Abstract
一种新型通用钢结构连接节点具有三个独特的特征:(1)以简单一致的方式利用三维连接板,并适用于连接具有W-截面所有可能的节点类型;(2)利用贯穿总深度的螺纹杆,及其与常规的腹板加劲肋的耦合关系,以传递剪力和弯矩通过节点。这种类型的剪切传递机制类似于钢筋混凝土梁和柱中的的箍筋。(3)所有组件和部件可以在车间预制,并在现场方便地用螺栓固定在一起。该节点的优点包括具有更高的强度和延塑性、既结实又简单的连接、组件质量高且体积小,便于储存和运输。简言之,它消除了传统的螺栓连接和/或焊缝连接的所有固有缺点和问题。
Description
发明了一种全新的结构钢节点类型。这是夹克式套板连接系统,其使用三维接点板和拉杆来实现特别优越的结构性能,所述结构性能优于任何传统的螺栓连接或焊缝接的节点,传统节点都使用二维(即平面的)角撑板和/或侧面板。该新型节点的优点包括具有更高的强度和延塑性、既结实又简单的连接、组件质量高且体积小,便于储存和运输。此外,它们消除了传统的螺栓连接和/或焊缝连接所有固有全部缺点和问题。本发明是一种通用连接系统,可适用于由宽翼缘工字钢型材组成的任何钢框架和桁架。它基本重新定义了结构钢连接节点的概念,并具有改革目前的钢结构工程市场的潜力,将有显着的经济和社会影响。
该连接系统具有三个非常独特的特征:(1)本发明首次系统地将三维连接板引入行业,并以简单一致的方式解决了所有可能的节点类型。(2)本发明利用贯穿总深度的螺纹杆,及其与常规的腹板加劲肋的耦合关系,以传递剪力和弯矩通过节点。这种类型的剪切传递机制类似于钢筋混凝土梁和柱中的的箍筋。虽然被广泛用于钢筋混凝土结构中多年,但这还是该机制第一次被应用于钢框架和桁架之中;(3) 所有组件和部件可以在车间预制,并在现场方便地用螺栓固定在一起。应用本发明,在没有现场焊接的情况下所有钢框架的拼装都成为切实可行,包括以下常规的高性能抗震钢框架:特种抗弯矩框架(SMRF)、偏心支撑框架(EBF)和特种同心支撑框架(SCBF)。 (请注意,目前市场上还没有全部用螺栓连接的SMRF、EBF和SCBR,其原因是由于传统的螺栓连接节点无法以切合实际的成本达到所需的强度和延塑性。换言之,这些节点都是全部或部分地使用了焊接连接。)

Claims (4)
1.三维夹克式套板,其包括:
(a)平面侧板,其被切割成节点的侧面投影的形状;
(b)成双成对夹紧板,其被焊接在侧板的周边,并有预先钻好的螺栓孔;
夹紧板总是垂直于所述侧板。
2.钢结构连接节点,由如权利要求1所述的三维夹克式套板组成,其包括:
(a)一双对称的夹克式套板,其从框架或桁架平面的相反侧面安装;
(b)与常规的腹板加劲肋相耦合的传递剪力的拉杆;所述拉杆总是处于平行于所述侧板的平面内,并在各端头具有螺帽且贯穿工字钢俩翼缘之间总深度的螺纹杆;
(c)该钢节点主要是用于螺栓连接,但在需要额外的强度时允许选择现场焊接;
(d)传统的螺栓和剪切节点板、角撑板可与夹克式套板的组合使用,只要它们不妨碍套板安装。
3.建筑框架,其全部或部分使用如权利要求2所述的夹克式套板连接件连接在一起,包括但并不限于以下:
(a)普通抗弯矩框架(OMF)和特种抗弯矩框架(SMF);
(b)偏心支撑框架(EBF);
(c)普通同心支撑框架(OCBF)及特种同心支撑框架(SCBF),包括但并不限于,倒V型、X型、任何典型的类型;
(d)其它钢框架,其是上面列出的那些类型的变化和/或组合。
4.钢桁架,其全部或部分使用如权利要求2所述的夹克式套板连接件连接在一起,包括但不限于以下:
(a)空腹桁架;
(b)常规的钢桥桁架;
(c)钢桁架 - N形腹杆;
(d)其它钢桁架,其是上面列出的那些类型的变化和/或组合。
