆套筒外分别等宽包覆有加热片,各加热片分别由温度控制系统控制;电机B通过联轴器与减速器B连接,减速器B的两同向旋转输出轴与两个螺杆的端部轴刚性连接;喂料装置底部的出料口通过出料咀与双螺杆输送装置起始端的双螺杆上方的进料口连接;双螺杆输送装置的末端为开放性出料口,该出料口正对其下方单螺杆输送装置的螺筒上的入料口; 
所述的单螺杆输送装置包括电机C、锥形螺杆和密封固定在锥形螺杆外的螺筒;锥形螺杆内开有末端连通的冷却液进液管道和包围在冷却液进液管道外的冷却液出液管道;冷却液输入管和冷却液输出管分别通过旋转接头与冷却液进液管道和冷却液出液管道连接;冷却液输入管和冷却液输出管分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道和回液管道;在螺筒壁上还开有冷却管道,冷却管道在入料口一端为冷却液进口B,在出料口一端为冷却液出口B,冷却液进口B和出口B分别连接冷却系统的冷却液管道和回液管道;螺筒外等宽包覆多段加热片,各段加热片分别由温度控制系统控制;电机C通过皮带与减速器C连接,减速器C的输出轴与锥形螺杆的主轴刚性连接;螺筒的出料口连通造粒机头的过滤装置的入料口;过滤装置的出料口连接造粒机头的机头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述的喂料装置包括机座,机座上设有的电机A、减速机A和喂料斗,位于喂料斗底部的两根圆锥形喂料螺杆;减速机A的输出轴与两根圆锥形喂料螺杆中的一根的根部刚性连接,该根圆锥形喂料螺杆的根部由轴承固定在机箱内,另一根圆锥形喂料螺杆的根部由另一轴承固定机箱内,两根圆锥形喂料螺杆的根部还固定有互相啮合的圆台型齿轮A和圆台型齿轮B;两根圆锥形喂料螺杆相互紧贴,并向出料口向下倾斜,其上的螺纹相互啮合,末端位于喂料斗底部的出料口处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述的造粒机头包括过滤装置和机头;过滤装置包括本体和上、下过滤板,本体一端有入料口,另一端有与机头连通的出料口,本体中间开有位于同一垂直面上的上、下安装槽,其内一端开有连通入料口和上、下安装槽的上、下入料通道,另一端开有连通出料口和上、下安装槽的上、下出料通道;上或下过滤板抽拉的外端部开有过滤网安装孔,另一端部为平板,过滤网安装在过滤网安装孔内;上和下过滤板的抽拉端能够分别水平向外抽拉地安装在本体的上、下安装槽内;上、下过滤板推入后,其上的过滤网正对上、下入料通道和上、下出料通道,上、下过滤板拉出后,其上的平板正对上、下入料通道和上、下出料通道,将上、下入料通道和上、下出料通道之间截断;机头包括模板、加热片、刀轴、刀片、出料仓和电机D;加热片固定在过滤装置的出料口外圆上,模板镶嵌固定在与加热片内壁一体的模板座上,刀轴铰接在模板内槽内,刀片由刀座倾斜均匀固定在刀轴外圆上,刀片的刀刃倾斜抵在模板上;出料仓由包裹在加热片和模板座外围的支撑板A、固定在电机D外壳上并包裹在电机D输出轴上的支撑板B和包裹在支撑板A和支撑板B之间的外壳组成,外壳下端一端有沿切面的出料口,与出料口相对的另一端有沿切面的进风口;电机D的输出轴与刀轴刚性固定,出料口连接出料管,进风口连接鼓风机。
4.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述的刀轴与电机D输出轴能够分离并能够插接刚性固定在一起,出料仓能够沿轨道移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:上和下过滤板的抽拉端能够分别水平向外抽拉地安装在本体的上、下安装槽内的结构是:所述的上、下过滤板的上、下两边框分别卡接在框的内轨道和上、下安装槽上,两个液压缸的缸体分别固定在框上,两个液压缸的活塞杆的端部分别固定在上、下过滤板的外边框上。
6.根据权利要求3所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:上和下过滤板的抽拉端能够分别水平向外抽拉地安装在本体的上、下安装槽内的结构是:所述的上、下过滤板的上、下两边框分别卡接在框的内轨道和上、下安装槽上,两个液压缸的缸体分别固定在框上,两个液压缸的活塞杆的端部分别固定在上、下过滤板的外边框上。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:上和下过滤板的抽拉端能够分别水平向外抽拉地安装在本体的上、下安装槽内的结构是:所述的上、下过滤板的上、下两边框分别卡接在框的内轨道和上、下安装槽上,两个液压缸的缸体分别固定在框上,两个液压缸的活塞杆的端部分别固定在上、下过滤板的外边框上。
8.根据权利要求5所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆输送装置的固定在一起的螺杆套筒外面套有多个护筒。
9.根据权利要求6所述的橡胶物料造粒设备,其特征在于:所述的双螺杆输送装置的固定在一起的螺杆套筒外面套有多个护筒。
