本实用新型涉及烘干装置，具体涉及一种玻璃清洗过后的烘干除尘装置。
背景技术：
玻璃清洗是玻璃生产当中的一个非常重要的环节，在工厂生产玻璃的过程之中，玻璃上会附着很多的杂质与碎屑等，而现今的玻璃清洗是使用的清洗剂，当玻璃生产后清洗时，玻璃的表面上会附带着水滴，而目前现有的产品的烘干方法有两种，一种为自然干燥，即将产品放在露天的架子上干燥，这种方法完全依赖于大自然，且会造成干燥后产品上仍然会残留杂质、污染、灰尘等，这样会造成产品外观的不合格，同时这种干燥方法遇到坏天，要靠人工搬动，浪费人力；另一种是采用蒸汽烘干房，这种方法太浪费资源，成本太高，对于企业工厂来说是一种不必要的负担和浪费。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种烘干除尘效率高、效果好，资源利用少，节省人力的玻璃烘干除尘装置。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的方案来实现：
一种玻璃烘干除尘装置，其特征在于：包括烘烤箱，所述烘烤箱是整个烘干装置的核心部分，所述烘烤箱后端还安装有除尘箱，所述除尘箱是在烘烤箱对玻璃水分烘干过后，对玻璃上剩余的灰尘等进行清理，所述烘烤箱下方安装有传送滚轮，所述传送滚轮是把清洗过后的玻璃运送弄个到烘干除尘装置上，所述烘烤箱两侧安装有烘干器，所述烘干器安装在箱体内侧壁上，所述烘烤箱上两侧安装有调节螺丝，可以方便拆卸烘烤箱检查、检修里面的烘干器，所述烘烤箱前后端连接有固定壁，所述固定壁与滚轮连接，用来固定滚轮的位置，以便滚轮只会转动不会移动，所述烘干箱下方还安装有固定支架，将整个烘干除尘装置固定在地面上。
本实用新型的有益效果为：烘烤箱对玻璃可以进行清洗过后的水的烘干，除尘箱可以对玻璃进行二次清理，滚筒可以自行运转运输玻璃，不需要人力。本实用新型烘干除尘效果好、效率高，资源利用少，也节省人力。

如图1所示，一种玻璃烘干除尘装置，包括烘烤箱1，烘烤箱1内部设有烘干器，烘干器安装在烘烤箱1内部两侧壁上，烘烤箱1后端安装有除尘箱2，除尘箱2与烘烤箱1连接并固定，烘烤箱1与除尘箱2可以视为一个整体部件，烘烤箱1下端安装有传送滚轮3，烘烤箱1前后端连接有固定壁6，固定壁6与滚轮3连接，将滚轮3的位置固定，烘干箱1下安装有固定支架5，将整个烘干除尘装置固定在地面上。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃烘干除尘装置，其特征在于：所述烘烤箱两侧安装有烘干器，所述烘干器安装在箱体内侧壁上。
