本发明涉及一种自清式提升机，尤其涉及带提升畚斗的自清式提升机。
背景技术
具有自清式尾部的提升机多用于粮食加工行业，因多适用于颗粒物料或碎物料，而提升机尾部的物料沉积、结料等问题一直得不到妥善的解决。
发明内容
本发明提供一种自清式提升机，包括尾部外壳、提升带、畚斗、提升机尾轮和出料快开门；所述尾部外壳包括底座和尾部支架，所述底座为圆弧形，所述底座与尾部支架是活动连接，所述尾轮为轮辐式，提升带绕过尾轮。
所述底座与尾部支架通过调节螺杆连接。
底座设置成圆弧形活动底座，即底座没有死角，从而物料尽可能的通过畚斗提升至出料口；底座与尾部支架是活动连接，例如通过调节螺杆调节底座升降，从而调节底座与畚斗之间的间距，让存于底座的物料尽可能的随畚斗提升至出料口。尾轮为轮辐式，当物料掉入尾轮与提升带之间时，轮辐式尾轮使物料不会停留在尾轮上，而是掉落至底座，即尾轮也具有自清效果。
所述出料快开门设置于活动底座的圆弧形底端。
当出现物料沉积时，物料顺着圆弧形活动底座掉落至底座底部，底座的底端又设有出料快开门，可更方便的取出物料。
本发明所述的自清式提升机的底座与安装平台之间设有间距，便于工人取出物料。
每米提升带上设有4-6个畚斗。
本发明所述的自清式提升机使物料沉积、结料等问题得到了妥善的解决。

具体实施例
一种自清式提升机，包括尾部支架1、底座3、提升带6、尾轮7和出料快开门4；底座3为圆弧形活动底座，与尾部支架1通过调节螺杆2连接，所述尾轮为轮辐式，提升带6绕过尾轮，每米提升带6上设置有4个畚斗8，出料快开门4设置于底座3的圆弧形底端，底座3与安装平台之间设有间距。

1.一种自清式提升机，其特征在于：包括尾部外壳、提升带、尾轮和出料快开门；所述尾部外壳包括底座和尾部支架，所述底座为圆弧形，所述底座与尾部支架是活动连接，所述尾轮为轮辐式，提升带绕过尾轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自清式提升机，其特征在于所述底座与尾部支架通过调节螺杆连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自清式提升机，其特征在于所述出料快开门设置于底座的圆弧形底端。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的自清式提升机，其特征在于所述底座与安装平台之间设有间距。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自清式提升机，其特征在于所述提升带上每米设置有4-6个畚斗。
