本发明涉及一种多喷头灌注机。
一种可调流量的多喷头灌注机，包括有料腔、拉杆、滑座横杆、喷头组件、辅助拉杆、滑座架、滑轴、滑动轴承。其特征在于喷头组件，用开关柱塞的上下移动实现进料的开启与关闭，用流量调节针阀调节进出料的流量，满足不同产品的需要。本发明与已有技术相比，不易漏物料，免去了更换灌注嘴的麻烦，具有结构简单，使用通用性强的优点。
背景技术
现有的多喷头灌注机，控制进出料的装置是用旋转的阀门控制，在旋转控制过程中，效率低，容易漏料。另外，喷头是固定流量的喷头，要使用不同的流量，必须要全部更换对应流量的喷头，拆装非常麻烦，工作效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种多喷头、开关柱塞上下移动、可调流量的灌注机。
本发明是这样实现的，一种可调流量的多喷头灌注机，其特征是，包括有料腔（1）、拉杆（2）、滑座横杆（3）、喷头组件（4）、辅助拉杆（5）、滑座架（6）、滑轴（7）、滑动轴承（8）。
喷头组件（4）具有进出口料开关以及流量调节的复合功能，其特征是，喷头组件包括有针阀手柄（9）、薄螺母（10）、弹簧垫圈（11）、胶塞（12）、开关柱塞（13）、流量调节针（14）。开关柱塞（13）的上下移动实现进料的开启与关闭。调节流量调节针（14）可实现控制进出口料的流量。

图3是本发明开关柱塞向上移动实施关闭的实施例，开关柱塞（13）垂直上升，其上的孔与胶塞（12）上孔错位，实现进料的关闭。
图4中，开关柱塞（13）上的孔与胶塞（12）上的孔正好相通，实现进料的开启。
图5是本发明开关柱塞向下移动实施关闭的实施例，开关柱塞（13）垂直下降，其上的孔与胶塞（12）上孔错位，实现进料的关闭。
调节针阀手柄（9），流量调节针（14）便上下移动，实现流量的可变调节，满足不同的产品需要。
本发明与已有技术相比，不易漏物料，免去了更换灌注嘴的麻烦，具有结构简单，使用通用性强的优点。

2.如权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是，喷头组件（4）具有进出口料开关以及流量调节的功能。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置，其特征是，喷头组件包括有针阀手柄（9）、薄螺母（10）、弹簧垫圈（11）、胶塞（12）、开关柱塞（13）、流量调节针（14）。
4.如权利要求2所述的装置，其特征是，开关柱塞（13）的上下移动实现进料的开启与关闭。
