Abstract
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的具有短路器单元的中压开关装置。为了在此实现能以非常简单的方式一起实施或者能简单地加装非常快速的短路器的功能,根据本发明建议,短路器作为三相单元布置在支架上,该支架通过推入/推出台子能在开关装置壳体的可打开的部分中活动地推入和推出。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的具有短路器单元的中压开关装置。
背景技术
具有短路器单元的中压开关装置是已知的。
在中压开关装置中的故障电弧需要尽可能迅速地熄灭。常规的与此相关的保护设备具有200至300毫秒的故障电弧持续时间。所述电弧则众所周知地通过操纵输入断路器熄灭。基于产生的长的故障电弧持续时间,在开关装置上可出现损坏。
快速的保护继电器借助限流器将故障电弧持续时间减小至50至100毫秒。但这仍然太长。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于,这样进一步研发同类型的中压开关装置,使得能以非常简单的方式一起实施或者能简单地加装非常快速的短路器的功能。
该任务根据本发明这样解决,即各短路器作为三相单元布置在支架上,所述支架通过推入/推出台子能在开关装置壳体的可打开的部分中活动地推入和推出。
一种有利设计在于,短路器单元设有梅花触头,在推入时,所述梅花触头与开关装置壳体之内的固定的触点接触地对应。
另一种有利的设计在于,短路器单元设置为至少部分装入壳体内的结构单元,所述结构单元接着可实施到开关装置中,或者也可没有推入台子地实施在开关装置侧旁或上面。由此例如能通过顶部装配产生与母线的直接连接。
此外有利地设计,短路器是烟火开关。这意味着,所述开关的切换过程能借助烟火技术的点火炸药运行,从而产生极其短的切换时间。由此并通过使用快速的传感电子装置,现在最大4毫秒的切换时间是可能的。由此故障电弧能在产生中就已经被熄灭。
在另外的有利的设计中给出,设置控制短路器单元的电子单元,该电子单元作为模块单元设计成能加装的。该电子单元在此包括短路器单元的触发电子装置。
在最后的有利的设计中给出,所述电子单元具有至少两个光检测的信号输入端和至少三个电流检测或故障电流检测的信号输入端。相应的传感器能分布地布置在开关装置内。以这种方式能非常准确地确定故障位置。用于系统自检的测试模块也是可能的。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的短路器1,该短路器实现为三相的,并且作为单元布置在支架3上。所述支架再次在一种设计中集成地包括移入和移出台子,所述移入和移出台子与开关装置或者说开关装置壳体的能打开的部分对应,如在图5中所示的。上面伸出的触点则在推入过程中与已知类型的梅花触头(Einfahrtulpe)相对应,从而在移入终端位置中产生触点-梅花触头结构10的电连接。
图2再次在没有壳体的情况下示出根据图1的图示。相反地,图1在透明图中示出所述至少部分封闭的壳体,从而产生装入壳体中的短路器模块。这种模块也能从外面安装到开关装置上。相反地,图2示出开放的实施方案,其例如则实施到开关装置中或者说开关装置壳体中。
图3示出包括能打开的部分5的开关装置壳体4和移入到运行位置中的短路器模块的侧面观察视图。图4再次更详细地对其示出。
图5示出中压开关装置壳体的打开状态和部分移入的短路器单元。可移动的台子6可如同抽屉般地移入和移出,在开关装置的壳体内,在移入时触点的接触连接通过梅花触头接通,并且在移出时该连接再次断开。
上面提到的用于控制短路器单元的电子装置能一起接纳到开关装置的控制部分中,或者也可在开关装置壳体中设置单独的部分,在所述单独的部分中能放置所述电子装置。所述光学传感器放置于开关装置壳体内的能检测电弧的位置处。
Claims (6)
1.具有短路器单元的用于中压的开关装置,其特征在于,短路器(1)作为三相单元布置在支架(3)上,该支架通过推入/推出台子(6)能在开关装置壳体(4)的可打开的部分(5)中活动地推入和推出。
2.按权利要求1的开关装置,其特征在于,所述短路器单元(1)设有梅花触头(10),在推入时,所述梅花触头与开关装置壳体(4)内的固定触点接触地对应。
3.按权利要求1或2的开关装置,其特征在于,所述短路器单元(1)设置为至少部分装入壳体中的结构单元,该结构单元能事后实施到开关装置中,或者也能在没有推入台子(6)的情况下实施到开关装置侧旁或上面。
4.按权利要求1至3之一的开关装置,其特征在于,所述短路器是烟火开关(2)。
5.按前述权利要求之一的开关装置,其特征在于,设置控制短路器单元(1)的电子单元(11),所述电子单元作为模块单元设计成能加装的。
6.按权利要求5的开关装置,其特征在于,所述电子单元(11)具有至少两个光检测的信号输入端(12)和至少三个电流检测或故障电流检测的信号输入端(13)。
