背景技术
随着城市的发展、城市外墙的清洗以成难题、外墙清洗的高空作业、事故多、危险性大、对从作业人员的生命造成严重危。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种操作简单、安全可靠的高楼外墙清洗机。
为实现上述目的，一种高楼外墙清洗机，其中，该清洗机包括机架和清洗液水箱，清洗液水箱设置在机架的背面，清洗液水箱上设有旋转清洗头、带喷水的滑行吸盘与滚动刷洗筒；机架上端面上设置有升降组件，机架的面板上开设有凹槽，该凹槽内设置有污水处理器与真空机，面板上设置有与凹槽配合的旋转门，机架上设置有水箱，水箱与真空机以及污水处理器内部均连通。
其中，所述的升降组件包括上活轮、下滑轮以及控制器，所述下滑轮设置在机架上端，上活轮与下滑轮之间设置有钢丝绳，控制器设置在上活轮的上方。
使用该高楼外墙清洗机时，只需要将设有旋转清洗头、滑行吸盘以及滚动刷洗筒的端面与被清洗面接触，通过控制升降组件控制其升降进行清洗，有效的代替了人工清洗，该清洗机结构简单、操作方便、清洗外墙时安全。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2，本发明涉是一种高楼外墙清洗机，该清洗机包括供水泵、机架1和清洗液水箱，清洗液水箱设置在机架的背面，清洗液水箱上设有旋转清洗头3、带喷水的滑行吸盘4与滚动刷洗筒5，旋转清洗头3和滚动刷洗筒5通过机架1内部的电机控制转动，机架1上端面上设置有升降组件，升降组件包括上活轮61、下滑轮62以及控制器63，控制器63通过手持摇控器控制，下滑轮62设置在机架1上端，上活轮61与下滑轮62之间设置有钢丝绳64，控制器63设置在上活轮61的上方，机架的面板11上开设有凹槽，该凹槽内设置有污水处理器7与真空机8，面板11上设置有与凹槽配合的旋转门9，机架1上设置有水箱10，水箱10与真空机8以及污水处理器7内部均连通。
工作原理：将升降控制器固定于需清洗的屋顶、由手持摇控器控制升降控制器使清洗机由下向上行走，并开启供水泵、清洗旋转刷洗头、滚动刷洗滚筒清洗后污水处理器、真空机、由下向上清洗，清洗至顶部完成一次工作，由手持摇控器控制停止、摇控器按下下降键将主机降至地面、再移动升降控制器下一需洗部位并固定、开始二次工作、依此类推完成需清洗的所有墙体。清洗后的污水通过封水带、吸水器集中收集回到清洗后污水处理器内，污水处理器将处理后的清水送入水箱反复使用，处理后的污染物留于处理器内、处理后的污染物定时从清洗后污水处理器中取出。

1.一种高楼外墙清洗机，其特征在于：该清洗机包括机架和清洗液水箱，清洗液水箱设置在机架的背面，清洗液水箱上设有旋转清洗头、带喷水的滑行吸盘与滚动刷洗筒；机架上端面上设置有升降组件，机架的面板上开设有凹槽，该凹槽内设置有污水处理器与真空机，面板上设置有与凹槽配合的旋转门，机架上设置有水箱，水箱与真空机以及污水处理器内部均连通；所述的升降组件包括上活轮、下滑轮以及控制器，所述下滑轮设置在机架上端，上活轮与下滑轮之间设置有钢丝绳，控制器设置在上活轮的上方。
