Abstract

Description

液体输送系统
本发明涉及一种液体输送系统。
具体来说,本发明涉及申请人的较早申请GB 0820981.9中描述的液体输送系统的基座单元。
该液体输送系统包括基座单元,盛装待分配的材料的再填充单元以倒置构造装配在该基座单元中,即再填充单元的出口在最底端。基座单元包括:位于向上表面中的液体入口,液体管道从入口通向位于液体入口上方的液体出口;从入口到出口泵送液体的泵;驱动泵的马达;以及以包围入口的方式向上延伸的护罩,护罩具有上边缘,上边缘的周边的一部分具有向下延伸的凹槽。这种基座单元在后边被称作“所述类型”。
使用中,再填充单元的最底端设置有一个阀。当再填充单元被装配到所述基座单元时,包围液体入口的向上突出的插口打开再填充单元中的阀,从而允许液体从再填充单元流到基座。
本发明提供了一种再填充基座单元的替代方法。
根据本发明,液体输送系统包括所述类型的基座单元,其特征在于凹槽中的插入件,其和凹槽形成液密密封,并且插入件和护罩一起限定了与基座单元中的液体入口连通的液体腔。
插入件和护罩结合而限定了能够容纳液体的腔。这使得不需要分离的再填充单元。
优选地,若护罩有一个或多个附加的凹槽或开口,那么所述系统就要包含尺寸设定成与所述附加的凹槽或开口相配的其他相应的插入件。
腔可以敞开面向空气,但是,系统也可以包括盖住腔的盖。
现在参考附图描述本发明的系统的实施例,在附图中:

在描述本发明之前,先作为背景技术介绍GB0820981.9的具有再填充单元的分配器的操作。
所述分配器是普遍适用于家用的非手持分配器。分配器主要是用于分配皂液,但是也可以用于分配其它的液体或半液态产品(理想地具有比水大的粘度),例如护手霜、润肤霜、保湿霜、面霜、洗发剂、沐浴露、洗手泡沫、剃须膏、洗手液、牙膏、痤疮治疗霜、表面清洁剂或卫生消毒剂例如酒精凝胶。
所述分配器包括两个主要部分,即再填充单元1(其不是本发明的一部分)和基座单元2。所述再填充单元1设置有贮存待分配液体的贮存器并且像下面所述的装配至基座单元2。
所述基座单元具有接口3,液体从再填充单元分配至该接口3。接口3与分配管4液体连通。泵5可选择地操作以将计量液体沿着分配管4泵出分配头6。
所述基座单元具有红外发射器7A,其用来发射通过窗口8到达接收器7B的红外线束,以检测在分配器附近使用者的手的存在。控制电路对来自接近传感器的信号做出反应以启动所述泵。图示的传感器是截断光束传感器(break beam sensor),但是也可以是反射型传感器。尽管给出的是红外传感器,不过任何已知的接近传感器例如电容传感器都是可以被使用的。装置可以由电力网供电或电池供电。
现在参考图2至图4更详细地描述再填充单元1和基座单元2之间的接口。
基座单元2包含护罩10,护罩10包围再填充单元的主要部分,以保护和支撑再填充单元。插口11在护罩10的基部突出并且通过密封圈12密封至护罩10。在插口的顶面具有多个堞形部13。第二密封圈14在堞形部13的下方围绕插口11。
当再填充单元1被放置进入基座单元2时,插口11进入再填充单元1的底部的环形出口15,密封圈14对着该环形出口进行密封。于是,插口克服弹性偏置元件17的作用而抬起出口阀元件16,从而打开进入基座单元的流动通路。
由于本发明涉及再填充单元1的替代,因此,再填充单元1的进一步的操作在此处不再描述。
如图3所示,护罩10有深的凹槽20。根据本发明,这个凹槽被插入件21填充,该插入件与凹槽20形成流密密封。插入件21在与凹槽20交界的周边部分具有弹性密封件。但是,它可以由与凹槽紧密结合的整块塑料构件更简单地形成。所述插入件可设计成从上方滑入凹槽中,或者沿侧向夹持就位。
插入件21的存在形成了腔22,待分配的产品如箭头23所示被倒到腔里。在这种情况下腔22的深度由插入件21的顶部限定。例如,插入件21即使不填充全部也应该填充凹槽的大部分,并且甚至可伸到凹槽上方。
如图4所示,基座单元2设有孔24,该孔提供对基座单元内的液位线的可视显示。如果存在这样的孔,为了形成室22该孔也需要被填充。在这种情况下,将呈流密塞形的插入件25插入到该孔中而提供流密密封。理想地,插入件25是透明的从而保持液位窗口。
凭借插入件21以及必要时在适当位置的塞25,使用者简单地把液体倒入室22并且以正常的方式使用分配器。也可以设置盖住护罩10的顶部和插入件21的盖来防止待分配的液体变干并防止进入不希望的物质。

Claims (6)

1.一种液体输送系统,该液体输送系统包括基座单元,该基座单元包括:在向上表面中的液体入口,液体管道从所述液体入口通向该液体入口上方的液体出口;将液体从所述液体入口泵到所述液体出口的泵;驱动所述泵的马达;以及以围绕所述液体入口的方式向上延伸的护罩,该护罩具有上边缘,在该上边缘的周边的一部分具有向下延伸的凹槽,该液体输送系统的特征在于,该液体输送系统进一步包括在所述凹槽内的插入件,所述插入件和所述凹槽形成液密密封,并且所述插入件与所述护罩一起限定与所述基座单元中的所述液体入口连通的液体腔。
2.根据权利要求2的所述的系统,其中,所述护罩具有一个或多个附加的凹槽或开口,并且该系统进一步包括尺寸定成与所述附加的凹槽或开口相配的其他相应的插入件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,该系统进一步包括用来盖住所述腔的盖。
4.根据上述任一权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述基座单元进一步包括传感器,以感测所述出口附近的物体的存在,从而触发分配操作。
5.根据上述任一权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述基座单元是自立式单元。
6.根据上述任一权利要求所述的系统,其中,所述基座单元包括为所述马达提供动力的电池。
