Abstract

一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,属于高分子材料制备技术领域。其是先将聚碳酸酯树脂140~160份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干,接着称取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~42份、相容剂15~20份、抗氧剂0.3~0.5份、含磷阻燃剂21~28和润滑剂1.2~1.7份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,控制双螺杆挤出机的一区温度263℃、二区温度268℃、三区温度272℃、四区温度278℃、五区温度282℃、六区温度288℃、七区温度293℃和八区温度290℃,出自口模的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料。除具有优异的综合性能外,还具有优异的透光率。

Description

一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法。
背景技术
聚碳酸酯具有高强度、高韧性、高抗热性及高透光率。被广泛用于汽车、建筑、医学等领域。而聚碳酸酯存在加工温度高,熔体粘度大等缺点。中国专利ZL00124682中公开一种聚碳酸酯与聚苯乙烯复配,不仅保留了聚碳酸酯树脂的透光率,还提高了复合材料的阻燃性。基于考虑到聚苯乙烯树脂透光率不佳,将聚碳酸酯与聚苯乙烯共混,必然会损害到聚碳酸酯的透光率。本发明人认为可以通过合理的制备方法制备具有透光率更好的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,由该方法得到的聚碳酸酯合金材料具有优异机械性能和理想的透光率。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂140~160份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~42份、相容剂15~20份、抗氧剂0.3~0.5份、含磷阻燃剂21~28和润滑剂1.2~1.7份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至八区的温度控制为:一区温度263℃、二区温度268℃、三区温度272℃、四区温度278℃、五区温度282℃、六区温度288℃、七区温度293℃和八区温度290℃,出自口模的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为普通的PMMA树脂。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的相容剂为苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯。
在本发明的还有一个具体的实施例中,所述的含磷阻燃剂为对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯。
在本发明的更而一个具体的实施例中,所述的润滑剂为双硬脂酸酰胺。
由本发明方法制备的一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料除具有优异的综合性能外,还具有优异的透光率。弯曲强度80~92MPa,断裂伸长率40~60%, 热变形温度90~110℃,阻燃性(UL-94/3mm)V-0。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯160份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的普通的PMMA树脂35份、苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂18份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.3份、对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯28份和双硬脂酸酰胺1.5份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至八区的温度控制为:一区温度263℃、二区温度268℃、三区温度272℃、四区温度278℃、五区温度282℃、六区温度288℃、七区温度293℃和八区温度290℃,出自口模的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
实施例2:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯140份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的普通的PMMA树脂37份、苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂15份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.4份、对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯23份和双硬脂酸酰胺1.7份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
实施例3:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯150份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的普通的PMMA树脂42份、苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂17份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.5份、对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯21份和双硬脂酸酰胺1.4份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
实施例4:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯155份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的普通的PMMA树脂39份、苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂20份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.45份、对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯25份和双硬脂酸酰胺1.2份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
由上述实施例1-4得的一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料经测试具有下表所示的技术效果:

Claims (7)

1.一种透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂140~160份投入烘干装置并且在110℃下烘干240min,接着随同按重量份数称取的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯35~42份、相容剂15~20份、抗氧剂0.3~0.5份、含磷阻燃剂21~28和润滑剂1.2~1.7份投入高速混合机中混合7min,然后转移至双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至八区的温度控制为:一区温度263℃、二区温度268℃、三区温度272℃、四区温度278℃、五区温度282℃、六区温度288℃、七区温度293℃和八区温度290℃,出自口模的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯。
3.透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为普通的PMMA树脂。
4.透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的相容剂为苯乙烯与马来酸酐共聚树脂。
5.透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯。
6.透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的含磷阻燃剂为对苯二酚四苯基二磷酸酯。
7.透明的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的润滑剂为双硬脂酸酰胺
