Abstract

Description

用于对车辆用行人探测装置进行监控的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对车辆用行人探测装置进行监控的方法,其中,在车辆的保险杠缓冲器上设置有吸收器,该吸收器在与行人发生碰撞时能够发生变形,所述变形被传递到一连接元件上并且该连接元件操作一传感器,该传感器产生传感器信号。
背景技术
例如由DE102005011389B4已知一种车辆用行人探测装置。当车辆的保险杠缓冲器与行人发生碰撞时,该保险杠缓冲器被压入并且承受一个载荷,该载荷使所述保险杠缓冲器发生形变。这种形变被传递到连接元件上,该连接元件操作一传感器。这个传感器的信号可以被分析处理并被用于采取能够减少对行人伤害的相应的保护性措施。
当车辆停放时,例如有可能会通过驻车碰撞(Parkrempler)导致保险杠缓冲器发生变形,该变形可能会对行人探测装置在其功能上造成损害,从而使该行人探测装置不再正常工作。
发明内容
在此提出了本发明,其目的是提供一种方法,借助该方法能够对行人探测装置的功能性进行监控。
上述目的根据本发明通过这样一种方法得以实现,其中,在车辆每次停放时将实时的传感器信号作为额定值加以储存,在车辆每次重新启动时将实时的信号作为实际值加以储存,将实际值与额定值进行比较,并且报告(指示出)额定值与实际值的偏差。
通过这些方法步骤可以识别出:在车辆停放期间保险杠缓冲器是否出现了变形。然后根据这个信息便可以例如在工场车间中针对行人探测装置的功能性对所述车辆进行检查,以及在必要的情况下采取维修措施。通过这种方式,行人探测装置的持久功能性得到保障。
从属权利要求包括本发明的有益的发展和设计。
根据一种有益的设计,分别在断开或者接通点火时检测额定值或者实际值。通过这种方式基本上自动化地实现对数值的检测,而驾驶者无需特别进行任何形式的操作。
为了能够对保险杠缓冲器上的例如温差或有意的变动(例如通过不同长度的牌照引起的保险杠缓冲器的刚性变化)进行平衡,可以在车辆行驶过程中和/或车辆静止时对实际值和/或额定值进行校准。通过这种方式,在检查行人探测装置的功能性时可以消除由于温度条件和/或变化条件而可能妨碍故障识别的影响。
实际值与额定值的偏差有益地以光学(视觉)和/或声学(听觉)方式向驾驶者报告。然后基于这个报告指示,驾驶者可以造访工场车间去检查行人探测装置。
作为另选或者附加方案,实际值与额定值的偏差也可以被存入车辆的故障存储器中,然后它可以在工场车间中从该故障存储器中被读取。
为了保障实现及早的信号识别,传感器优选安置在接近车辆的外壳层的位置(例如在前保险杠缓冲器的内部区域中)。

在图1至3中,结合未示出的车辆的保险杠缓冲器1上的驻车碰撞,对本发明的方法进行阐述。
具体实施方式
保险杠缓冲器1包括吸收器2、连接元件3和传感器4。在本例中吸收器2可以由板材或者泡沫材料制成,连接元件4由弹簧元件构成,以及传感器4被构造成传感器条。传感器4可以直接设置在吸收器2上。作为另选方案,它也可以设置在外壳层上,诸如保险杠缓冲器罩板上。
如果车辆例如被停放在停车场上的话,驾驶者通常把点火断开(即熄火)。在此,根据本发明,传感器4的实时传感器信号作为额定值被储存。
在图1中示出了驻车碰撞,该驻车碰撞示例性地由一个挂车接合器5在停驻的车辆的保险杠缓冲器1上造成。在此,如在图2中可以看到的那样,挂车接合器5使吸收器2发生形变。这个形变造成吸收器2的一种永久变形,如在图3中可以看到的那样,该变形即使在挂车接合器5不再作用于所述吸收器2上时依然保持存在。而由于吸收器2的持续变形又使传感器4被加载压力,因而传感器信号便发生变化。
为了即使在比较轻微的驻车碰撞情况下也能保证传感器可靠地产生信号,所述传感器可以在预应力下被固定。这样即使是在驻车碰撞几乎不可见的情况下也会保证可靠地产生信号。特别有利的是,传感器被设置得接近车辆的外壳层或者甚至在车辆的外壳层上,例如在前保险杠缓冲器的内部区域中,因为这样保障了及早、迅速和可靠地探测出驻车碰撞。
如果现在对于被碰撞的车辆进行点火操作,当前的实时信号作为实际值被储存并且与在车辆停放时测定的额定值进行比较。如果两个信号彼此不同的话,便触发释放声学和/或光学方式的报告,该报告给予驾驶者驻车碰撞的信号。该驾驶员然后就可以委托工场车间对行人探测装置就其功能性进行检查。作为另选或者附加方案,额定值和实际值的比较结果也可以被存入车辆的故障存储器中。
若额定值与实际值相符,则不发出报告,因为在这样的情况下是以行人探测装置的功能性正常为出发点的。
为了能够对保险杠缓冲器1上的温度影响和/或有意变动(例如通过不同长度的牌照引起的保险杠缓冲器1刚性变化)进行平衡,可以在车辆行驶过程中和/或车辆静止时对实际值和/或额定值进行校准。

Claims (6)

1.用于对车辆用行人探测装置进行功能能力监控的方法,其中,在车辆的保险杠缓冲器上设置有吸收器,该吸收器在与行人发生碰撞时能够发生变形,所述变形被传递到一连接元件上并且该连接元件操作一传感器,该传感器产生传感器信号,其特征在于:在车辆每次停放时将实时的传感器信号作为额定值加以储存,在车辆每次重新启动时将实时的信号作为实际值加以储存,将所述实际值与所述额定值进行比较,以及检测所述额定值与所述实际值的偏差和/或报告该偏差。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:分别在断开或者接通点火时对所述额定值或者实际值进行检测。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:在行驶过程中能够对所述实际值和/或额定值进行校准。
4.如权利要求1或2之任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:在车辆静止状态时能够对所述实际值和/或额定值进行校准。
5.如权利要求1至4之任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述实际值与额定值的偏差以光学和/或声学方式向驾驶者报告。
6.如权利要求1至5之任一项所述的方法,其特征在于:所述实际值与额定值的偏差被存入车辆的故障存储器中。
