Abstract
本发明公开了一种软管整形装置,所述前压轮与前整形轮错开配合,主要是将焊接好的软管进行校直;所述大压轮压入凹槽,所述大压轮与滚轮错开配合,主要是将软管不圆的凸起反向变形进行整形校正。刚焊接好的软管得到多次正反弯曲校正,最后再通过整形凸起使软管恢复圆形。本发明结构简单实用,成本低,实现片材焊接成型后自动整形,整形后产品具有外观质量好的特点。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及软管生产设备,尤其是一种片材焊接软管的整形装置。
【背景技术】
软管广泛应用于牙膏,制药,化妆行业,软管制作方法有多种,有挤出成型,片材成形焊接等。利用片材成型焊接方式制管,经过焊接的软管会出现管身弯曲及管的焊缝向外凸起管不圆,特别在全塑片材的软管焊接制管时尤其明显,因此需要对其进行整形。目前,对外观要求较高的软管通常是采用挤出成形,之后用水箱水冷定型的方式解决上述品质。
为此,本发明即针对上述问题而提出一种新型的软管整形装置。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种软管整形装置,结构简单实用,成本低,实现片材焊接成型后自动整形,整形后产品外形美观。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明:一种软管整形装置,包括用于套装软管导向的整形芯轴,所述整形芯轴上设有下整形机构,所述下整形机构的上方设有可上下移动的上整形机构,所述下整形机构包括若干可转动的下整形轮,所述上整形机构下端包括设有若干可转动的上整形轮,所述上整形轮与下整形轮相互错开配合。焊接好的软管通过上整形轮与下整形轮多次正反弯曲校正,使软管校直,同时焊缝向内大幅度变形,抵消焊接时造成软管向外凸起变形,所述下整形轮包括依次排列的前整形轮,滚轮和后整形轮,所述上整形轮包括前压轮和大压轮,所述前压轮与前整形轮错开配合,主要是将焊接好的软管进行校直;所述大压轮压入凹槽,所述大压轮与滚轮错开配合,主要是将软管不圆的凸起反向变形进行整形校正。
所述下整形机构包括设在整形芯轴上的平面,所述下整形轮的轮缘高出所述平面,以保证校正软管时具有足够的弯曲弧度。
所述平面设有凹槽,所述的凹槽大压轮可以伸进,所述下整形轮安装在凹槽内。
所述下整形机构包括设在整形芯轴尾端呈圆形的用于校正软管圆度的整形凸起。软管经过上整形轮组与下整形轮组多次正反弯曲校正后,再经过整形芯轴尾端凸起的圆形部分迫使软管恢复圆形。
所述上整形机构还包括与前压轮连接的前压轮连接板,与大压轮连接的大压轮连接板,所述前压轮连接板和大压轮连接板上端均连接有气动滑台。
所述前压轮和与之相配合的前整形轮的数量可以为多个,保证焊接好的软管能经过多次正反弯曲校正;本发明中所述前压轮数量优选3个,所述前整形轮优选4个。
所述前压轮连接板和大压轮连接板上设有分别用于调节前压轮和大压轮安装高度的调节槽。
本发明一种软管整形装置,首先采用设有多个相互错开配合的上整形轮与下整形轮,使刚焊接好的软管得到多次正反弯曲,进行校直;然后焊缝向内大幅度变形,抵消焊接时造成的软管向外凸起变形;最后再通过整形轮和整形芯轴尾端凸起使软管恢复圆形。本发明结构简单实用,成本低,实现片材焊接成型后自动整形,整形后产品具有外观质量好的特点。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
本发明一种软管整形装置,在生产软管时,软管经整形芯轴1导向,气动滑台45下压动作,将前压轮连接板41和大压轮连接板42向下压,分别使前压轮47与前整形轮35相互错开配合。首先软管经过前压轮47和前整形轮35,迫使软管焊缝经过多次正反弯曲,消除焊接造成的内应力;然后再经过滚轮32与大压轮44,大压轮44可以压入整形芯轴1的凹槽11,使焊缝凸起大幅度的向内变形;然后再经过后整形轮33及整形芯轴1尾端13的整形凸起14,迫使软管恢复圆形。经过上述工序即完成软管焊接后的整形工作。
当停止生产时,气动滑台45提升动作,将前压轮连接板41和大压轮连接板42向上提升,使前压轮47与前整形轮35及大压轮44与滚轮32相互分离。
Claims (7)
1.一种软管整形装置,其特征在于包括用于软管导向的整形芯轴(1),所述整形芯轴(1)上设有下整形机构(3),所述下整形机构(3)的上方设有可上下移动的上整形机构(4),所述下整形机构(3)包括若干可转动的下整形轮(31),所述上整形机构(4)下端包括设有若干可转动的上整形轮(43),所述上整形轮(43)与下整形轮(31)相互错开配合,所述下整形轮(31)包括依次排列的前整形轮(35),滚轮(32)和后整形轮(33),所述上整形轮(43)包括前压轮(47)和大压轮(44),所述前压轮(47)与前整形轮(35)错开配合,所述大压轮(44)压入凹槽(11),所述大压轮(44)与滚轮(32)错开配合。
2.按权利要求1所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述下整形机构(3)包括设在整形芯轴(1)上的平面(11),所述下整形轮(31)的轮缘高出所述平面(11)。
3.按权利要求2所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述平面(11)设有凹槽(2),所述下整形轮(31)安装在凹槽(11)内。
4.按权利要求1所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述下整形机构(3)包括设在整形芯轴(1)尾端(13)呈圆形的用于校正软管圆度的整形凸起(14)。
5.按权利要求1所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述上整形机构(4)还包括与前压轮(47)连接的前压轮连接板(41),与大压轮(44)连接的大压轮连接板(42),所述前压轮连接板(41)和大压轮连接板(42)上端均连接有气动滑台(45)。
6.按权利要求1所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述前压轮(47)数量为3个,所述前整形轮(35)为4个。
7.按权利要求5所述一种软管整形装置,其特征在于所述前压轮连接板(41)和大压轮连接板(42)上设有分别用于调节前压轮(47)和大压轮(44)安装高度的调节槽(46)。
