In the present embodiment, the first dust excluding plate 81 and the second dust excluding plate 82 consist of by conductive material, and the while is as the part of charging terminal 41, be that the first terminal 411 bifurcateds form two charging ends, be respectively the first main terminal 411a and described the first dust excluding plate 81, the second terminal 412 also bifurcated forms two charging ends, is respectively the second main terminal 412a and described the second dust excluding plate 82.In other embodiments, dust excluding plate and charging terminal 41 also can be integrated, and namely the first dust excluding plate 81 and the second dust excluding plate 82 are respectively as the first terminal 411 and the second terminal 412.

During original state (shown in Figure 15 dotted portion), under the effect of spring, the rotary motion trace of the free end of the first main terminal 411a or the second main terminal 412a and the first dust excluding plate 81 or the second dust excluding plate 82 is non-intersect, when follow-up and power supply terminal 260 butt, the rotary motion trace of the first main terminal 411a or the second main terminal 412a is also non-intersect with the rotary motion trace of the first dust excluding plate 81 or the second dust excluding plate 82.So the rotation of dust excluding plate all the time not can with the main terminal interference, avoided that the phase mutual friction causes wearing and tearing between dust excluding plate and the main terminal, thus the service life of having improved dust excluding plate and main terminal.
When charging terminal 41 and power supply terminal 260 are transferred to by original state in the process of mated condition, the 3rd terminal 261 and the 4th terminal 262 compress first the baffle plate 83 of the first dust excluding plate 81 and the second dust excluding plate 82, so that baffle plate 83 rotates to the end of charging slot 14.The 3rd terminal 261 and the 4th terminal 262 extend in the charging slot 14, further compress the shell fragment 62 of the first main terminal 411a and the second main terminal 412a, so that shell fragment 62 also rotates to the end of charging slot 14.
When charging terminal 41 and power supply terminal 260 are in mated condition, the baffle plate 83 of the first dust excluding plate 81 and the second dust excluding plate 82 is the lower surface of butt the 3rd terminal 261 and the 4th terminal 262 upwards all, the shell fragment 62 of the first main terminal 411a and the second main terminal 412a is the downward upper surface of butt the 3rd terminal 261 and the 4th terminal 262 all, i.e. dust excluding plate and main terminal two relative sides of butt power supply terminal 260 in opposite directions.So, increase the contact area of power supply terminal 260 with charging terminal 41, reduced conduction impedance, guaranteed the reliability that contact of power supply terminal 260 with charging terminal 41.
Further, the free end of the first main terminal 411a and the second main terminal 412a is to a bit of distance of the crooked extension of the rotation direction from original state to mated condition, and the free end of the first dust excluding plate 81 and the second dust excluding plate 82 is also to a bit of distance of the crooked extension of the rotation direction from original state to mated condition.So so that the free end of main terminal and dust excluding plate is level and smooth curved surface, with the 3rd terminal 261 or the 4th terminal 262 butt the time, can further obtain larger contact area.
In the present embodiment, the end of power supply terminal 260 is hemisphere face, can scratch main terminal and dust excluding plate when docking with main terminal and dust excluding plate.In other embodiments, the end of power supply terminal 260 also can be other level and smooth curved surface.
In other embodiments, dust excluding plate also can be made of insulating materials, and not as the part of the first terminal 411 or the second terminal 412, only is used for partly or entirely blocking the opening of charging slot 14.
In other embodiments, power supply terminal 260 also stretches out from pedestal 210 movably.When automatic mower 100 did not dock charging with charging station 200, power supply terminal 260 was hidden in the inside of pedestal 210; When automatic mower 100 returns charging station 200, automatic mower 100 triggers first a triggering part (not shown) on the charging station 200, trigger part power supply terminal 260 is directed to the outside of pedestal 210 from the inside of pedestal 210, dock with charging terminal 41 so that power supply terminal 260 extend in the charging slot 14 of automatic mower 100.So when charging station 200 did not need automatic mower 100 charging, power supply terminal 260 can not be exposed to the outside, is difficult for being drenched and corrosion by rainwater.

When charging terminal 41 docked with power supply terminal 260, power supply terminal 260 at first contacted with bristle 662, so that deformation occurs bristle 662.Bristle 662 can be cleaned the foreign material on the power supply terminal 260, dust etc. with water, so that charging terminal 41 is more reliable with docking of power supply terminal 260.
Mower in the present embodiment and docking charging system arrange the charging slot 14 of depression by the housing 10 at mower, the first terminal 411 and the second terminal 412 all are arranged in the charging slot 11, charging terminal 41 is not exposed to the outside of housing 10, can do not drenched and corrosion by rainwater, avoided charging terminal 41 loose contacts, prevented that charging terminal 41 from because of collision deformation occuring.
What it may occur to persons skilled in the art that is; the concrete structure of mower and docking charging system can have a lot of versions among the present invention; but technical characteristics and the present invention of the used technical solution are same or similar, all should be covered by in the protection domain of the present invention.

Claims (26)

1. mower comprises:
Housing;
Be arranged at some wheels of housing bottom;
Be used for carrying out the cutting blade of cutting operation;
Drive the cutting motor of described cutting blade; And
Be arranged at the power supply module in the housing, be used to described cutting motor power supplying;
