Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种液体容器和再填充装置的组合设备。液体容器用于液体输送系统中。
具体来说,本发明涉及用于申请人的在先申请GB0820981.9中描述的液体输送系统的液体容器。
该在先申请公开了一种分配器,该分配器包括:基座单元,该基座单元具有用于分配液体的致动机构;和液体容器,该液体容器能以倒置构造插入基座单元,该容器的出口位于最底端,用于向基座单元供应液体。在使用时所述液体容器被布置成倒置构造并在其下端有帽,该帽具有:轴向延伸到容器内的出孔,出孔的轴向最内端可选择地通过弹性偏置的密封件密封;在出孔内的圆盘,密封件座置于圆盘上;以及将圆盘固定就位的多根辐条;这样,打开密封件就在出孔、圆盘和辐条之间形成了流路。这种容器在后边被称作“所述类型”。
基座单元包括:由插口限定的液体入口,液体管道从液体入口延伸到位于该液体入口上方的液体出口;将液体从液体入口泵送到液体出口的泵;驱动泵的马达;以及以围绕液体入口的方式向上延伸以支撑容器的护罩。
使用时,容器以倒置构造插入基座单元。从基座单元向上突起的插口进入出孔。插口的上边缘具有堞形部,这些堞形部在辐条之间装配到出口中,以使密封件从座升起,从而打开流路以使液体进入基部单元中。
基座单元中的传感器感测出口附近使用者的手的存在,并且控制器致使泵运转以分配液体。
当容器里的液体用完时,用新的容器替换该容器。
本发明提出了一种使用新容器替换液体容器的可替代办法。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种所述类型的液体容器和再填充装置的组合设备,所述再填充装置包括喷嘴,该喷嘴具有多个堞形部,这些堞形部在所述辐条之间装配到所述出孔内,以从底座抬起所述密封件,从而打开用于使液体进入的流路。
所述再填充装置允许容器被再填充而不是被更换。
再填充装置可以是在其出口处具有所述多个堞形部的漏斗。将所述漏斗插入出孔,并且将待分配的液体倒入漏斗中并因此使其进入容器。
或者,再填充装置可以是用于盛装再填充液体的瓶,在该瓶的出口喷嘴处具有所述多个堞形部。所述瓶可以是刚性的,也可以是可塌缩的,例如可以是柔性袋。如果瓶是刚性的,则需要减压阀。
再填充装置可以被配置成使用者手动对齐堞形部和流路。或者,再填充装置也可以设有对准装置。这可以例如采取以下形式:在再填充装置上做标记以指示其取向,该标记设计成与液体容器上的对应标记对准。然而,优选的是,如果容器的帽具有非圆形截面,则再填充装置可以设有形状与所述帽对应的盖,从而当所述再填充装置位于正确取向时所述盖配合在所述帽上。
为了方便容器的填充,再填充装置的喷嘴最好具有排气通道和液体入口通道,所述排气通道和所述液体入口通道相互分离并且被配置成在所述容器被填充液体时允许空气离开所述容器。
本发明还延及一种漏斗,其用作根据本发明的第一方面的组合设备中的再填充装置,所述漏斗包括喷嘴,该喷嘴具有多个堞形部,这些堞形部在所述辐条之间装配到所述出孔中,以从所述底座抬起所述密封件,从而打开用于使液体进入的所述流路。

在描述本发明之前,先作为背景技术介绍GB0820981.9的具有再填充单元的分配器的操作。
所述分配器是普遍适用于家用的非手持分配器。分配器主要是用于分配皂液,但是也可以用于分配其它的液体或半液态产品(理想地具有比水大的粘度),例如护手霜、润肤霜、保湿霜、面霜、洗发剂、沐浴露、洗手泡沫、剃须膏、洗手液、牙膏、痤疮治疗霜、表面清洁剂或卫生消毒剂例如酒精凝胶。
所述分配器包括两个主要部分,即液体容器1和基座单元2。所述容器1设置有贮存待分配液体的贮存器并且像下面所述的装配至基座单元2。
所述基座单元具有接口3,液体从再填充单元分配至该接口3。接口3与分配管4流体连通。泵5可选择地操作以将计量液体沿着分配管4泵出分配头6。
所述基座单元具有红外发射器7A,其用来发射通过窗口8到达接收器7B的红外线束,以感测在分配器附近使用者的手的存在。控制电路对来自接近传感器的信号做出反应以启动所述泵。图示的传感器是截断光束传感器(break beam sensor),但是也可以是反射型传感器。尽管给出的是红外传感器,不过任何已知的接近传感器例如电容传感器都是可以被使用的。装置可以由电力网供电或电池供电。另选地,该装置可以是手动操作泵装置,其中使用者推压操作杆,以排放产品。
现在参考图2A至图2C更详细地描述基座单元2和液体容器1之间的接口。
容器包括固定有帽21的瓶20。使用时,所述瓶呈倒置构造,帽21位于最底部,如图2A至图2D所示;再填充时,所述瓶呈相反构造,帽在最上部,如图3A、图3B、图4A和图4B所示。
帽21设有呈圆筒壁形状的入口22。在圆筒壁的顶部为具有向下突出唇部的圆盘形状的阀座24。所述圆盘用4根辐条25保持就位,如图2B和图2A的一部分所示,图2A和图2B反映了剖取这两个剖面图的不同平面。出口被具有中心开口27的环形密封件26密封。密封件26在中心开口27处的内缘座置在圆盘24上。该密封件被环形保持件28保持就位,该保持件28装配在密封件26的外周上以将密封件26夹紧就位。
基座单元2设有向上突出的插口11。所述插口被用来密封环形壁23的O形环密封件12环绕,并且在插口的上端设有多个堞形部13。这些堞形部与辐条25互补。
在使用中,当容器20被装配到基座单元时,如图2C和图2D所示,插口11进入出口22并向上推动环形密封件,从而打开液体从容器流入基座单元的流路。
本发明不涉及基座单元,而是与容器20和该容器被再填充的方式有关。
再填充装置的第一个实施例如图3A和图3B所示。该再填充装置包括带有喷嘴31的漏斗30,所述喷嘴的最底端具有与插口11上的堞形部13基本对应的多个堞形部32。所述喷嘴还具有尺寸设定成能覆盖帽21的盖33。盖33具有与瓶20上的排气孔35的位置相对应的孔34。
为了再填充容器20,将该容器从基座单元2移除并被倒转。接着,将喷嘴31压入出口22,于是堞形部32以与插口11相同的方式打开阀26。
如果设置了盖33,会便于在容器上正确定位漏斗,也会有助于在再填充过程中为漏斗提供稳定支持。使用者把液体36倒入漏斗从而会再填充容器。
应当理解,堞形部32不需要与插口11上的堞形部13准确对应。所需的仅是它们在辐条25之间配合并且能够从阀元件的底座抬起阀元件26。为了做到这些,漏斗30上的堞形部32需要比插口11上的堞形部少。
一旦再填充过程结束,移除漏斗并且使再填充过容器回到基座单元。
第二个实施例如图4A和图4B所示。在这种情况下,漏斗30被带有喷嘴41的瓶40替换,所述喷嘴41与漏斗上的喷嘴31相对应,所述喷嘴41上包括与堞形部类似的布置并包括可选的盖。
为了再次填充容器20,再填充瓶40如图4B所示简单地被翻转放到容器上以打开流路使得液体再填充入容器20。再填充瓶40可以设有一个或多个气孔,从而允许液体从再填充瓶流动进入喷嘴41而没有空气的破坏作用。
Claims (9)
1.一种容器与再填充装置的组合设备,在使用时该容器布置成倒置构造并且其下端具有帽,该帽具有:轴向延伸到所述容器内的出孔,该出孔在该出孔的轴向最内端通过弹性偏置密封件可选择地密封;位于所述出孔内的圆盘,所述密封件座置在该圆盘上;以及将所述圆盘保持就位的多根辐条;这样,打开所述密封件就会在所述出孔、所述圆盘和所述辐条之间形成流路,所述再填充装置包括具有多个堞形部的喷嘴,这些堞形部在所述辐条之间装配到所述出孔内,以从底座抬起所述密封件,从而打开用于使液体进入的流路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合设备,其中,所述再填充装置是在其出口处设有所述多个堞形部的漏斗。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合设备,其中,所述再填充装置的喷嘴具有排气通道和液体入口通道,所述排气通道和所述液体入口通道相互分离并且被配置成在所述容器被填充液体时允许空气离开所述容器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合设备,其中,所述再填充装置是用于盛装再填充液体的瓶,在该瓶的出口喷嘴处具有所述多个堞形部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合设备,其中,所述瓶是柔性袋。
6.根据前述任一权利要求所述的组合设备,其中,所述再填充装置设有对准装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的组合设备,其中,所述容器的所述帽具有非圆形的截面,并且所述再填充装置设有形状与所述帽对应的盖,从而当所述再填充装置位于正确取向时所述盖配合在所述帽上。
8.一种用于在根据权利要求1所述的组合设备中使用的漏斗,所述漏斗包括喷嘴,该喷嘴具有多个堞形部,这些堞形部在所述辐条之间装配到所述出孔中,以从所述底座抬起所述密封件,从而打开用于使液体进入的所述流路。
