Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用再生PET树脂制备PET/PBT合金的方法,属于一种聚酯生产工艺。是选择回收的矿泉水包装瓶制备再生PET树脂切片,再利用共聚、共混的方法并在共混前对PBT树脂和再生PET进行的预处理,提高了再生PET切片的粘度和PBT树脂的机械性能,之后将配料在混料机内进行混合,用双螺杆挤出机制备成品合金切片,其性能与非再生PET/PBT树脂合金相当。
Description
技术领域:本发明涉及一种合金的制备方法,特别是利用再生树脂制备合金的方法。
背景技术:聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇脂(PBT)与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂(PET)具有耐高温、耐湿、耐腐蚀、电绝缘性良好和弹性良好等特点,且在较宽温度范围内有良好的力学性能。但是PBT树脂结晶速度快,玻璃化温度低,易造成冷热不均,引起变形。而PET树脂玻璃化温度高,结晶速度慢,成型周期长,使得它们在工程塑料上的应用受到限制。利用共聚、共混的方法能综合它们各自性能,取长补短,弥补单一组分性能上的缺陷,获得综合性能较为理想的共混物。制备PET/PBT合金技术主要是通过共混的方法在PET/PBT合金中加入成核剂、结晶剂、填料、和玻璃纤维等以改善合金的结晶速率,提高合金的强度和韧性。在电子电器和汽车等领域广泛应用。而PET树脂作为饮料包装材料大量使用,且均为一次性使用,造成环境的污染和资源的极大浪费。回收利用再生PET资源有重要意义。然而,PET应用种类很多,成分不同,容易造成产品性能不稳定,同时利用再生品会产生粘度降,需要增粘,因此无人从事此事。
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种用再生PET树脂制备PET/PBT合金的方法,使其性能与非再生PET/PBT树脂合金相当。为达到这一目标采用了如下的工艺:利用再生PET树脂制备PET/PBT 合金的方法,是选择回收的矿泉水包装瓶制备再生PET树脂切片,再与PBT树脂制成PET/PBT合金,其具体工艺是:
①矿泉水瓶洗净去除瓶盖、标签等非PET材料,用破碎机破碎,再清洗、烘干,挤出造粒,制得再生PET切片。
②将再生PET切片与PBT树脂混合,PET切片按重量计占45-55%,然后加入转釜加热,温度升到65±2℃时抽真空,全程真空度在2kpa以下,升温速率5℃/10min,温度加热至210±2℃出料,制得混合粒子。
③配料
再生PET、PBT树脂混合粒子75-85%
复配阻燃剂3-7%,其中包括:三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)40%、聚磷酸密铵盐(MPP)35%,滑石粉25%
三氧化二锑2-8%,玻璃纤维15-25%
相容剂 乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(EMA1125)2-5%
增韧剂 甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA)2-7%
抗氧剂1330 0.1-1%
④按照上述配方在混料机内进行混合,用双螺杆挤出机制备成品合金切片,参数如下:
挤出机八段温度160-180-210-220-245-260-270-265℃
螺杆转速80rpm 喂料速度7rpm
采用再生树脂制备PET/PBT合金的上述工艺,在共混前对PBT树脂和再生PET进行的预处理,提高了再生PET切片的粘度和PBT树脂的机械性能,并且降低切片中小分子,特别是PBT切片中有害的四氢呋喃小分子数量,增强了PBT/PET合金的机械性能。
具体实施方式:利用再生PET树脂制备PET/PBT合金的方法,是选择回收的矿泉水包装瓶制备再生PET树脂切片,再与PBT树脂制成PET/PBT合金。PET瓶市场中主要有三类,第一类为用于碳酸类饮料的包装,第二类为用于矿泉水类的包装,第三类为用于茶、果汁类的饮料包装,三种瓶片主要差异为粘度和改性成分的不同,但同一类PET产品主要质量指标和改性成分相近。
本发明为保证产品质量稳定选择回收的矿泉水类的包装瓶。该类包装瓶具有产品粘度高,市场销售量大,容易从其他包装瓶中进行区分等特点。其具体工艺是:
回收PET瓶的处理--矿泉水瓶洗净去除瓶盖、标签等非PET材料,用破碎机破碎,再清洗、烘干,挤出造粒,制得再生PET切片备用;
制备混合粒子--将回收的PET切片和PBT树脂切片按照PET树脂质量45-55%进行混合,加入转釜。当物料加入完成转釜开始加热,温度在65±2℃时进行抽真空,全程真空度要求在2kpa以下,升温速率控制5℃/10min,温度加热至210±2℃开始出料。得到的是经过粘度提升的PET,PBT混合粒子。
制备合金切片的质量要求--如果混合粒子出转釜超过24小时,在进挤出机前应进行烘干除水处理,条件为在120℃下干燥4小时。
混合粒子中PBT特性粘度要求为不低于1.0dl/g。PET特性粘度不低于0.75dl/g。
制备成品合金切片--按照配料要求将各组分在混料机内进行混合,用双螺杆挤出机制备成品合金切片。双螺杆挤出机制备成品合金的参数如下:挤出机八段温度160-180-210-220-245-260-270-265℃,螺杆转速80rpm,喂料速度7rpm
制备成品合金切片的配料组分--
再生PET、PBT树脂混合粒子75-85%
复配阻燃剂3-7%,其中包括:三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)40%、聚磷酸密铵盐(MPP)35%、滑石粉25%;三氧化二锑2-8%
玻璃纤维15-25%
相容剂 乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(EMA1125)2-5%
增韧剂 甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA),2-7%
抗氧剂1330,0.1-1%。
Claims (1)
1.利用再生PET树脂制备PET/PBT合金的方法,其特征是:选择回收的矿泉水包装瓶制备再生PET树脂切片,再与PBT树脂进行提高切片粘度和机械性能的预处理,然后制成PET/PBT合金;
预处理的方法是:将再生PET切片与PBT树脂混合,PET切片按重量计占45%-55%,然后加入转釜加热,温度升到65±2℃时抽真空,全程真空度在2kpa以下,升温速率5℃/10min,温度加热至210±2℃出料,制得混合粒子;
合金的制备步骤是:
①配料,再生PET、PBT树脂混合粒子75-85%;
复配阻燃剂:3-7%,其中包括:三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)40%、聚磷酸密铵盐(MPP)35%、滑石粉25%;
三氧化二锑2-8%,玻璃纤维15-25%;
相容剂:乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物2-5%;
增韧剂:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE-g-GMA),2-7%;
抗氧剂1330,0.1-1%;
②按照上述配方在混料机内进行混合,在双螺杆挤出机制备成品合金切片,参数如下:
挤出机八段温度160-180-210-220-245-260-270-265℃;
螺杆转速80rpm,喂料速度7rpm。
