本发明公开了一种蒸馏精馏塔，所述塔体包括基层精馏层、顶层蒸馏层，以及位于两者之间、叠放设置的一层以上的塔节，每一层塔节均设有一个进料口，顶层蒸馏层内设冷凝器，冷凝器的出口端连接上出料管，基层精馏层内设有防涡流器，所述防涡流器的出口连通下出料管，基层精馏层内还设有烧结板，所述烧结板位于防涡流器的上部。本发明占地小、成本低、不费电、过滤效果好。

本发明涉及一种蒸馏精馏塔。
背景技术
现有的蒸馏精馏塔的下出料口一般外接一个过滤装置，对精馏出的产品进行过滤，该过滤装置工作需单独供电，浪费能源；且外设过滤装置本身也提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的蒸馏精馏塔需外设过滤装置，配合使用，生产成本高、费电。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：蒸馏精馏塔，所述塔体包括基层精馏层、顶层蒸馏层，以及位于两者之间、叠放设置的一层以上的塔节，每一层塔节均设有一个进料口，顶层蒸馏层内设冷凝器，冷凝器的出口端连接上出料管，基层精馏层内设有防涡流器，所述防涡流器的出口连通下出料管，基层精馏层内还设有烧结板，所述烧结板位于防涡流器的上部。
烧结板是现有产品，其过滤原理是：精馏得到的液体在自重的作用下进过烧结板，并在该过程中滤去其中的杂质；烧结板不但过滤精度高，且使用无需费电；设置在塔体内，占用空间小；烧结板的成本也大大低于专门设置的过滤装置。
本发明的优点是：占地小、成本低、不费电、过滤效果好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明蒸馏精馏塔，所述塔体包括基层精馏层1、顶层蒸馏层2，以及位于两者之间、叠放设置的一层以上的塔节3，每一层塔节3均设有一个进料口4，顶层蒸馏层2内设冷凝器2-1，冷凝器2-1的出口端连接上出料管2-2，基层精馏层1内设有防涡流器1-1，所述防涡流器1-1的出口连通下出料管1-2，基层精馏层1内还设有烧结板1-3，所述烧结板1-3位于防涡流器1-1的上部。
使用时，蒸馏得到的蒸汽向上升腾，经冷凝器2-1冷凝后从上出料管2-2排除，而精馏得到的液体向下流入基层精馏层1内，经烧结板1-3过滤掉其中的固体杂质后，滴入防涡流器1-1内，并顺着下出料管1-2排出。

1.蒸馏精馏塔，所述塔体包括基层精馏层、顶层蒸馏层，以及位于两者之间、叠放设置的一层以上的塔节，每一层塔节均设有一个进料口，顶层冷却层内设冷凝器，冷凝器的出口端连接上出料管，基层精馏层内设有防涡流器，所述防涡流器的出口连通下出料管，其特征是：基层精馏层内还设有烧结板，所述烧结板位于防涡流器的上部；
使用时，蒸馏得到的蒸汽向上升腾，经冷凝器冷凝后从所述上出料管排除，而精馏得到的液体向下流入基层精馏层内，经烧结板过滤掉其中的固体杂质后，滴入防涡流器内，并顺着下出料管排出。
