本发明公开了一种鳖的选育方法，具体是涉及一种中华鳖孵化的性别控制方法。中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，其特征在于，控制不同孵化阶段的环境温度及适度。本发明仅从孵化外部环境对鳖卵孵化进行控制，无添加任何激素类药物，既有利于中华鳖的良种繁育，又能保证中华鳖的高营养价值不被破坏。通过合理的控制条件，保证了中华鳖品种的优质延续，繁育的稚鳖培育以及养殖时间明显短于野生养殖，但营养价值与野生中华鳖相差无几。由于孵化控制方法仅针对孵化环境的温度及适度改变，只需通过少许设备的投入，即可获得巨大的经济效益，值得中华鳖养殖行业的大力推广。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种鳖的选育方法，具体是涉及一种中华鳖孵化的性别控制方法。 
背景技术
中华鳖，作为珍贵的药材，其成分含动物胶、角蛋白、维生素D及碘等，具有滋阴清热、平肝益肾、破结软坚及消淤功能。鳖甲、头、肉、血、胆等都可入药。据《本草纲目》记载，鳖肉可治久痢、虚劳、脚气等病；鳖甲主治骨蒸劳热、阴虚风动、肝脾肿大和肝硬化等；鳖血外敷可治颜面神经麻痹、小儿疳积潮热，兑酒可治妇女血痨；鳖卵能治久泻久痢；鳖胆汁有治痔瘘等功效。鳖头干制入药称“鳖首”，可治脱肛、漏疮等。用活鳖、鳖甲或鳖甲胶做原料配制的中成药有二龙膏、乌鸡白风丸、化症回生丹、史国公酒、鳖甲煎丸等。 
在自然繁殖或人工繁殖条件下，中华鳖的出壳雌雄比例大致相同。但是，从市场角度来说，消费者更喜好雄鳖，雄鳖售价较高，并且营养价值更胜一筹，因此，从企业产值、效益方面而言，雄鳖孵化比例的增大，直接影响企业的生产效益。 
于是，如何合理控制孵化环境条件因素，使雄性稚鳖的孵化比例明显高于雌性稚鳖，是中华鳖养殖行业丞待解决的重要问题。 
发明内容
针对背景技术中存在的上述情况，本发明的目的在于提供一种科学合理的中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，以解决传统孵化雌雄比例存在的不合理问题。 
本发明采用的技术方案如下： 
中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，其特征在于，控制不同孵化阶段的环境温度及适度，具体如下： 
第1～7天，控制温度26～28℃，控制适度65％～70％； 
第8～14天，控制温度28～30℃，控制适度70％～75％； 
第15～20天，控制温度30～32℃，控制适度75％～80％； 
第21～25天，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度80％～85％； 
第26～32天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％； 
第33～38天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％； 
第39～出壳，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度89％～91％。 
进一步，鳖的出壳时间为42～45天，出壳率为90％，雌雄比为2.9～3.1∶6.9～7.1。 
进一步，第21～32天孵化阶段，温度每提高1℃，适度每提高0.5％，雄性出壳率增加5％。 
本发明中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，与传统孵化方法相比，具有如下有益效果： 
1、仅从孵化外部环境对鳖卵孵化进行控制，无添加任何激素类药物，既有利于中华鳖的良种繁育，又能保证中华鳖的高营养价值不被破坏。 
2、通过合理的控制条件，保证了中华鳖品种的优质延续，繁育的稚鳖培育以及养殖时间明显短于野生养殖，但营养价值与野生中华鳖相差无几。 
3、由于孵化控制方法仅针对孵化环境的温度及适度改变，只需通过少许设备的投入，即可获得巨大的经济效益，值得中华鳖养殖行业的大力推广。 
4、本发明独创式改进了孵化性别的控制方法，对中华鳖的生物学养殖起到 革命性的开创意义，对于其他龟鳖品种的繁育，具有重要的参考价值。 
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。 
中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，是通过控制不同孵化阶段的环境温度及适度，以实现孵化的性别控制，具体方法如下： 
第1～7天，控制温度26～28℃，控制适度65％～70％； 
第8～14天，控制温度28～30℃，控制适度70％～75％； 
第15～20天，控制温度30～32℃，控制适度75％～80％； 
第21～25天，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度80％～85％； 
第26～32天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％； 
第33～38天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％； 
第39～出壳，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度89％～91％。 
鳖的出壳时间为42～45天，在该种控制方法条件下，整体出壳率为90％，雌雄比为2.9～3.1∶6.9～7.1，明显优于传统孵化的5∶5比例。 
另外，经过申请人长期试验发现，第21～32天孵化阶段，最为关键，当温度每提高1℃，适度每提高0.5％，则雄性出壳率可增加5％。

第1～7天，控制温度26～28℃，控制适度65％～70％；
第8～14天，控制温度28～30℃，控制适度70％～75％；
第15～20天，控制温度30～32℃，控制适度75％～80％；
第21～25天，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度80％～85％；
第26～32天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％；
第33～38天，控制温度33～35℃，控制适度84％～86％；
第39～出壳，控制温度32～34℃，控制适度89％～91％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，其特征在于，鳖的出壳时间为42～45天，出壳率为90％，雌雄比为2.9～3.1：6.9～7.1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中华鳖孵化性别控制方法，其特征在于，第21～32天孵化阶段，温度每提高1℃，适度每提高0.5％，雄性出壳率增加5％。
