Abstract
本发明提供了一种家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，为设置于待烘烤板材上方的烤灯。本发明在待烘烤板材上方设置烤灯，适宜于在冬季使用，可以恒定地将晾干房内的室温保持于18℃，以促使经喷涂后的板材快速晾干。

技术领域
本发明涉及家具生产设备领域，具体涉及一种家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置。
背景技术
在家具生产工序中，需要对基础板材对加工处理，如喷涂油漆、防腐剂等。由于所采用的油漆、防腐剂等材料多含有对人体有害的苯醛类物质，因此不建议在开放式的车间内进行喷涂生产，否则会损害操作人员的身体健康，也会对生产厂区的工作环境有极大影响。在设置了独立的晾干房后，如何在低温状态下保证晾干房内的喷涂板材快速晾干，则成为企业需要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本发明提供了一种烘烤效果好的家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，所述烘烤装置为设置于待烘烤板材上方的烤灯。
所述烤灯悬设于过滤层下的固定栅栏处。
所述烤灯呈矩阵排列。
本发明的有益效果为：在待烘烤板材上方设置烤灯，适宜于在冬季使用，可以恒定地将晾干房内的室温保持于18℃，以促使经喷涂后的板材快速晾干。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明提供了一种家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，为设置于待烘烤板材1上方的烤灯2，具体来说烤灯2可以悬设于过滤层3下的固定栅栏4处。
为提高晾干房内的烘烤效果，建议烤灯2可以呈矩阵排列。
本发明在待烘烤板材1上方设置烤灯2，适宜于在冬季使用，可以恒定地将晾干房内的室温保持于18℃，以促使经喷涂后的板材快速晾干。

1.家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，其特征在于所述烘烤装置为设置于待烘烤板材上方的烤灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，其特征在于所述烤灯悬设于过滤层下的固定栅栏处。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的家具板材晾干房的烘烤装置，其特征在于所述烤灯呈矩阵排列。
