Abstract

技术领域
本申请涉及一种提供与密封式压缩机内的电机紧固连接的电终端部分(electric terminal)。
背景技术
压缩机是已知的并典型地包括在密封的外壳内驱动压缩机泵单元的马达。外壳通常是密封的，因为致冷剂在外壳内循环以便冷却马达。即使外壳是密封的，电连接部分仍需延伸进入外壳内以向马达供给电力。
所述连接部分必须是防水、防泄漏的，并且还必须具有足够的弹性，以便甚至在遇到振动或其它挑战时保持良好的电连接。
发明内容
一种密封式压缩机具有驱动压缩机泵单元的电机以及封装电机和压缩机泵单元的外壳。外壳中的电连接器向电机提供电力。终端壳体安装到外壳的外表面，且在终端壳体内容置有终端插头(terminalplug)。终端插头具有连接到外壳内的电连接器中的电连接部分。壳体包括封住壳体的腔室的盖板，所述腔室容置终端插头。弹簧从终端插头延伸，并抵靠盖的表面施加反作用以便偏压终端插头，从而保持终端插头与外壳内的电连接器之间的电连接。

图1示出了包括压缩机泵单元22和电机24的密封式压缩机20。外壳26限定出能防止流体泄漏而密封的内部。致冷剂通常在外壳26内绕电机24流动。必须向电机24供给电力，且电连接器28示出为在外壳26的内部。示出了从终端插头31延伸的终端连接件29，其中终端插头31连接在封装体或壳体42中。
线缆30在壳体42的外部插入到终端插头31的端部中。孔33允许终端插头31离开壳体。盖48示出为紧固到壳体，例如在凸耳204和盖48中的孔202处通过螺栓200连接到壳体。

Claims (4)

1.一种密封式压缩机，包括：
驱动压缩机泵单元的电机，以及封装所述电机和所述压缩机泵单元的外壳，在所述外壳内的电连接器用于向所述电机供给电力；
安装至所述外壳的外表面的终端壳体，在所述终端壳体内容置有终端插头，所述终端插头具有与所述外壳内的所述电连接器连接的电连接部分；
所述终端壳体紧固至封住所述终端壳体中的腔室的盖板，所述腔室容置所述终端插头；以及
从所述终端插头延伸的弹簧，所述弹簧抵靠所述盖板的表面施加反作用以便偏压所述终端插头，从而保持所述终端插头与所述外壳内的所述电连接器之间的电连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的压缩机，其特征在于，所述弹簧在所述终端插头的外部延伸，并且所述弹簧包括与所述盖板相接触的一对弓形部分。
3.如权利要求1所述的压缩机，其特征在于，所述弹簧被紧固在位于所述终端插头的面向所述盖板的表面上的导轨之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的压缩机，其特征在于，所述弹簧具有延伸穿过所述终端壳体中的狭槽的足部。
