A、粗车,粗车是将毛坯做成近似零件,先上四爪,按粗车图粗车外圆、内孔、端面;在粗车后进行调质处理,保证产品硬度26~30HRC;
B、精车,精车是将毛坯再接近零件,精车大头,注意同轴度,孔径,上夹具,以端面及内孔定位精车小头;
C、淬火,小端外圆淬火处理,使其表面硬度55~63HRC;
D、磨外圆,使用芯棒,以花键孔定位,磨小端外圆及端面,注意同轴度、跳动及粗糙度;
E、精车止口:使用芯棒,以花键孔定位,精车止口,控制同轴度及端面跳动;
F、铣:上夹具后以花键内孔定位,铣两侧面,15.85+0.07×6+0.1开档,钻4-φ11.4+0.1孔,注意对称度、位置度及孔中心距;
G、铣斜面:上夹具以键槽定位,铣两侧面为30°后攻丝,继续使用夹具,以花键孔定位,攻4×1/2″每英寸20牙螺纹,孔口两侧倒角1.5×45°;
H、去毛刺:去除工件上所有毛刺;
I、焊接:焊防尘罩;发蓝:工件整体发蓝;
J、检验:以上加工用相应的游标卡尺、通止规、硬度计、金相显微镜、电子高度尺、螺纹规、芯棒、三坐标、内径量表检验。

C、淬火,小端外圆淬火处理,使其表面硬度55~63HRC;
D、磨外圆,使用芯棒,以花键孔定位,磨小端外圆及端面,注意同轴度、跳动及粗糙度;
E、精车止口:使用芯棒,以花键孔定位,精车止口,控制同轴度及端面跳动;
